When January hits, besides worrying about driving to 5 different locations per day, you have to double-worry about taxes as well. Hurdlr is a great resource for checking all the tax information and since it’s on your phone, you can do it while stopping for a break.

Best Mileage and Expense Trackers for Freelancers 2021

Freelancers can deduct work-related miles on their taxes, but tracking them can be a headache. These apps help with mileage tracking and more. But will they save you enough to pay for themselves?

I found Hurdlr looking for a mileage tracking app. This is the the only App I found that allows you unlimited mileage in the free version! Other apps force you to pay after a certain number of miles or trips. Not Hurdlr! I also love how it auto tracks my mileage (without draining the battery) as tracking mileage was always something I was really bad at doing myself. Being able to keep track of my Income and expenses is also so helpful as I don't have steady income or expenses and I used to wait to do this at the end of the year out of laziness which was so stressful. I love how this app can help ANY small business owner or freelancer. I probably could have saved so much money in tax write offs had I been using this all along. Not only that but I no longer need to stress about adding up my expenses at the end of the year or wishing I had written down my mileage for each client! The customer service is also great! I love how they have a direct chat integrated into the app and definitely do what they can to help and make their customers happy. I wish I had this app years ago. Tax time won't be as stressful for me anymore!! Thank you Hurdlr for making my life easier!

As an UBER driver I was recommended to keep track of my expenses and mileage most especially. When I started UBER a friend recommended Hurdlr not knowing of what I really had in my hands until tax day came around. I didn’t know how to use it very much throughout my first six months but I was always helped by the hurdlr Team within 15 minutes of messaging them to help on an area. They would walk me through every step to use the app as best for my purpose. I tracked my miles as I drove, kept receipts saved by taking a picture and saving them in the app as well as my Cloud. When time came to do my taxes the app creates an Excel spreadsheet with different tabs of your expenses, mileage, separated by either Personal or Business. With the totals of amounts at the bottom very well detailed for your tax preparer or Hurdlr can also do your taxes for you. I’ve been very happy to of been recommended this app to track my expenses and mileage and for the fee of 50$ and tax deductible it was worth every penny. The perfect app for taxes:) and your business Totally recommend it for you to aid in your Business!

I use Square for the transactions that come into my business. I bought this app because it said that it works with Square and I wanted it to be as easy as possible. I was loving the app but I did notice that the square integrations were a little bit off (lower) than what my actual sales were that day. I couldn’t figure out why it was doing that but all they had to do was ask customer service what was going on to see if they could help me. It turns out when you integrate with Square, Hurdlr will only track the card swipes but not the cash transactions. So all I had to do to fix a problem was unlink square and I just use my bank account and any deposit that square sent to my bank account popped up on the app so it works just the same! Ashleigh from Customer Service helped me fix the problem and now this app is perfect for my business! 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome, awesome app. But buggy in the sense of renaming your business - it kind of holds on to the old one and associated clients. Even after you delete them as well. Putting in a new business and starting fresh doesn’t work either, because it hangs when you try to change the old business and client to a new one in an associated task such as a mileage trip, etc. Update: the Hurdlr team has fantastic customer support and is working on this issue via chatting with them inside the app. Updating to 4 stars due to fantastic customer support. Differences between Hurdlr and Taxbot: Hurdlr had a MUCH nicer interface. Hurdlr estimates quarterly and annual tax payments (Taxbot does not). Taxbot attaches PDFs of captured receipts to reports (Hurdlr provides reports in spreadsheet form, and images of receipts are linked with a web URL). You can upload receipts early (before your bank account shows them) in Taxbot and it will auto match the receipt and transaction. In Hurdlr you’ll need to leave the receipt in your camera roll for a day or two until the transaction shows up. Combined these two would be the perfect app!

I would live to see a data cache option for entering cash-inflow items and having them calculate offline in the free version. I am a bit uncomfortable w putting personal finance info into 3rd party cloud storage for privacy and security reasons so am not quite there yet for the upgrade version even if my budget was ready, which it is not quite yet. But I am enjoying using the app to have more convenient to use than a spreadsheet. I hope the developers continue to focus on security and privacy while making more data processing available on the free version (while holding back tax data functions for paid) for the slow adopters like myself. I've worked w tech over 45 yrs but am conservative w privacy & security! But I like & trust this app so far more than Intuit quickbooks !! I may never move off Excel files i can secure offline but this app will help store business spreadsheet data conveniently on the fly and estimated tax payment display is also a big plus for the free version! Well done to the developers!

Learning to love this app!!! It really is easier to navigate than Taxbot. After being w/ Taxbot so long, it's a challenge to learn a new program but the chat line has been awesome and helped me with new stuff each day since I switched. They took as long as I needed to help me learn. the end result is amazing!!! I now have more data at my fingertips than ever did w/ Taxbot. I appreciate that Taxbot saw their own limitations and directed us to a site that is more technologically savvy. I would recommend this to everyone!

  • Tracks location accurately and distinguishes each trip well May 7, 2021

I use this app for DoorDash, Grubhub and Instacart in order to track miles, and it recognizes each stop pretty well. I don’t think any of these apps are completely perfect (for example if I run up to a door in 10 seconds and leave). But it captures nearly every trip, and I’m very happy with the results. Super easy to swipe left or right to categorize trips. I picked this app for it’s ability to distinguish individual trips after researching reviews online. (I used to spend hours making my own spreadsheet with Google timelines, but that’s a past I’d never relive!). Also, it estimates quarterly taxes 😄 I add my expenses to track the tax deductions and the app tracks income from each app that I earn $. I also use this app to track income and expenses from my side private tutoring business. Get yourself one of these types of apps if you don’t have one yet.
  • Exactly What I Need Dec 19, 2019

After trying out different accounting/tracking apps, I found that Hurdlr best suited my needs and ended up buying the premium version after the trial expired. I needed something simple where I could track my mileage, income, and expenses. I also needed something that provides me the necessary calculations and reports for quarterly estimated taxes and for when tax season comes around. As someone who is also paid hourly, it has a hidden time tracker tool. A customer service chat is built into the app. I had recently requested help and they got back to me within 5 minutes. They were also helpful in solving a specific classification question I had. With a simple interface, Hurdlr does everything I need it to for a sole proprietorship. I can’t speak for its effectiveness with larger businesses but with the free trial that doesn’t require a credit card to begin, I think its worth a shot.

Everytime I try and connect my bank it sends me a security code via text and when I go to get the code and come back the page refreshes again and I have to start the whole process over so I can't connect my bank yet!

This company has no phone number so BEWARE. You can "add a receiot" but as far as the app is concerned, you can't find it back! What is the point? It does not want to load receipt images from my gallery, they are grayed out and won't load in. If I take a photo of the receipt, you can rotate the image 90 degrees but the cropping square doesn't, which means only a small part of the receipt shows or else I have to leave the receipt sideways. Very poor cropping feature.

I would not recommend this program. Customer service is not helpful. You cannot call them, only chat or email. I had a Taxbot account and Hurdrl bought Taxbot and Hurdrl automatically converted my Taxbot account to their platform and charged me without me being able to even view or try their program. Hurdlr does not have the same capabilities as Taxbot and when I asked them about it and asked for a refund they said it was non refundable and they hope to have the same options in the future, however, could not give me a date of when those options would be available. They did say that feature was available via app, however, not available via PC. I need it on the PC as have someone working for me that enters the items on the PC.

I had to down load this from coming over from another app. I guess this one bought out the other app I was using and now they made me down load this on to replace the one I had. So far this one stinks and doesn't track my miles. I've also been having problem even manually entering miles. I would not recommend this app. Do yourself a favor and go some place else. Also just a note. I have not been able to call customer service, you have to text back and forth to try to fix the problem.

There's always something with this app. Im paying monthly for autotracking. It worked fine for 2 weeks just by having my location on. but sometimes it doesnt track. Ive driven 14 miles and never tracked my milage. Today its giving me a "milage tracking error" and wants me to connect my bluetooth and wifi so it will track me. not very convinient for your phone battery. Draings it a lot.

Deceptive or poor design? There is no "free" tracking or manual tracking. "Help/faq" section gives instructions of how to do things, but the buttons or features dont exist. Giving the benefit of the doubt, perhaps they updated the app and didnt change the original instructions. Promising app...appears not quite ready.
  • Disappointed Jan 22, 2021

    By maryartist
It does not give accurate addresses which I need for my records. It takes up to .5 of a mile to activate when you start driving. Also it frequently thinks a red light is the end of a trip. So when you are trying to expense a driving log, good luck trying to figure out what client you were working on because you are 3 blocks away and likely on another street by the time it begins. They say you can link the trips but seriously it would be less work to write it down at the time. Trying to recreate the driving record once a month would be impossible to do accurately. If you use the manual option, once again you might as well just write down your start and stop so what good is this app?? It does have some accounting things in it but I am not interested in any of that so this is a complete disappointment. It cannot even get my home address correct, it shows up as an ENTIRELY different street! Seriously y’all need to do better than google timeline (which is more accurate and free by the way) to charge 60 a year :(.
  • Unbelievable! Aug 23, 2020

Just started using this this app 4 days ago. Changed all the settings after purchasing the program as recommended to track ALWAYS. My first trip registered fine. Was using my bicycle for my first day of work after driving 850 miles to get to it. At the end of the day I realized that it was recording everything! Didn’t want to track my bike mileage. That’s good I guess. Notifications showed over 170 trips. At least that worked. Also been driving over 2 hours one direction for the last two days. Over an hour the day before. Today I finally broke down to categorize these trips AND they were not there! Not sure where all those bike trips went. I cleared all my notifications this morning, including everything not related to HURDLR. Maybe that’s a bug. Not sure, but I’m done anyway. Only my first trip which was registered even though it showed up as 3 or 4 because when you stop for gas or a SHORT break it stops and starts a new trip. This app actually made my life harder. WOW! Canceling my trial/purchase immediately!

Very disappointing! I LOVED TAXBOT! So easy & efficient to record all my trips with descriptions. Hurdlr misses at least half my trips, so as far as i am concerned, pretty useless for my purposes. :-( Very disappointing.
  • Glitches, Faulty Software Very Frustrating Feb 17, 2020

    By Ldube
I have been using this tax receipt software for nearly one year. I have found far too many glitches, along with missing, incomplete, and erroneous data on expenses with linked financial institutions. Hurdlr did send out a notice on one of these being CapitalOne, but I discovered numerous discrepancies with another one of my major financial institutions. As a result, I have to manually enter missing receipts which first required me to cross reference 12 months of bank statements from EACH of the 3 financial companies with the expenses appearing in my Hurdlr account. I have found numerous missing, legitimate expenses. This has taken an inordinate amount of time of which I do not have. It feels like I am constantly in the Chat Room trying to get answers and reporting new glitches all the while I still wait, 2 weeks out and counting, for a response from Tech Support. I would not recommend this program despite a recommendation from NAR.

Although I’m still using the free first week, I’ll definitely be purchasing the premium year membership. I, painfully, do all of our taxes myself, so this has been a godsend. I love the simplicity of accessibility, swiping right or left for business or personal streamlines the tedious process of going through hundreds or thousands of bank transactions. I enjoy the functionality and minimalism of the app, and the fact that you can request a report and it will be emailed in minutes is great. I had a question for the developers and heard back within 24 hours. Within two days I’ve classified all of our income and expenses and feel more confident than ever approaching tax season. I have a reasonable idea of what we’ll owe this year, which is really invaluable for budgeting. It was either this app or QuickBooks Self Employed, but I will gladly be sticking with Hurdlr.
  • Amazing app! Jan 14, 2020

I evaluated several apps like Hurdlr and found this app to the best for my sub s corporation with one employee. It does a great job of tracking mileage, downloads expenses from my business credit card ( and classifies the expenses) and has a variety of reporting options - the most important report to me is to be able to print expenses by category. Several apps I looked at don’t have that capacity and this will be invaluable at tax time - no more sifting through a years worth of receipts and separating into stacks for car repairs, hotels, meals, etc and then having to add them up with a calculator so my accountant can prepare my tax return - Hurdlr does all the calculations for you. It will also send you monthly reports automatically. I can log into their website on my iMac and look data and print reports, etc. Try it out - doesn’t get any better than this for $60/year.

  • Great App - Hope to upgrade soon Jun 18, 2018

  • Love this app! Great for self employed! Nov 16, 2018

You can use it free! They have a premium but if you don’t mind doing everything manually it works great! My only complaint is they don’t have a search option. I’m a hairstylist and like to be able to look up past clients on my I come section and there’s no easy way to do it, except scroll or somehow find out when they were in to scroll to that date. Besides that it works great! Can track mileage and determines how much you would get for a tax deduction for it. Can track your business expenses and put them in categories. And can track income and you can put your clients right in there. Also has the capability of estimating how much you’ll have to pay in taxes! And has reports you can look at for time periods you want to select for income and expenses, and those are all broken down for you too. Overall, very happy with the app! Just wish searching for clients or past expenses was easier.

I drive for Grubhub and this app works great at automatically keeping track of my mileage since GH does not for some reason. My only complaint would be that if you do not take the time to go through your trips and tag them as either business or personal every couple days, it will stop tracking new trips and you will not have any records of them for taxes.
  • WAY BETTER than QuickBooks. Aug 1, 2018

    By People of pandora
This app is top tier. I struggled with QuickBooks for months. Looking for a resolution to a problem with no answers from support to only learn the solution wasn’t existent. Thankfully that led me to Hurdlr. Simplicity, efficiency, and unlimited mileage tracking! My only request would be... In the reports section and looking at the break down of business expenses I would like the ability to click on each category to see an itemized break down of each transaction. This being said because I have a few categories that have expenses in them that should not be there. It would be helpful to be able to edit these then and there. Instead of going back to past previously reviewed expenses in search of the errors. Hurdlr has exceeded my expectations, and I am sure this standard will continue.
  • Mileage tracker Nov 26, 2018

    By KayshaJS
Hey cool folks at Hurdlr, longtime happy user here — any chance you’d consider offering an automatic mileage tracker only level of subscription with a lower price point? I have not and will not ever use the other stuff in your app, cool as I’m sure it is. Your auto-tracker however is hands-down the best I’ve found (I’ve been using it for a couple years until you made it a paid feature) and I’d be more than happy to pay for it. But currently I’ve switched to a different app that offers mileage-tracking-only for a vastly smaller price tag, and doesn’t make me pay for a bunch of extra stuff I’ll never touch just to get the one thing I DO need. I like the Hurdlr mileage tracker way better and wish I could switch back! But not for $60/year, yikes. Please please please offer a mileage-only tier? Pretty please?
  • I like the app as a whole, just a few suggestions Jan 6, 2021

I’m not an independent contractor and I do not own my own business. I drive for a company with a company fleet vehicle. I am allowed to use this vehicle for personal use, but I must keep track of the personal miles and report them monthly. Which is why I have your app. I can tag drives as personal or business. That said, there are a few improvements I wish you could make. It would be nice if you could come out with a fleet version of your app for those of us who don’t give a flip about the tax options. We’d still need the auto-tracker. Also, to have the ability to tag a drive as part business and part personal would be great too. I have a certain number of miles that count as commute miles that I have to log as personal. I don’t always remember to turn the auto-tracker off then back in again to reset it to a different drive. Also, I would love to be able to add a rule manually. Right now it only auto-suggests. There are two drives I do all the time that never come up for auto-suggest. And I can’t add them. That’s a bit on the annoying side. Other than those it’s a solid app.
  • So far so good Apr 10, 2021

    By Mjg3229
I know that I could log my own miles and expenses and income but having an app that does virtually everything for me automatically and exports for tax time is WELL worth the money; especially since you can write off the cost of the service. My reason for four stars is simply because there is no touch of a button to signal to the app that I am working. I like that I’m able to set up work hours, but as a contractor I work in consistent hours and it would be much more convenient to be able to set a “currently working” time with an appropriate business. The problem right now with the work hours is that it does not work automatically if you have two businesses set up.
  • Great App Feb 3, 2021

I’ve been using the free version of this App for tracking mileage and other business expenses. The App is easy to use and very helpful. My only recommendation are that the App allows user to only allow the app to know their location while using the App. You can edit this setting, but each time you try to use the tracker, the App makes you change the tracking setting to always. Also, I wish the App would allow you to edit the times of your trip. There were times where I accidentally left my tracker on and I had to edit the entire trip when it would have been easy to just edit the trip ending time.
  • Good, functional software Oct 4, 2020

    By Rescuedan22
I like the tracking ability of this software. I used a competitors product for several years until they kept losing drives. I like the functionality of this program. Pros- accurate tracking, dependable, and feature packed Con- I have multiple vehicles. Only one needs to be tracked for mileage purposes. I wish it were much easier to “delete” a drive that was made in a vehicle that did not need to be tracked, like add a delete button to the main screen on each drive. Also, make the date more “bold” so it can be seen easier. These features would help me to minimize time spent categorizing drives.
  • Never written an app review before, but... Jul 31, 2019

    By Bupin ^.^
So I downloaded the free version of this app and LOVED the mileage and expense tracker. Everything worked seamlessly and the automatic tracking, especially for mileage, was enormously helpful for tax purposes. I liked it enough that after the free trial ran out, I purchased a monthly subscription for premium. As soon as I purchased the premium subscription, Hurdlr suddenly was unable to connect with my bank account. In other words, though it had been automatically tracking and logging my expenses, now it won’t connect to my bank account and will not track or log anything. That alone is aggravating but what’s most frustrating is that I have been trying to resolve this problem for close to two weeks with Hurdlr customer service. No dice. I keep being told that my case is being escalated and they ask me to try to connect my account repeatedly with no difference in outcome. In other words, I’m paying for a subscription that I can’t use and that customer service can’t help with. It’s inexplicable given that the thing worked flawlessly when I had the free trial. Classic bait and switch, it seems. UPDATE: Well after two weeks I finally just updated the app (something customer service never recommended) and voila, it works again. Notwithstanding that my issue was fixed, it’s astounding that customer service was borderline useless even though I’m ostensibly paying for that support.

Error once linked to Uber.. had to restart app. Also, you have to enable "Tracking All The Time" to use the auto tracking feature. Plus, if you don't want to pay for the subscription, it's just easier to keep track of your total daily miles, pay, and expenses in a simple Google Sheet (or Excel).
  • Pretty good but not enough support Apr 11, 2019

    By Sharp11Girl
Are used the QuickBooks self-employed app for a year and I liked it but found it to be way overpriced. Hurdlr premium looked like a promising alternative, and it does deliver most of the same features as QuickBooks for a much better price. The customer service reps are extremely nice and respond quickly, but don’t actually have any power to solve problems. I work with several financial institutions and one of them won’t connect with Hurdlr. I have emailed support about this several times and they don’t seem to be that concerned about keeping me as a customer or about solving the problem. It’s a pity because I do like the app, especially the price and how it supports multiple businesses (unlike QB). But how can I use it if it won’t work with one of my institutions? There’s no import or export function, so I would have to enter every transaction manually. I might as well use a spreadsheet for my accounting in that case.
  • Great except that auto-tracking not always accurate Oct 29, 2019

    By Rescued And It Shows
Love this app! So far I’ve only used it to track my mileage and for the first few weeks the auto-tracking was perfect! However, once the trial period was over and I paid for the year, I’ve been finding that the auto-tracking only seems to work about half of the time; sometimes it will only track a portion of the drive, sometimes it’ll only track the drive one way. Either way, if it doesn’t auto-track accurately, it pretty much defeats the purpose of me having the app. Hopefully the tracking improves and I plan on using it for some of the other services it offers soon so I still believe it’s a great app overall. 😁
  • Auto mile NEED to be fixed Apr 19, 2019

    By MES000XP
Over all good app, after using couple of other apps, came to know auto mile counter is not smart enough to differentiate between separate trips. For example I noticed I started driving from point A to B and after a brief stop I drove to point C. App will not count two separate trips unlike another app I am using gives me separate trips detail which is more accurate and worth to claim for deductions. Also in my case I drive for uber , auto mile count mile to the destination and back to home stop as one trip , It should stop once I drop a ride and should start a separate trip back to or to any other destination as I said some other apps do what I just mentioned. Thanks
  • Works well, but prone to crashing Nov 17, 2018

    By bobs boogers
Works well, will occasionally crash when I’m out driving and tracking my mileage. Which...isn’t that the entire point of the app? A decent amount of times, the app will crash mid drive and I’ve lost all data related to that drive. Going back in and manually adding the trip is a pain because I have no idea how many miles I drove or for how long, that’s why I installed the app! The accounting features are nice. User interface is simple, I just wish it would stop crashing mid drive. Seriously, I could be driving for rideshare for 5 hours on end, I check my Hurdlr app, and it hasn’t been tracking my miles for that entire time.
  • Close, but no cigar! Really has been a struggle with these types of apps. Dec 5, 2019

    By FinTechBlunderstheKid
Great concept, but it seems to fair underwhelming on expectations with Square account integration. Through hours of transactions and repeated efforts in hope to acknowledge income sequence, sadly the result is less than the excitement going into setting up the app believing we had finally solved a niche void. I guess it’s a testament that if it’s too good to be true, it probably is, but it seems to be that it’s right in front of us. Anyway, I really hope someone could develop an app to seamlessly integrate with the FinTech backed businesses & entrepreneurs of the world.

  • Mileage tracking needs improvement Jul 7, 2021

    By Mga209
I had been using Taxbot for my mileage tracking, but now that it has switched to Hurdlr, I am missing some functionality. First off, I would like to be able to designate a trip as round-trip. Because sometimes I make a few personal stops on my way home from a longer trip. Secondly, I miss how the mileage tracker synced with my calendar, so that the app automatically noted what the trip was for. Thirdly, the app only shows the starting point and ending point instead of the path taken. And usually that isn't accurate, I have a hard time recalling what the trip was for. And lastly, often times the app breaks my trips up into 2-3 for some reason. Perhaps I was in traffic, or at a stop light. All of that combined makes Hurdlr clunky and less user friendly than Taxbot was. All that said, the expense tracking works very well. Good job there Hurdlr.
  • Does not track drives accurately Jul 30, 2021

    By ttmartin8
At this time I am not happy with the auto-logging feature when I KNOW at least two other apps that does it perfectly. I was forced to move to this app after paying for the TaxBot app because I was looking to combine auto-detection/logging my drives and storing my receipts in one app. In reviewing my drives in this app, this app is sometimes up to a 1/2 mile off. I have drives that were not detected until I was almost at the end of my street. I live .6 miles from my stop sign. Over time, those small misses add up and is not valuable to me! And trying to manually fix the drive does not change the distance and the possible deduction amount. I’ll be more than happy to change my rating if this is important enough to be fixed. If not, I’ll be going back to my two separate apps for my receipt collection and mileage logging.
  • LOVE(D) Hurdlr - updated review Nov 30, 2020

    By LA Hare
I’ve used Hurdlr for a few months and left a 5 star review. However, I have to take 3 stars away. Sadly, I’ve had so many issues with this app. Between the Square integration not being all that I hoped for as someone with multiple online stores and the csv. spreadsheet imports only capturing SOME transactions, it’s becoming more work to manage that I have time for. Unfortunately, I’ve paid for a year subscription and they don’t do partial refunds. Bummed beyond words. May use for the next 9 months just to track mileage and expenses, but tracking income in this app may cause some issues at tax time. We’ll see if they make any improvements over the next 9 months. Ease of use is top notch, but it has to work.
  • Doesn’t work with my bank — and no one said anything Dec 6, 2019

    By bw2132
In theory, this app is everything I needed and totally worth the monthly subscription, but I recently discovered some transactions that were missing and learned that the app doesn’t work with CapitalOne at all. This isn’t super uncommon — banking with CapitalOne impedes a lot of my best efforts to automate my expense tracking — but most apps tell you there’s a connection issue. Hurldr indicated that the connection was working for months when, in fact, some major transactions were missing that have huge tax implications for me. This app has a lot of great features in theory, but it’s not worth the risk of bad info or amount of double checking/manually entry you might need to do, imo.
  • Customer service is a joke Oct 16, 2018

    By rltrts
It’s a pity such great software is spearheaded by such an incompetent, inconsiderate, and downright useless customer service team. Everything works great on this software until it suddenly doesn’t. If problems come up with the software expect to wait months with no updates while the CS team works tirelessly with the technicians to justify why they have no fault or responsibility to fix the situation. As a bonus they will vaguely allude to when you might expect an update but not provide concrete timelines. In all seriousness, fix your CS team to match the quality of the product that you offer. Anything less is a disservice to the company and your product.

  • Wasted $80. Horrible Support. Screwed Feb 27, 2019

    By BilliHale
I’ve never written an App Store review before but this experience was so frustrating that here I am! I paid $7.99 for this app monthly for 11 months so that it would track my Uber income, expenses, and mileage in preparation for tax season. When I signed in to categorize my the information I hadn’t gotten to yet, every single thing from 2018 was gone and inaccessible. I contacted support over a week (who I had to message back to back twice because they were not responding to me) just so they could tell me that nothing was tracked (duh, obviously!). When I requested a refund since the app did literally nothing for me, and since I’m pretty lost now that it’s tax time, the support person Ashleigh, who didn’t reply to my refund request for 3 days until I emailed again, referred me to Apple’s refund page. Apple deemed me ineligible for a refund, so now I’ve lost $80 and all the information I was relying on the app to track. Be wary!
