    We had a good stay here. The condo is very nicely furnished. Third floor but there’s an elevator for moving in/out. The exterior hallway lights were not timed to come on when it turned dark. We called to complain but it stayed the same the whole time. Our second time staying in Watercolor. Even in late October the area just outside the unit was a busy and bustling place all day with landscape blowers/mowers, garbage crew with loud beeping, some construction, and even maintenance workers drilling in the unit across the hall. And lastly the 100++ Beach chair/umbrella setups were completely sold out the first day. The rest of the week we had to rent on the second row. Can’t imagine what it’s like there in high season. Definitely not a quite beach area. Not for us.

    This house has a fabulous 180 degree view of the beach, and overall we had a wonderful time here. AC, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and appliances all work fine, EXCEPT the ice maker and water from the fridge are very slow, so buy ice. The house, linens, etc. are clean, but there is a roach problem! This week we killed about a dozen roaches. More hooks would be helpful; a couple of the bedrooms have none. In the master suite bathroom the sink drains very slowly. Upstairs bathroom is small and could use updating, so for showers all of us used other 2 bathrooms on middle level. Getting to the beach requires a climb over the dune. The outdoor faucet for the hose in the fish cleaning area is out of reach for rinsing sandy feet—Your feet get sandy again when you go around to turn it off! But overall this house has a fabulous deck w several chairs to enjoy the best view of the ocean we have ever had at OBX. Saw dolphins, pelicans, many shore birds. For our group of 7 adult women, the house was sufficient.

    We had a wonderful time, the kids definitely liked the pool after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of hot water when taking showers. Nice size kitchen and places to sit for eating. The living room is very confined, I would take out the large end tables and put more seating room. We could usually fit 6 people in the living room which made the others have to go somewhere else. The weather made it difficult to sit out on the deck because of the mosquitos, so much water everywhere. We did a lot of sweeping outside the decks, pretty messy. My daughter had to rewash her sheets, there was black all over one side, not sure what it was. My grandchildren loved being able to fish in the lake, they caught a couple and released them. It was nice watching the deer when they came out. Nice size washer and dryer. A good size lawn for kids to play too. A big thanks to Christine at Kitty Hawk Rentals for finding this place for us, wonderful lady!!

    It's a great idea for an app, and it's navigation is fairly simple. It crashes occasionally though which is annoying. And based on property manager/owner, the info sometimes is better than others.

    We have just returned from a week at the Coral Reef home on Seven Mile Beach. We were there on Spring Break with our three children their spouses and our four grandchildren! It was the second time to rent the wonderful home. While the world was spinning with constant Covid-19 updates we used the time to create great memories of sandcastles, shelling, snorkeling both day and night, scuba diving, Stingray City, paddle boarding, sea kayaking, great restaurants, visiting chefs, daily ping pong and pool, walks along the beach and beautiful sunsets! We were scheduled to stay another six days but when they announced the airport was closing to commercial flights through May 1st we had to leave early. So while the fun was cut short we find ourselves sitting at home self quarantined looking forward to rescheduling the time again next year! Everyone had a great time! The home continues to be a big crowd pleaser and it’s fun to see our young grandchildren becoming more comfortable with the sea! Thanks to Peggy and her great staff for the daily care of the home and for their help in navigating the stress of leaving the island prematurely. We will be back!     I was looking for a large house for our annual family reunion. We needed something with lots of gathering space as well as lots of bedrooms; handicap accessible and on the beach. Coastal Comfort, with 4 king bedrooms and 4 with 2 queens; 1 huge open living/dining/kitchen combination as well as a smaller gathering space on the upper floor. With the elevator, beach front, and boardwalk over to the beach this one fit the bill. It even has it’s own swimming pool, ping pong table and hammocks. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with equipment and dishes. The home is luxuriously decorated and furnished. The beds were great . . . and it was obvious the place had been meticulously cleaned. Folks (Susan and Geoff) at Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals were great to work with. We had a great time and would highly recommend this house.

    We enjoyed our OBX vacation. App was very helpful. However, we were not pleased with our unit, Dune Song. The jets in the bathtub on the 2nd floor weren't operating, we found water bottles under the couch, (left by previous tenants), a section of the wooden fence around the pool was falling down, the bottom of the door jam leading to the 3rd floor balcony was rotted out. I did complete a Fix-it form regarding these items. Hopefully they will be addressed.

    Absolutely lovely vacation. Immaculate, wide open floor plan and really large kitchen. We had three generations and loved the balcony for morning coffee and the island stove for group cooking since we didn’t eat out a lot due to Covid. There is a huge dock with plenty of room for our two boats and a short drive to the Atlantic. There was also good snapper fishing in Tavernier Creek. Just a note about the owner and the Keys Holiday Rental: We had an ac unit fail and they took care of it by replacing the unit immediately. We have never had such a quick response and we have been visiting the Keys every year since the 80’s. Only improvement would be to sleep 10 and add a bait freezer and ice maker. Wonderful vacation.

    As far as having access to my reservation, the app worked well. But I have tried to leave a review, and that isn't working well. Too bad, because I gave the condo unit and realtor a 5 star. Tried to leave a picture of wildlife near where we stayed, can't access the review and only part of the last sentence is visible. App needs some work...

    This house has a fabulous 180 degree view of the beach, and overall we had a wonderful time here. AC, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, and appliances all work fine, EXCEPT the ice maker and water from the fridge are very slow, so buy ice. The house, linens, etc. are clean, but there is a roach problem! This week we killed about a dozen roaches. More hooks would be helpful; a couple of the bedrooms have none. In the master suite bathroom the sink drains very slowly. Upstairs bathroom is small and could use updating, so for showers all of us used other 2 bathrooms on middle level. Getting to the beach requires a climb over the dune. The outdoor faucet for the hose in the fish cleaning area is out of reach for rinsing sandy feet—Your feet get sandy again when you go around to turn it off! But overall this house has a fabulous deck w several chairs to enjoy the best view of the ocean we have ever had at OBX. Saw dolphins, pelicans, many shore birds. For our group of 7 adult women, the house was sufficient.

    We had a wonderful time, the kids definitely liked the pool after a day at the beach. The bedrooms were spacious and plenty of hot water when taking showers. Nice size kitchen and places to sit for eating. The living room is very confined, I would take out the large end tables and put more seating room. We could usually fit 6 people in the living room which made the others have to go somewhere else. The weather made it difficult to sit out on the deck because of the mosquitos, so much water everywhere. We did a lot of sweeping outside the decks, pretty messy. My daughter had to rewash her sheets, there was black all over one side, not sure what it was. My grandchildren loved being able to fish in the lake, they caught a couple and released them. It was nice watching the deer when they came out. Nice size washer and dryer. A good size lawn for kids to play too. A big thanks to Christine at Kitty Hawk Rentals for finding this place for us, wonderful lady!!

    Clicking on open map to find your reservation crashes the app. I don't see any information that I didn't already have in email. It does show a list of near by attractions and restaurants, but I don't need this app for that information either. Maybe it would be useful if I was traveling every week, but for once or twice a year, seems like bloatware.

    My family rented a lovely villa in Palmetto Dunes over Labor Day week. It was everything we had hoped for. Unfortunately Hurricane Dorian was churning. We were able to enjoy our villa for a day and a half and then the Vacation Company sent a mandatory evacuation notice. We followed all the guidelines for the rental and obeyed the evacuation notice. We left and gave them the notice as requested. But then we continued to get messages later in the week about checkout procedures etc. We had already been gone for four days!!!! I feel the automated impersonal system kicked in and we were given no assistance. I would think the villa owner would have a conscience about accepting their payment for this week’s rental. I assume they know their villa sat empty because of the evacuation and a partial refund is due. We, as the renters followed all the requirements on our end and maybe there should be some kind of policy in place when unforeseen weather events happen. Our family was so looking forward to this trip and our experience was very disappointing. ☹️

    The condos couch was broke so we were unable to use the sleeper, the hot tub was out of service, the plumers had to access the condo on three different days for a leak, there were "Palmetto bugs" and the entire entrance was torn up from construction...that means no sidewalks at all. We had to rent a car instead of a golf cart due to the construction which would not have been an issue if we had been told about it before we got there. I would not rent this space for this much money again.

    This is an extremely dark and dingy “little cabin” that should be listed as not recently updated and in location that you wouldn’t want to navigate at night. Cupboard drawer in kitchen broken, carpeting soiled and with burn marks, linoleum horribly worn (upstairs bathroom) jacuzzi jets didn’t work, impossible to get connected to WiFi. Calls to Jackson Homes about this weren’t returned. Information posted on refrigerator outdated, only shower upstairs with hot water faucet that doesn’t work right, and stairs are very dark with dark brown carpeting and no stair rail. I fell after missing the bottom stair and skinned and bruised my shoulder and arm on rough walls. Lastly they need to take down half of the pictures of fox and figurines and there would still be dozens left. Very disappointed in this cabin!!! I am giving it one star for the full size washer and dryer.

    This app does really do anything helpful. Map doesn't work. It doesn't have any information about your rental beyond the address. It has a couple of broken links to weather and tide charts. It just doesn't do anything.

    We, a family of ten, just returned from Rosemary Beach where we rented the above home through 360. I have traveled to many places in my life and rented many beach vacation homes. I have to say that the Home and the service provided by 360 were the worst I’ve ever encountered. They home was dirty and in disrepair. During the five day stay, we encountered refrigerator, security system, door lock, television and technology, and pool problems. Spoke to many people throughout our stay including “managers” and really with the exception of a man coming out to say he would have to contact a third party to make repairs and a woman with a small child who came to remove a soiled diaper found in a bedroom dresser, nothing was ever addressed. It’s a shame such a beautiful place left us with such a bad memory. We will return to Rosemary Beach but find a rental company with an emphasis on customer service.

    The app is cumbersome and unintuitive. It collects a ton of private information with no opt out option. Completely unnecessary when the only thing you need is the access codes to the rental property.

    app barely functions. temperature controls for my stay were definitely bugged, and there is no internal messaging service. they want you to connect your email and give no guarantee that it wont be shared with third parties. big no for me. next time an airbnb wants me to use this, I'm cancelling.

    Not working for me. I've booked a trip and this app is supposed to provide details like wifi code, door entrance code, etc. It doesn't work at all. Doesn't even show that I booked the trip. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

    When arriving to our condo we found it dirty, water bottles under the sofa along with food crumbs! Crumbs on the counters that hadn’t been cleaned! Sofa had crumbs in it.. The air wasn’t working so well so we called about all the issues and was told someone would call us back! No one ever did! The master bedroom shower faucets were messed up and stayed on either cold or hot it was hard to find a happy medium! The toilet clogged up and had to call for a plunger and was told someone would drop one off and that never happened! The microwave was missing the glass piece so hard to heat stuff up. The TV kept freezing up and couldn’t get a signal.. We love staying at Pinnacle port but would never stay in this room again.

    It was effortless to book our condo. We received a welcome package email and we were updated of any new changes ( like new Florida taxes), they told us exactly when and how much money was going to come out of our account. We also received emails from other apps to show us things we could site see. We received options for not just 1free item or boat ride, scuba diving, play areas for adults, but 1free EVERY DAY we are here, as well as 2 free condo beach ⛱️ recliners and an umbrella every day we s

    My 9 year old son and I went on a solo getaway without dad. Needless to say I was very concerned with safety. This was a great find. We had such a great time exploring the beach for shells in the morning and pool most of the day. This is a great location and even during the busy season we never felt crowded. The staff was so kind and eager to help with any needs. “Carter” made plenty of friends at the pool to keep him occupied. We ventured out to Grandma Dots for our last night.... outstanding! The room was cozy and felt like a second home. We look forward to our next visit.

    Our family also went the same time as the last reviewer went but we had a different experience. We also had to leave after two nights and even though I did buy the insurance we did not have to use it. The management allowed us to use the balance of our time for the same unit in May we are going at a different time to avoid hurricanes and red tide. We did not have any problem getting the credit and were not asked about our insurance. We couldn’t be happier with how this situation was handled Robert

    Not sure what all the complaints are about, I had no issues with the app. It was able to pull up my reservation with no problem, and see what was around my rental. I was able to use maps without it crashing.

    I made the mistake of renting other houses the last three years in frisco/hatteras area. My family has rented Sand Dollar many times in the past. I should have known better to try something else. The house is well equipped and has first class accommodations. The owners keep up with replacing things. The house is awesome and I highly recommend it to others. The walk to the beach may be a bit much for some with little ones but I found it not bad at all for a senior citizen. Not cheap but worth every penny! Pa boy!

    We stayed in Villa 281. It was very clean on our arrival , which means a lot to us. There was no problems getting in. The rental group was super friendly and very helpful. We had a great time with our family. The beach was awesome and biking is great. Also if your family would rather use the pool, it very family friendly, large and spotless. As far as getting groceries on the island, there is a grocery store that has everything you need. Its pricey however. We will return soon. 😊

    Totally awesome location. Loved walking the beach, listening to the waves, watching the storms come and go. Blake was also awesome! Took care of all our needs with a tremendous customer service attitude! Furnishings could use some TLC but we are looking forward to coming back next year.

    This app is very usable and convenient. Several reviewer said they had trouble logging on. I did as well initially, but once I received an email invitation from the resort to download the app, I was able to login easily. It was only two days before my arrival. Perhaps your information is not placed in the queue many days ahead of time. I found the links to phone numbers to call for maintenance and guest services very easy to access. Better than surfing the web and trying to find the right number while at the resort.

    It was great. There was some writing on the walls so I informed the vtrips repressentative. Also I didnt like that there was a no smoking policy in the house or near the property. I wsh they could have changed that I had to go outside in the cold and smoke in my car but other than that the stay was plendid. Thumbs up 4 atars

    We spent four days at Olive Gate Guest House with another couple and two dogs. For a small house it did not feel overly crowded. It was nicely appointed with plenty of towels, linens, and pillows. The back yard is very nice, especially with dogs. We used the grill and patio furniture for both breakfast and dinner. Fresh figs from the backyard tree were a plus! The location is another reason to stay here. Very close to downtown! We met many of the local neighbors during our stay. They were very welcoming. We will definitely plan another stay.

    We had a good stay here. The condo is very nicely furnished. Third floor but there’s an elevator for moving in/out. The exterior hallway lights were not timed to come on when it turned dark. We called to complain but it stayed the same the whole time. Our second time staying in Watercolor. Even in late October the area just outside the unit was a busy and bustling place all day with landscape blowers/mowers, garbage crew with loud beeping, some construction, and even maintenance workers drilling in the unit across the hall. And lastly the 100++ Beach chair/umbrella setups were completely sold out the first day. The rest of the week we had to rent on the second row. Can’t imagine what it’s like there in high season. Definitely not a quite beach area. Not for us.

    It's a great idea for an app, and it's navigation is fairly simple. It crashes occasionally though which is annoying. And based on property manager/owner, the info sometimes is better than others.

    As far as having access to my reservation, the app worked well. But I have tried to leave a review, and that isn't working well. Too bad, because I gave the condo unit and realtor a 5 star. Tried to leave a picture of wildlife near where we stayed, can't access the review and only part of the last sentence is visible. App needs some work...

    - Water leak into kitchen with mold on the ceiling - Power outlets didn’t work in one upstairs room - alarm goes off every time you open the main door to the balcony. There is no way to turn it off and it beeps throughout the 2nd and 3rd floor. This kept guests ups at night and woke them up early in the morning. -Bikes were rusted, tires were low and seats were pealing - Ice maker in kitchen was broken - 1 Dryer was broken (but they did have 2) - Downstairs tv remote did not work, had to manually change the chanel on the tv. - Beach chairs were old, wobbly, and had no cup holders or vouches. - no pot holders/lacking some necessary kitchen accessory’s - upstairs bath outlets not wrong -2nd floor porch outlet did not work The office was very nice however they were unable to take care of the continual water leak nor get the ice maker working (they did bring us 2 bags of ice) Our biggest complaint is there is now way to disable the alarm therefore if you have early risers who like to sit on the porch the bell rings throughout the house EVERY time the door opens waking up anyone trying to sleep!!!

    I would like for someone to meet me at the location if I decided to stay again. To ensure the place is cleaned. The stairs had not been swept. I miss grilling on Friday night because the gas was not on. I had to constantly call on Saturday to have dinner party ready. My stay was for my 60th birthday. My husband, children, family, Co workers & siblings joined me there from different cities/ states. I had an agenda/ menu planned. My family & I had to clean & change itinerary when we got there before setting up & decoration. Afterward the stay was okay. Didn’t know you had to pay extra for jacuzzi & pool heated. Please give all details when renting out.

    There are a lot of bugs in this app, and this is written after they supposedly fixed bugs. I can’t see what I’m typing when I input info in the app. It closes on me often, for no reason. It will not connect to my contacts to invite others, even though it has permission. The app leaves a lot to be desired. What little information it does provide is not the best. I’ll use this app strictly for my rental info, but look eleswhere for trip suggestions and area information.

    The condos couch was broke so we were unable to use the sleeper, the hot tub was out of service, the plumers had to access the condo on three different days for a leak, there were "Palmetto bugs" and the entire entrance was torn up from construction...that means no sidewalks at all. We had to rent a car instead of a golf cart due to the construction which would not have been an issue if we had been told about it before we got there. I would not rent this space for this much money again.

    Clicking on open map to find your reservation crashes the app. I don't see any information that I didn't already have in email. It does show a list of near by attractions and restaurants, but I don't need this app for that information either. Maybe it would be useful if I was traveling every week, but for once or twice a year, seems like bloatware.

    My family rented a lovely villa in Palmetto Dunes over Labor Day week. It was everything we had hoped for. Unfortunately Hurricane Dorian was churning. We were able to enjoy our villa for a day and a half and then the Vacation Company sent a mandatory evacuation notice. We followed all the guidelines for the rental and obeyed the evacuation notice. We left and gave them the notice as requested. But then we continued to get messages later in the week about checkout procedures etc. We had already been gone for four days!!!! I feel the automated impersonal system kicked in and we were given no assistance. I would think the villa owner would have a conscience about accepting their payment for this week’s rental. I assume they know their villa sat empty because of the evacuation and a partial refund is due. We, as the renters followed all the requirements on our end and maybe there should be some kind of policy in place when unforeseen weather events happen. Our family was so looking forward to this trip and our experience was very disappointing. ☹️

    This is an extremely dark and dingy “little cabin” that should be listed as not recently updated and in location that you wouldn’t want to navigate at night. Cupboard drawer in kitchen broken, carpeting soiled and with burn marks, linoleum horribly worn (upstairs bathroom) jacuzzi jets didn’t work, impossible to get connected to WiFi. Calls to Jackson Homes about this weren’t returned. Information posted on refrigerator outdated, only shower upstairs with hot water faucet that doesn’t work right, and stairs are very dark with dark brown carpeting and no stair rail. I fell after missing the bottom stair and skinned and bruised my shoulder and arm on rough walls. Lastly they need to take down half of the pictures of fox and figurines and there would still be dozens left. Very disappointed in this cabin!!! I am giving it one star for the full size washer and dryer.

    This app does really do anything helpful. Map doesn't work. It doesn't have any information about your rental beyond the address. It has a couple of broken links to weather and tide charts. It just doesn't do anything.

    We, a family of ten, just returned from Rosemary Beach where we rented the above home through 360. I have traveled to many places in my life and rented many beach vacation homes. I have to say that the Home and the service provided by 360 were the worst I’ve ever encountered. They home was dirty and in disrepair. During the five day stay, we encountered refrigerator, security system, door lock, television and technology, and pool problems. Spoke to many people throughout our stay including “managers” and really with the exception of a man coming out to say he would have to contact a third party to make repairs and a woman with a small child who came to remove a soiled diaper found in a bedroom dresser, nothing was ever addressed. It’s a shame such a beautiful place left us with such a bad memory. We will return to Rosemary Beach but find a rental company with an emphasis on customer service.

    The app is cumbersome and unintuitive. It collects a ton of private information with no opt out option. Completely unnecessary when the only thing you need is the access codes to the rental property.

    app barely functions. temperature controls for my stay were definitely bugged, and there is no internal messaging service. they want you to connect your email and give no guarantee that it wont be shared with third parties. big no for me. next time an airbnb wants me to use this, I'm cancelling.

    Not working for me. I've booked a trip and this app is supposed to provide details like wifi code, door entrance code, etc. It doesn't work at all. Doesn't even show that I booked the trip. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

    When arriving to our condo we found it dirty, water bottles under the sofa along with food crumbs! Crumbs on the counters that hadn’t been cleaned! Sofa had crumbs in it.. The air wasn’t working so well so we called about all the issues and was told someone would call us back! No one ever did! The master bedroom shower faucets were messed up and stayed on either cold or hot it was hard to find a happy medium! The toilet clogged up and had to call for a plunger and was told someone would drop one off and that never happened! The microwave was missing the glass piece so hard to heat stuff up. The TV kept freezing up and couldn’t get a signal.. We love staying at Pinnacle port but would never stay in this room again.
