    If I could give this app 0 stars I would. After downloading the app for the first time everything was great. Prices were nice, I got discounts, customer service was always on everything but that was all up to par until recently. After updating to the latest version of the app and reloading several times on countless occasions my screen expresses the same response to an error, “WIPEOUT, we’re dusting the sand off a few things to make your shopping experience better.” Followed by that it has a RETRY button. I originally downloaded this to make my life easier instead of visiting the store or having to wait online. Well then I began to think and I was reassured about the online Hollister app but sure enough when visiting the site it DOES NOT LOAD and it slipped my head that not only that but it hasn’t been working for the last YEAR or so. I say Hollister needs to get on their A game and pull their heads out of their butts because if this is the respect I’m going to receive from them, this is the amount of respect I supply to them. 0!

    If you shop a lot online, you’re usually going to use an app. I’ve noticed with some though it’s difficult to filter things out & find exactly what you want within a decent time frame. With this app I’ve noticed that I can easily add or remove things from the cart. Even favorite diff items to look at them more closely in a group making the decision making process a lot easier since it’s all right there in front of you. Even inside the shopping cart I will add several items & add discounts then filter it out all in the end. Easy to use. Cutest clothes for my body type & the lines are usually on trend but still keep the casual beachy look in mind. In love. Ps. Been shopping here for almost 10 years now. If you look at Hollister’s line as “too pricy” or it’s only for “smaller people”. Look again. Look closer. Sales & upsizing are there. Most pieces are super stretchy & adjustable. Overall 10 out of 10. 👌🏼 & FYI, things are usually cheapest online. With shipping & all. 😘

    I've had nothing but positive experiences from H.Co and this app. Mostly everything I order turns out as expected, with the exception of a few things being a little too small/big. I've never had any trouble from this app.

    I always love buying stuff online here because every hollister store around me is like 3-5 hours away from me, but recently I bought some things off of there and I went to check my club points and this has been going on since you updated as well cause I believe the day I received my items, you updated your app as well, it has been telling me I cannot redeem or use my points with out an account in the EU, but I live in the US with a US account and I’m not sure why it isn’t working I can’t even order anything else because it has pound instead of dollars and I don’t know the price difference nor the shipping, I’ve went through all the settings to see if maybe i changed it by accident but I hadn’t. And I can’t even use my rewards because they won’t show up. And I am getting really frustrated because all your deals are out and I can’t buy anything, I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it and even restarted my phone and either thing had worked

    For some reason , the Mobil site version for hollister is really slow , glitchy, and makes things so hard just to even browse? But the app has made it SO MUCH EASER to shop and pretty much do anything! You basically get the entire website , completely optimized and compacted into an app to work properly on your phone! You can of course brows the entire catalog, edit your profile, make purchases , redeem Coupons and trade Cali Cash and you can even track your packages!! You get first notifications on new sales and promotions, when you get Cali Cash, packets delivered, or been shipped out. They keep you 100% informed of everything! The only little minor problem/bug I found with the app that hasn’t yet been addressed or fixed, is when you try to track your package , it’s extremely slow and glitchy to pull up your orders and check the tracking. It works fine but you just need a lot of patience, specially if you are tying to track multiple orders like my self , it takes me a few minutes to go down every order to check. It was really annoying at first , but you kinda just get use to it the more you use it. Other then that, I really love that app and how the simplicity and easiness of the app motivates me to want to keep shopping!! Definitely use the app for the ultimate online shopping experience!

    I ordered High waisted light washed mom jeans, the shipping took 2 weeks which is well over 5-7 business day, which I paid for. I’m so disappointed because I looked forward to these jeans to come in the mail only to find out that they are the total opposite of what I ordered. The jeans I received were low waisted(I hate low waisted), size 0R(which is also not my size), black(needed a light wash pair not black), and they were super skinny(which I hate). I called the customer service only to be told that the jeans I wanted were now sold out, and the only thing I can do is either drive to a Hollister store and return them, or return them via mail if I wanted my money back. I hated that sass and the attitude when clearly I had a reason to be upset, but I was extremely polite about everything. JUST TERRIBLE!!!

    Sure, I like Hollister gear but I have to give credit to the app developers. It’s a pleasure to use this app. It’s fast, responsive, and intuitive. Clean interface with a nice balance of content and white space. Nice visual hierarchies. Really well designed. Checkout is quick and easy. I can access my order quickly. Tracking the order is one or two clicks away. The app knows right away when my items have arrived. Starting a return is a click away. Super easy. Browsing is a pleasure. Search works well. I can save favorites and see whether they’re available for curbside pickup at my local store. Navigation is snappy and scrolling is smooth. Press and hold on an item to see additional images. Good images with closeups and on-model views for most items. The app often offers clothing pairing suggestions. Item reviews allow users to enter their height to help other users with choosing a size. The app lets me add my reward card to the Apple Wallet for quick access. The only thing is miss is the ability to change the quantity of my items in the cart. That needs to be addressed. Other than that, phenomenal app. Well done, guys and gals.

    After updating to the latest version of the Hollister app, there have been several issues that have constantly been occurring that were not before updating. At first the app was working completely fine until I noticed that scrolling through the catalog of clothing was INCREDIBLY laggy and slow. Even if I scrolled with the slightest touch, it would completely lag out. Later on, I was trying to fill out an order and I used my PayPal. However, every time I tried clicking the icon to use PayPal, the app would either crash or give me an error. I had to delete and download the app again in order to place my order. The next day, I went into the app, and noticed I had been logged out, which the app does periodically so I didn’t mind it much, but when I try to log back in, it says that the information I filled in (username/password) does not work and it shows me an error, and asks me to reset my password. I’m unaware if anyone else is having these issues, but I will not continue to use the app if these issues are persistent.

    I really like that they have an app that often times has better prices than a retail store sale, and even outlet store sales. However, the app needs a bit of improvement. Many times the app displays a blank screen which makes it hard to shop. Also, I had an item sku and photo of what I ordered changed to something else, so I had no idea which jeans I was going to receive. Customer service had no idea as well. I asked on the customer service Twitter account, with no response. It ended up being what ordered, which of course I was happy about, but it’s just strange that the app can completely change the item and make people wonder.. plus ignoring the Twitter which I was referred to. Another problem with the app, is that it will show you which items are in stock at given location, and then when you show up, it’s not in stock. Updating inventory is not being done efficiently as well.. I’ve wasted time and gas...

    Normally I find the Hollister app fine, but for over a week now every time I open the app it just says "Wipeout: we're dusting the sand off a few things to make your shopping experience even better" followed by a retry button. I've tried refreshing, I've tried deleting and redownloading, I've looked online/at reviews and at their Twitter to see if this was an issue with the app in general or just me but saw nothing, and at this point I'll probably just delete it soon because I keep getting notifications but can't get rid of them because the app won't open. And this is following me making a purchase through the app for store pickup and then never getting a notification/email of delivery so it was returned. Customer service was willing to refund that purchase but now with all these annoyances piling up not sure I'll keep the app. However, when it's not buggy and full of issues the app does work well, but when it's not in top shape it's literally useless.

    Terrible user experience. Im on huavei phone and I cant delete items after I add them to the shopping cart. There is no X or delete button. So Its like once you add stuff to your bag, you are screwed. Guys you are running an online retail business here. I cant believe this is happening. You are losing sales and customers by not ensuring that your app works on every device.

    I love love loveeeeee Hollister and I was super excited to download the app but when I tried to log in it would either just pop me back out to the home page or give me a sign in error. I thought that I had maybe remembered my password incorrectly so I reset my password and even tried logging in on the website to make sure it worked and I was sure it would work on the app. I went back to the app and it did the same thing so I decided to redownload to see if that would help but it kept doing the same thing. I even tried apple saving the passwords and automatically entering it to ensure I wasn’t typing my password wrong but it still would not work?? I don’t know if it’s just my phone but it would be amazing if the app would actually let me sign in:((

    The app is so helpful and useful especially, when you are shopping for something specific in the store. You can simply ask “do you have this in stock” and they will let you know! I love the app although, there is one big problem that I face. The problem is the lag in the app doesn’t make it the best app to shop on if you are looking for something online and in a rush or don’t have patience. Sometimes I’ll be scrolling through and randomly it will lag and skip and that’s why I don’t use the app that often unless it is back to school season, holidays, or summer. Those are the only times I’m ever on the app and I have time to sit down and look over. But, overall it is a very helpful and useful app but not when in a rush!

    I love their clothes and to shop their and I understand where everything is and it’s not difficult and it’s a easy way to shop with out having to go to a store if your like busy and can’t get to one and it’s pretty fast shipping but the only thing I wanna say is that when I put in my address I put in my city and then address and then when I put that in it changed my city to somewhere else and I had to return everything go back and reorder it and it didn’t get to me in time for an even I had to go to but other then that my experience has been great so far and I love how the app is arranged.

    The app is great. There is so much ease when shopping when you get to slide through the item photos without having to click into it. It’s a pretty nice “quick shop” feature. The only thing keeping me from a five star rating is more improvements that would make the app even better. I would suggest having a stock notification system available so that users can be notified of items in their favorites being back in stock. It eliminates having to constantly check the app for size availability.

    So I just contacted Customer Service and it seems to me that they have no clue about this option(calling it Apple Pay), but the developers do look at these reviews. When you go to Profile and then ID(for those who have Club Cali) there is a barcode where the associates can scan, and right below it is an option that says, ”Add to Apple Wallet”. I’ve already seen two reviews about the same concern and it is about the function not working! I’m currently using an iPhone 7 Plus and I’ve tried everything possible and nothing seems to work. So developers, if you are seeing this please fix it as many people would like having this option available. Thanks.

Also, I had an item sku and photo of what I ordered changed to something else, so I had no idea which jeans I was going to receive. Customer service had no idea as well. I asked on the customer service Twitter account, with no response. It ended up being what ordered, which of course I was happy about, but it’s just strange that the app can completely change the item and make people wonder.. plus ignoring the Twitter which I was referred to. Another problem with the app, is that it will show you which items are in stock at given location, and then when you show up, it’s not in stock. Updating inventory is not being done efficiently as well.. I’ve wasted time and gas...

    Not working. Can't email or tweet for help as it says either. Links aren't working. Can't delete items from the shopping bag so can't order the things I do want. Tried everything. Now stuck with a load of stuff in my shopping bag and no way if making an order.

    This app is so trash! I open the app I see nothing but woman clothing... why is it I don't have the option to view men's clothing? There's no menu or option for me to choose! Deleting this 🗑️

    After updating to the latest version of the Hollister app, there have been several issues that have constantly been occurring that were not before updating. At first the app was working completely fine until I noticed that scrolling through the catalog of clothing was INCREDIBLY laggy and slow. Even if I scrolled with the slightest touch, it would completely lag out. Later on, I was trying to fill out an order and I used my PayPal. However, every time I tried clicking the icon to use PayPal, the app would either crash or give me an error. I had to delete and download the app again in order to place my order. The next day, I went into the app, and noticed I had been logged out, which the app does periodically so I didn’t mind it much, but when I try to log back in, it says that the information I filled in (username/password) does not work and it shows me an error, and asks me to reset my password. I’m unaware if anyone else is having these issues, but I will not continue to use the app if these issues are persistent.

    Normally I find the Hollister app fine, but for over a week now every time I open the app it just says "Wipeout: we're dusting the sand off a few things to make your shopping experience even better" followed by a retry button. I've tried refreshing, I've tried deleting and redownloading, I've looked online/at reviews and at their Twitter to see if this was an issue with the app in general or just me but saw nothing, and at this point I'll probably just delete it soon because I keep getting notifications but can't get rid of them because the app won't open. And this is following me making a purchase through the app for store pickup and then never getting a notification/email of delivery so it was returned. Customer service was willing to refund that purchase but now with all these annoyances piling up not sure I'll keep the app. However, when it's not buggy and full of issues the app does work well, but when it's not in top shape it's literally useless.

    Terrible user experience. Im on huavei phone and I cant delete items after I add them to the shopping cart. There is no X or delete button. So Its like once you add stuff to your bag, you are screwed. Guys you are running an online retail business here. I cant believe this is happening. You are losing sales and customers by not ensuring that your app works on every device.

    I like there clothes. They have a lot of good deals. But there clothing is really small even when you get a xxl sweatshirt, or shirt. And there jeans shrink way to fast.

    I love love loveeeeee Hollister and I was super excited to download the app but when I tried to log in it would either just pop me back out to the home page or give me a sign in error. I thought that I had maybe remembered my password incorrectly so I reset my password and even tried logging in on the website to make sure it worked and I was sure it would work on the app. I went back to the app and it did the same thing so I decided to redownload to see if that would help but it kept doing the same thing. I even tried apple saving the passwords and automatically entering it to ensure I wasn’t typing my password wrong but it still would not work?? I don’t know if it’s just my phone but it would be amazing if the app would actually let me sign in:((
