Works, but slow and connection issues
It works, but it's slow and has connection issues. Constantly disconnects and then won't get a new IP, forcing me to turn it on and off manually. Fix it!!!! Update: yeah, I’m sick of it. The other day it treated me like I wasn’t subscribed even though I pay month to month. In fact, I should say that it consistently does this every month on the day my subscription expires, but it became permanent and the support tech told me to just reinstall the app. No. Sorry, but the proxy isn’t even that sophisticated. If you are going to make a dumbed down proxy program, at least make it work. Done with it. Switching to another proxy service. -
Flaws
I’ve had this on my phone for on or about a year. I’ve discussed this with tech support and gotten nowhere. What I want is to not have to toggle this vpn on all the time. I understand that when I’m away from home it’ll time out along with my wifi. That’s fine, but I don’t get out much anymore so the vpn should stay active yet it doesn’t. I have to remind myself to toggle it on every time my WiFi is connected. Even then it toggles off or times out randomly. Every time I get online I have to toggle it on and how long before it timed out is un predictable. I’d be very pleased if it didn’t do that constantly. -

It's an awesome vpn and I really enjoyed it. But I have a problem with it. It says I should update my google play services to use app. Those apps are up-to-date but I can't still use HMA. I surfed the net and I saw other users have this problem too. Plz help me to solve it. Error number: 1.6.202

It was working just fine until I got the last update today, and it's not working anymore . It brings up an error code saying that I should update my Google Play Service. Of course, my Play Service is the latest version.

Terrible app
This app is never stable, connects for 5 seconds and disconnects immediately. Frustrating!

What's with the notifications about protecting me or something when I unlock my phone? App isn't running in background so it should not be doing anything at all! Been a customer for probably 5 years now but this could change things. Edit in response to feedback: I'm not having issues with notifications, I'm having issues that the app is doing something while it's not being used! Maybe it's been happening all along but without feedback. I use a vpn as security, not as a paid data harvester.

Great capabilities poor performance
Connects automatically most of the time. Often it shows connected but have NO internet capability, have disconnect HMA choose a different server location. Often I have to do it several times before I can get access to the internet. Each time it requires me to go to another program & see if it will load. It’s the worse on my cell phone because I can’t tell if it’s working of not. -
Netflix detects after today's update... My subscription is now useless because Netflix now detects all US servers. Yes, I tried them all. It's detected on my phone, tablet and laptop. Very frustrating.

After update the app won't come up in the phone and keep saying to update play service while it has been updated ant it's the same on my both phones If they don't fix the problem it's better to buy something else

Don’t use with flashrouter!
Drops connections all the time. All the severs are blocked by many popular streams and services if you are outside USA. Changed to the next popular VPN and never issues. Stays connected all the time for weeks. No need to reboot the router. If a server gets blocked a new is always available. Hma is 20$ cheaper for a year’s subscription but the headaches are not really worth it and, if you are overseas forget about it. I’m sorry I’m only 3 months into annual sub. Money down the drain
