The exercises from beginner should be like the 7x4 challenge because you can see the improvements and how far you've got ,if you do the same exercises every time it's a bit boring but overall the app is good I like it. Edit:It needs a warm up routine, more tips for your training and the time measurements are not that accurate

It's simple. Many times that is what you need. Get in. Work out. Get out. No overly complex graphics and controls for a million things you don't need. If you are some fitness guru type, maybe this is not up to your standard but If you are a regular person just trying to stay fit, this is definitely for you.

Free app (with ads) to do any possible exercise at home. It has a schedule system or a one time exercise option. THE GOOD There is enough rest between an excercise and another. Free app. Many option and all level of excercise Videos, not automatic though, you have to open them by yourself. THE BAD Simple animation without many details. To open a video you have to do it manually. Ads. Computerized voice. BOTTOM LINE The app is smart and works good, but in my opinion is overrated.

Best home workout app. Simple, direct, free. I also think that the exercises are more straightforward and you can feel more what muscles are being targeted. Also, there are various options of training exercises. The 7x4 challenge is a great combo. I recommend the app to anyone.

good app, When start getting stronger and add weights, fantastic app. Being using it for around 3 yrs now. I don't like to think what to do, like people to tell me. Then I get a quick 30 min to 40 min workout and feel great afterwards.

  1. No equipment necessary! Tone your body and get six-pack abs from your very own home
  2. Always find you forget to warm up? Don't forget this important step with short routines that will have you excited to start moving
  3. Workout Reminders keep you on schedule so you know when it's time to start the day's exercise! Edit old reminders and add new ones

It's a great app to use if you don't like going to the gym, it's hassle free and it's a great way to get in shape if you aren't bothered about getting a gym subscription. It's good for all ages and I do encourage families to collectively use the app and exercise together, especially in this Covid-19 period.
