    I read all reviews and I agree with majority of them in regards to App not linking to actual hard rock accounts. Can't log in with proper credentials. Not showing actual visits or showing proper points earned. I believe this is a scam app not affiliated with Hard Rock directly.

    I find it ridiculous that there's no way for me to verify my visits through this app with my receipt (in hand, ready to give my info as proof). I have to call customer service, take a picture of my receipt and email it back to them. That's a lot of unnecessary work. I hope you fix this soon otherwise I won't even bother to visit any of the Hard Rock establishments anymore. Thumbs down!

    Keeps saying that my user and password dont match their records. However, they work on my computer and when I log in through email when I reset the password.. Has always worked fine and has only just started doing this in the last couple of weeks.

    Overall a very poorly designed app. One of the most annoying (and actually malignant) is that a reward gets redeemed by simply viewing it in the app. Please consider fixing this - after all a reward is only redeedmed if its serial number is input into the system by a waiter. Another thing is that the app NEVER remembers the user creds. Why the hell would someone even include "remember me" tick box if it doesn't work?

    I am unable to log in on my samsung s10. It gives me an error user name / password dont match our records. I am able to log in on my desktop computer. My question is what good is the is the app if one is unable to use it!! As of june 27 the app still does not work I guess they gave up on the app

    this app really needs an update. it doesn't remember me so I have to log in every time I go into the app. the birthday reward doesn't show on the app at the start of the month so you can't actually use it for your birthday. would be nice to get rewards a little more often. I have been into several hardrock restaurants that don't even make use of the skip the que voucher.

    Installs 2 app icons on the app list, can't delete one without deleting/uninstalling the app entirely. The app homepage is useful but after that, it just loads the website versions within the app. It would be much better if they were native to the app.

    Thanks for the sign-in fix. But now to access all other options like visits, special offers, I still need to sign in to the website. I don't think it's a rebuild at all Also why is the app installing 2 icons on the app drawer

    Glad I'm not the only one having problems with it. Useless app. Also the option to add a visit from your receipt if you forget to give your number at the restaurant seems to be gone.

    Still asking for additional sign in to review your information, additionally that it takes you to a website. For that, I open the website on a browser. Hard Rock has too much money and tech available to them, but still can't have a decent app.

    Can't sign in. The app let me sign in, but when try to visit my rewards I can't sign in. I get an alert 'This does not match our records'. On my laptop I can sign in with the same email and password. The app is useless now.
