  • Essential tool as we begin to open up again Apr 26, 2020

    By Legoboyzmom
I’m so glad Utah is doing this! Too many people in the southern and rural parts of the state aren’t taking COVID-19 seriously enough, I’m afraid, because we haven’t had nearly the number of cases they’ve had up north. But for that very reason people are flocking down here to have fun without practicing social distancing or wearing masks, etc. As a small business owner who’s cautiously about to reopen, I’m grateful for a tool like this that will help me check my own health status daily, let me know if and when I should call my doctor or get tested, AND alert me if I’ve been around someone who has later tested positive. It’s essential for contact tracing. Even more so for me, since half of our customers in spring and summer are from out of town.

In a sea of negativity and bad news this has been a welcome reprieve. As a healthcare professional it’s been disheartening to see the health and economic devastation that COVID-19 has caused. Like most Americans I’ve been wary of opening the economy too soon. However, the initiative that Utah has shown, in ramping up testing, in making more PPE, and now in the creation of this app, give me so much more comfort that we will be able to strike this balance and continue to both fight this pandemic and restart the economy in responsible ways.
  • COVID-19. Results Jan 12, 2021

I have had new results on my latest COVID test. I wrote a poor review about this website at that time and have deleted that review. Some comments where made in anger because of delays in getting results and difficulty using the site. I returned to the testing site and spoke to an agent and was told my new results would take 3 to 5 days I received the new results and returned to the app. I had better results using the site this time with no problems and was satisfied with using the app. I still feel the app could be improved but I changed my review to a four

I got this app hoping it would let me know if someone I’ve been in contact with has been diagnosed. But I’m assuming all those people who refuse to wear a mask to the grocery store are also among those who are paranoid about this app invading their privacy. Without the majority of my neighbors using it, all I get from it is a somewhat annoying daily reminder to check my symptoms. Unless some new symptom is discovered, I don’t need an app asking me every single day if I have a cough or loss of taste. Pretty sure I’ll notice that on my own. I’ll still keep the app for the slight chance I come in contact with someone else who has the app and tests positive.

So much information on who to call, what to do, statistics, tips on how to stay safe, and your past test results. Some people refuse to test or they just don’t care and then when they get symptoms, they brush it off and continue to go on and not knowing infect others. We need to all do our part by following guidelines to protect others. Get tested! We of course can’t live in Fear, but by Faith. We also need to remember and be considerate of others and do our part!
  • Easy way to do my part in keeping this virus under control. Jun 28, 2020

Very easy to do with daily reminders. I have no problem answering the generic questions and I feel safe with my personal info. I wish more people would jump on the bandwagon of using an app like this. Being high risk, it’s just another way I feel I can stay safe and know I can be informed if I come in contact with someone with the virus.

Map doesn’t render properly on iPhone. Currently using iPhone 8 Plus w/ iOS 13.5 would also be nice to see hot spots on the map. Note this app doesn’t use Apple or Google contact tracing capabilities of your o/s. So for instance this app does not let you turn on contact trace logging within iOS settings privacy health and is not currently supported by state health departments. Also not sure how it reports people who had the virus but are now safe. Sounds like it requires everyone to use it to be effective. As for me I’ll wait to see what app the Virginia Health dept recommends for Virginians.

The nurse who RAN out of the door to test people in cars testing quickly and jovial then RUNNING back to the door WAS FANTASTIC ! I was close to a van filled with children. He was so kind and patient as he tested each family member. After testing he RAN back to the door of the clinic, Canyon view Medical Center in Spanish Fork. This testing area is not on you web sight. WE PARKED IN PARKING SPACES IN THE BACK OF THE CLINIC. It was so slick!! I don’t know his name but I would like the thank him and all the medical workers.

My father-in-law was taken to the hospital. He passed away. Yet, the hospital still tested him for the coronavirus. The test was available in less than two days. I feel relieved that the test came back negative. The hospital staff was very professional and respected the protocols in place for the coronavirus. We pray that Jehovah God will bless you for your hard work. We are wishing many blessings and joy to all healthcare workers!

I've been monitoring apps internationally and waiting for a domestic solution to contact tracing. This is the most comprehensive and polished solution I’ve seen!! I’m really hopeful that this will have the impact I believe it will. To those who are cautious please trust the process, you can delete your data whenever, but sharing it with health officials is critical to stopping the spread . ❤️❤️❤️

I'm having the same update issue as everyone else and now it's saying my pin request has been throttled and not expected to be available for 82271 seconds!! This app, particularly for something as important as health information, is horrendous! There isn't a chat with an agent option, or a telephone number to call and no response from the support team. What an unnecessary, and potentially deadly inconvenience to experience during a pandemic!
  • Aug 21, 2021

I have attempted multiple times to receive my test results, yet can't. I am able to enter my phone number and PIN, then can't get past the prompt to update the app. It turns into an endless cycle with no results. So very frustrating!! There's got to be a better way ~ we can go to Mars but can't get a simple test result efficiently.

It is still not letting me in the app as many times as I punch in the pin verification correctly.
  • Useless App Aug 16, 2021

    By user_1234Akc
I am in Florida. After waiting two days to receive my results, I receive the notification that they are ready. I go to the app and my new results are nowhere to be found and to this day are not on there. Our lovely state has made it so that this is the only way to receive results at some sites so it would make sense that it would be of importance for the app to be technologically sound. But alas, it is not. Now I have the pleasure of chasing around my county health dept to receive the results prior to an important trip I have to take and of course that’s a wild goose chase. It would be much easier if they would just text/email the results like they normally do. Not everything needs an app that you can barely rely on.
  • Aug 21, 2021

    By Christina Williams
For such an important app it fails. I can't get past the update screen. App is updated and it tells me to update. Uninstall and reinstall does nothing. Keeps bringing me back here to update when no more updates are available. People's jobs depend on this information. Children's educations depend on this information. Do it on a website and get rid of the app if it isn't going to work properly.
  • Aug 21, 2021

    By Corey Pendergrass
Unable do results, will not go past adding name. Asks you to update to better version, but when you click update, just takes you back to previous screen. This is frustrating. There should be better way. Why not just email people their results instead of having them deal with this app. It's not good at all. A waste of time.
  • Aug 21, 2021

    By Leslie Schnell
The literal worst. I installed the app and entered my phone number as directed. Then I entered the pin that was texted to me. From there you get a screen stating thag app has been updated with a button the click to get the latest version. It takes you to the app store to download, and then this cycle starts over and over. There are no other options for getting my results. Unbelievable. So now I have no idea the test results which could result in further infections.

App keeps saying there is an update, while signed in, even after: clearing app storage and cache, re-installing the app, restarting the phone and installing app on a second device. I have 2 test results to review in the app and CANNOT GET TO THEM! I needed them for a flight and I cannot get anyone from tech support for help. The Florida Department of Health messed up using this app!!!
  • Not worth the trouble. Jul 11, 2020

    By Bret.Utah.801
First, is the symptom checker. I answer yes to a scratchy throat and am told to get tested - no consideration for the fact I have terrible sinuses and with all the fireworks it’s got them draining like a goo factory! Don’t we need some follow up questions to see if it’s normal? For this reason I quit doing the daily checks. Second, I’m told Utah turned off the location tracking because they thought fewer people will use the app. Wasn’t that the main value in this app? The need for contact tracing? Where is the value now? The only value now is finding testing - I can do that through the Internet. I will be deleting this app. Thank you Utah - good use of my money!
  • Aug 21, 2021

This app keeps saying it has a new update and yet it won't update. And it won't let me use the app until it updates. I need to get my test results for work and I can't because of this freaking app not working, which wouldn't be a problem of there was another way. But this is literally the only way and it doesn't work!!! Nice going. It's stuff like this that really just makes me care less and less about everything.

This app is exactly what states need in order to stop the spread. Thank you for finally creating an app that incorporates contact tracing and works well/easy to use. The symptom checker was very straight forward and prompted me to the nearest testing center within seconds! I will be sharing with my entire family and friends. Together we will overcome the virus!!

I’ve been using heathy together w my family for the last few weeks, it is well designed and works great. IMO automated contact tracing is the most accurate way to track the spread of Covid (as opposed to the Google / Apple solution that is less comprehensive). I’m proud of Utah for being early adopters and leading by example ❤️.

Thank you for making the app easy to navigate. Test results are easy to see, read and understand. The “What To Do” information is very useful to help guide one. It is also good that there is a disclaimer, if one gets a negative result, that a person could be early in the infection stage or still contract the virus later.

I guess this is good? I don’t get any kind of notification as to where a positive has been reported like Gov Herbert said. It just tracks me? I entered my symptoms of itchy throat on a day with heavy pollen and it said to get tested. I know this was just allergies. Maybe add options for the allergy season? I called the COVID hotline and they told me not to test. Icon looks like it was stolen from Apple Health and some blue waves were added.i get confused and open the wrong app all the time.

All perfect, but the line to make the test because of the people was unsafe, without distance, and some people even without mask. I suggest instal some marks on the floor or pavement. The result of the test hasn’t the exact time of tasting so it does not work for traveling purpose. You could include this information to be more accurate or precise. Congratulations and thank you for you important task! 👏🙏
  • Good app... one flaw Feb 5, 2021

    By Appwcthr
Overall good app. Enjoy how easy it is to get results and quicker then waiting for phone call. The one issue I keep having is that I continue to get alerts stating my results are ready to view even after I’ve already checked it. Kind of annoying and had to turn off alerts.
  • Duplicate Results Jan 25, 2021

    By StripedPaisley
I find this app to be quite useful, but have had an issue with duplicate entries per result posting (twice, sometimes three times). I receive duplicate notifications each time as well. Not sure if this is an issue on the data entry side, or something within the app.
  • Great App but... May 25, 2020

I like this app. It’s extremely helpful. But what I don’t like is gps needs to be set to always on for contact tracing to work properly and keeping gps on thru the app will run down the battery, at least in my opinion. Other than that, it’s perfect.

I have gone back and told them that it is not appearing in my name and because of this I had to go to the State Road 84 office to get a hard copy in my name. I have just received the test results again in my brother’s name though I just took the test again yesterday. I want it back in my name. Will they be able to fixed this kuffuffle. The advice your app gives as appropriate activity and precautions given what’s happening in my area is horribly inaccurate and counters what health experts suggest. For example, it is currently only recommending wearing a mask to someone in a high risk category, when 1. Wearing masks barely do anything to protect the wearer but are instead mostly effective for protecting others, and 2. My county has mandatory mask usage in public right now. I really wish my state government hadn’t chosen a contact tracing provider willing to be a political shill and rather one who would make public health its top priority.
  • Why create an account Nov 11, 2020

    By (: ME :)
Why tf does an app like this need my phone number, why should I need to create an account? All it should do is let me check my symptoms, be kept informed, and let me use the smartphone to be notified when I’ve been in close contact with someone who tested positive. Nothing should require an account. No one will use this thus making it useless. Remove the account requirement.

Unable do results, will not go past adding name. Asks you to update to better version, but when you click update, just takes you back to previous screen. This is frustrating. There should be better way. Why not just email people their results instead of having them deal with this app. It's not good at all. A waste of time.
