Limited usefulness. Not sure if I'm using it wrong, but despite the effort I put in to tracking my symptoms, there doesn't seem to be any way to refer back to them so you can discuss with your medical professional. I like that it allows you to enter the severity of symptoms, but again I can't refer back to them. Good articles and breathing exercises.

The app is very informative and I'm learning to navigate the various articles .I found the breathing techniques and guidance on symptoms really useful. I find planning times difficult as a shift worker to carry out exercises or reminders . I am taking my third month of perimenopause supplements and feel better for taking them There is a wealth of information on this app and I would recommend

As well as being really informative and interesting, this app is so easy to navigate. The supplement reminder is really useful (I'm quite forgetful) and the breathing excercise is so good for helping with anxiety....particularly glad of that during everything that's going on at the moment. Also, the expert articles are very useful for personalising the support for my symptoms. Its honestly a wonder. I finally feel "seen". Im so glad this app exists. Id give it 10 stars if I could

Informative and easy to use Love this app, taught me to take time for me even if it's only 5 minutes of mindfulness. Be kind to yourself whatever symptoms and things your going through. Great information and they ask questions that are relevant. Definitely an app I'll keep using.

Brilliant. Really useful and helpful and gave me a lot of insight into what stage I am at and how to manage symptoms. Helps me to track my periods too without the unhelpful "ovulation/fertility" windows that I don't need now.

So far a good app for tracking my symptoms. Only query is why rage and uncontrollable sobbing aren't symptoms? I know a fair few menopausal and peri-menopausal people who would say these are significant symptoms!
