Very heavy and slow app. I don't like the interface, not user friendly with many errors. Its automatically logged off all the time. The website works perfectly, I would give 5 starts, but definetely 1 to this horrible app.

Stupid App..really² sucks! Wl NOT recommend anyone to use it...Sucks! Sucks!! Sucks!! Everytime I update it, I wl ALWAYS get stuck, can't open, can't use..tried to reset on CONNECT, but still doesn't work! Can u guys pls get this stupid thing fixed! I m getting so very frustrated, its driving me crazy! Sack the developer if they know nuts about doing an App! Super LOUSY App!! It sud get a ZERO star⭐ I might change the bank soon, after this, if I still can't get it done by tmrw!!😠😡

Situation : My phone out of data, i can't open the apps then i used my friend phone and open the hlconnect website to topup but it still need me to make authorize on my apps and how i want to authorize when i can't open my apps. Pls work on this matter! How if it's on emergency matter!

I changed my phone to oppo Reno 6,I already enable appauthorise but never received notification when I want to do online transfer on PC... already removed add my device many times in the app setting but still didn't receive appauthorise notification,in my old phone did received it in the past 🙁

Please look into the login screen lag. The app already started lagging since CNY login animation. After the latest update, the lag got worse that it now affects typing and screen transition even after login it's take sometimes to access into the transaction page and etc. Also I found that anyone who has access to my phone can actually read of transaction history on the login page "Bell" on the top left corner EVEN WITHOUT LOGIN. Security wise this should only be viewable only AFTER you login.

Your app always load so slowly. Network full bar and 4G also like that. Can you get rid of things that is useless like prepaid reload.

Please look into the login screen lag. The app already started lagging since CNY login animation. After the latest update, the lag got worse that it now affects typing and screen transition. Every few input the app keyboard would freeze for a second or two.

The Connect Apps is currently unavailable. Please try again later.... For days already, adik. If you don't wanna run the apps, just switch to OTP please. I can't online transfer my money because of this.

We heard you and the team has been working on fixes to address these issues.
In this update we’re bringing fixes to issues related to these features: Bill Payment, My Activities, Scan QR, DuitNow, language settings when the app is re-installed & other minor fixes. To make it intuitive for you, the ‘Share’ button in your transaction receipt screen will also be renamed as ‘Receipt.
With this update we’ve finally enabled all key features and services that you once enjoyed in the old Connect App within this app!
And thanks to your continuous feedback, we’ve made some tweaks and fixes to the app to further improve your experience.

This release brings you 3 key updates;
· Scan QR is now known as QR Pay. Make contactless payments with a DuitNow QR code to merchants from any participating banks & e-wallets when you dine or shop!
· A ‘Receive Payment’ icon has been added, making it easier for you to access & show your DuitNow QR code to receive payments from others.
· Also updated is a feature that will enable you to earn instant rewards after performing certain transactions. Keep using your HLB Connect App & you might find yourself bagging away attractive rewards!
