Aug 8, 2020 We need this app on Apple Watch and to be connected to the health app. Also, we need it to support large screens like iPhone Xs Max screen. -
Feb 23, 2021 On my old phone it worked ngoodm changed phone and couldn't pai.. I saw a review that you have to switch Bluetooth and location at the same time (after i did it) it worked ☺️ -

Jan 31, 2021 DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! Not as good as other apps, e.g. health. The measurements can't be deleted, only keep last 3 records. Should be updated to be worthy of the company's name. I've switched to Huawei health app, which is much useful than this one, however, no way to import or sync my measurement history. To summ it up, dont download, get Huawei health.more -
Dec 8, 2020 Sucks product. Will regret if buy it. Restart the scale and phone to reconnect the Bluetooth. Try whole night and it keeps failed. I feel want to throw away this scale. I can't find how user friendly it is. Rate one start is too much for memore -

Feb 2, 2021 Please be informed that the app is not working properly with your Huawei scale there's a problems when connecting with the Bluetooth and if you want to fix it you should uninstall the app then reinstall again. definitely you will lose your achievements and all records.more

Sep 7, 2020 Pretty bad, are the results Good or Bad? How do they compare to the values they should be in/between? It gives you the results but there's nothing to compare them to. No advise on wether you need to drink more or less etc. It's useless unless you google what all the values should be between and you shouldn't need to do this after buying a £70 scale which is suppose to be personal to you!more -

Feb 9, 2021 Used to work fine. After a year it stopped syncing and now there is no way to connect it to the scale.
What’s Groovy
This app used to have reference values, but not anymore. I don't want to Google it each time I use the app, it is not convenient. BMI 21, visceral fat 5, etc, is it good, is it bad, who knows? I was waiting for it to come back, but it's been a while. Now I have to by another scale, it's a shame, I really liked this one.

I changed my phone and there's no way to recover my previous data, I lost everything, also I have to create every profile again. The app could be complemented with a nutritional plan, an exercise guidance according to my body composition or better explanation about the goals or average, I know the percentages but I cannot say how unhealthy or healthy it could be. However, Not everything is bad: It combines good with the decoration in my bathroom...

I can see there are many bad reviews. I personaly had many problems connecting to the scale on my device Huawei P20 pro. But finaly those are the steps that made it work : 1 make sure app have location permission, 2 restart your mobile, 3 do not turn Bluetooth till you are not prompted in app, 4 pair, do no stand on till 3sec prompt is not up, click okay then stand on scale, you should be able to see Bluetooth sign and soon your mobile will connect. IF this doesn't work use Huawei health app.

It is absurd not to be able to export the data or/and have it integrated into the health app. -
The app along with the weight scale are not functional, due to their software and hardware bugs. Some one from Huawei should readbthis and fix these because they are losing a lot of customers.

It doesn’t pair to iPhone
The scale doesn’t pair to my iPhone... please rectify this problem -
I would give it a 0 star if I could. Please dont use this product. The measurement is extremly inacurate and it could be misleading especially to those who dont have other measurement to compare. To be precise I am 1.95m / 96 kg active athlete with 13-15% body fat range. This scale showed me 24% body fat. Thought I will level up with this product , but ended up very disappointed.
