    The app is fine. In some respects it’s very user friendly but the program itself has some issues. It’s great to be able to order $100 worth of products 4 times a year but how do Walmart or the insurance companies make money off of it. I ordered 6 items and they were delivered 1 at a time over a 6 day period. Actually 1 of the items still hasn’t been delivered. I ordered them all 5 weeks ago. Because of that delay I was told I will receive a $10 gift card. So there is that expense plus all the individual shipping costs. I don’t see why they couldn’t have all been shipped together. Or why couldn’t I have gotten a receipt and then picked the items up at my local Walmart? I’m not complaining, like I said it’s a great savings for seniors, I’m just afraid someone’s going to say hey, we’re loosing money here and cancel it

    Terrible app. I can't even get it to work. In using it in the past it is the most tedious, frustrating app I have ever used. There were even goods on the list to buy that weren't even covered!! Check out is a nightmare. It will ask for a credit card for balance remaining. Huh? I ordered from the approved list! Oh and just try and find your The app is slightly more user friendly. Why are brands for produce and more on my card? I've NEVER seen them in my area could I have them for my county???

    I appreciate the app very much, and when I first got it, it saved the login information which was handy when I was in Walmart and needed to see if something was covered. It’s been about a year and every time I see an update, I hope it’s one of the changes made, but it’s not. If you don’t want people to stay logged in on the app, at least make it accessible via the biometric log in using a fingerprint like bank apps utilize, or just ask for the password and save the email address. Also one question, this happens with multiple products, but if they aren’t covered, why do you have them in the catalog? Example: Polygrip denture cream, it is in the product list on the app, but will not cover it when I go to check out. Fixing these two things would raise my stars from 3 to 5.

    Is there a reset button? I couldn’t use the app today which surprised me since I didn’t have any problems previously. Nothing worked today but I was able to access my account on my desktop computer. What do you suggest? I’m updating my original review. When the developer asked for more information I wasn’t able to replicate the problem. The app seems to be working fine today. Was I like the ability to scan products in the store to see if the are eligible. I would give it 5 stars but for the experience when it seemed frozen. It’s handy but not something I’ll use every week; only when I’m shopping for an OTC product.

    The app downloaded fine for me. I used my laptop to download, and the app was sent automatically to my phone. Walmart, CVS, and Food Lion take the HB card, and these stores are common in my area.

    After struggling through many communications with support, I have concluded they are not telling users the correct information of accessing the site and I have removed the app. The only way for me to access the site is going through my medical plan - not directly to the site. As far as the app, it refuses to work and maybe it's a better idea to order on the web site anyway. I thought the app would be convenient but it is more a waste of valuable storage space on my phone.

    I liked it when it was introduced many many months ago when you are able to sign in and browse thru what you need without having to go right over to the Walmart site . Each time I wanted something where before you are able to view the price , it goes right over to Walmart once again and then have to go back to the HB and it's a bit annoying going back and forth . Another thing I look at the catalog and it's about $1.00 cheaper then Walmart . It went up in price without notice . A new catalog should be reissued and if one see it in the catalog it should be given for that price and still to many items are not in stock since the last time I have purchased and other categories there are nothing in it. It would be nice to add more items to ALL categories or substitute it . The original setting should of been left alone, it was way more convenient.

    As others have said, the app use to work fine, but when I tried it yesterday at the store, there was nothing on it. It did not have my balance, did not have the bar code scanner, etc. Also, lifetime savings said $0.00, which I know isn't correct. It worked fairly well before. Sometimes I did have trouble getting the bar code scanner to work. I went to the app, and updated yesterday, still doesn't do anything. Maybe when I activate my new card in a couple days, it may work??? We will see!

    You can not use the card in Walmart stores at all, you must do a phone order or a mail order. Tried to order by phone first using the catalog sent with card after activating the card , operator could not find catalog number from the computer data base, gave up. Tried a second time by phone, catalog number were not in data base or out of stock, gave up. Tried mail order, order 6 items , received one item, now the app shows a balance $5.14, but no details about the order. So I do not know if there more items coming or not. Received a letter from Walmart, system overwhelmed . Something is wrong with all the 5 star ratings. This app is no use , it only shows balances, not items order or shipped. The app may show a balance, but there may be back ordered item that have not been shipped. April 2020, nothing has improved, Walmart still can not handle the business. Placed a mail order April 1st, I know we are in trying times, but I do not know if they received the order, the app is of no use, it will only show a balance, the app will never gave a brake down of items to be shipped or back order. Update: April 13, 2020, Received a conformation email from Walmart showing all item ordered( but one ) and the shipping dates, order coming in 4 separate packages over a period of 2 weeks. One item I ordered not showing up at all.

    Horrible Can not access account tried to buy items from cvs that are on the approved list but checker says it is not an authorized product eventough I have purchased several times before. Stupid for y'all to update right at the end of the year so we cannot use our benefits and that are on the card and we will lose them. Quess that is the purpose. You should be made to carry over our benefits to 2021 you have had ample time to correct the problem by the dates and number of people complaining.

    Before downloading i was a bit nervous about the apps rating score so i read some of the most current reviews. They really did nothing to eleviate my nervousness so i just jumped right in and downloaded the app anyway. To my surprise i was able to register and acticate my card all with no trouble. The app was smooth and seemless. I have a full list of stores in my area and i moved thru each tab with no trouble! Will update if i start having craziness happen. Thanks so much!

    I love the scan feature while you are in the store. It tells you whether it’s an approved item or not. My balance is always front and center telling me how much I have remaining.

    App problems. I have uninstalled and reinstalled at least 3 time. The apps keeps crashing. Is there a fi had just saw the full amount. I would appreciate any advice. The website works just fine. So far no other complaints. I am very happy with the benefits. I have been paying for my brand of incontinence supplies. Thats at least $30 that I can now use to purchase food.

    We have found that other items then what are listed are covered and we also found that some of the items listed are not covered at checkout. The app. Is easy to use but is limited to listed items available through the program.

    I have ordered couple of times through this app (via UHC’s OTC benefits) and I must say, this app seems to be created by a committee. They haven’t made it easy to use as one has to struggle before they can get over many nuisances. I believe it can be improved significantly, to make it easier to place orders. An example example: if I have not entered a value in a text box, or checked a box, TELL ME WHAT I MISSED. Instead one has to stare at the same screen, waiting for it to take them to the next step. After several tries I figured out that I actually HAD to enter a mobile phone number in a box that was OPTIONAL info.

    The idea of the OTC product support is a good marketing ploy. However, there are many problems with the availability of the products. Here are a few examples: products listed in the catalog are not available, some products have to be purchased in a dual package ( which is not available), there is no way to determine at the check-out which products are not accepted, there is not a current update on new OTC PRODUCTS. Finally, the store brand “Equite” is not available on many items. Poor operational planning on this program. Please don’t market an item that you can not deliver!

    Suddenly not working. Most people that use this app would be older etc and probably see the navigation for purchasing products confusing. Suggestion: when finding a needed product have the app take it directly to the product instead of having them click buy at Walmart. Com, cvs, etc and having to search again for the product. This also eliminates finding a product within the app that the store does not sell or carry.

    Not easy to use. Doesn't tell you what the card paid for. The only thing you can buy is organic items apparently and then it only pays for part of it I guess. The card itself is pretty much useless. It wasn't even explained well in the paperwork that came with the card. Had to call twice to understand how to use it. I shop for my client with this card. United healthcare really didn't think this through. Most people on Medicaid & medicare are over 60 & don't even know how to use a smartphone.

    When I find the product I want and the app says its available there is no way I can put it in my cart. So far the only thing this app has worked for is in the store checking to see if what I want qualifies. The pharmacy can do that with the scanner. When I find a product, the app wants me to pick a store, when I do, it immediately takes me to my google maps. I don’t want directions, I want to know if the store I selected has the item in stock. When I back out of the map it closes the app and I have to start over. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I pretty tech savvy but this app is frustrating me.

    The log in directly to the site has repeatedly failed. I've only been able to log on by going through the insurance site first. My email hasn't changed, and I've written down direct site passwords AND used the path to reset passwords. Neither worked. It's highly aggravating. The insurance is awesome, but the Healthy Benefits home s ite is not....

    How the heck do you use this app!? I ordered some things on the list and it said I owed a balance. So I went back and remove what I thought maybe not eligible even though it was on the list. This is frustrating. It's takes hours just to order because you have to keep adding and taking things off. Also I can't get back into the OTC PART!!! All I'm seeing is the food discount which I will never use because I've never even seen most of the items.

    Just got on the UHC program and was excited about getting some otc products with Health Care Plus. looked through the catalog(not as excited as many of the products I use weren’t there). But, I made a list, tried it on-line(now I’m even less than excited as some of my order wasn’t available) so, I said ‘what the hell, I’ll just call in my order’. My list of seven items were reduced down to one that was available for shipping, a $4.97 package of bandages ended up costing almost $12! WTH?someone is making money off this scheme! Evidently I can go to Walmart and pick up the items but that’s a 40 mile drive, what about people that aren’t able to drive? Just needed to vent. I hope that the UHC program that it’s affiliated with is more functional!
