    Not disabled-friendly cab service. I’m in a wheelchair, and the waiting times for a handicap taxi range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

    A necessity late at night ,or early morning's, when calling multiple cab companies. Only to learn they are closed, or no cab drivers available at those hours. Especially in severe weather conditions! You want a cab A.S.A.P!!!!!🤔

    I don’t mind riding a yellow cab, the fares are reasonable. However, Yellow cab company is behind times. When you download the app. Your taxi fare is automatically taken from your bank account, just like Uber does... what happens is that you pay twice once to your bank for the cab fee and then to the cab driver because they don’t know anything about, app fees having been already taken out of your account for your cab fare. I thing I have gotten a bad reputation from the cab drivers because I’m showing them my bank transaction as soon as my ride is over that the bank had already taken $10.00 from my account for my cab fare.(Pending)They don’t want to hear anything or see nor understand the new way of riding a yellow cab these days.     They won't answer phone calls, takes long on waiting for them to pick up your order & show at most times., also some judge you cause the area you are in.

    We called to book a ride the day before we had to go to the airport. I was given a confirmation number from the agent I spoke to. Our ride was to be at 5 AM, and I assured the agent that we would be outside waiting before that time. We stood outside until 5:10 when I decided to call and make sure that a ride was coming. When the call was connected and electronic voice it confirmed that my ride was coming at 5 AM. I decided to connect to an agent and get a confirmation from them. When an agent came on the line, he stated that his name was ”Will” and he told me that there was no ride coming as there were no cabs available. I explained that I had just heard the confirmation from the electronic voice on the phone and I had a confirmation number. He said that there were no cabs available. I said I didn’t understand because I had booked the ride the day before and was assured by that agent that I would get a cab ride to the airport. He connected me to a supervisor who was very rude said the same things the agent said and hung up on me. This company is very unprofessional and you would waste your time and money if you were to try to book them. I do not understand how they are still in business with such poor customer service.

    I am still waiting and so are other people. We booked our taxi an hour ago at 4am. There is no progress bar or anything to even tell you if a ride is on the way.

    First off, I used this app because Uber was surging and figured it would be cheaper. I ended up spending more than if I had used uber. When I got to the destination, I had setup this app to pay through the app. It completed when we arrived (likely the driver ended the ride). But then he said he couldn’t verify if I paid or not. He held me hostage until I handed him a credit card which he then ran. Of course, my statement then shows a hail the cab charge and a yellow cab charge. I was charged double, and calling customer service they told me they couldn’t do anything and call my bank and dispute the transaction. It took 30 min to get to that point in the conversation. Think if you had to deal with this each time with Uber or Lyft. No one would use those services. And thats why no one uses cabs in Houston. The app even gives the drivers license plate number and customer service didn’t want to take it down. Needless to say don’t pay through the app if you are forced to use this app.

    I have attempted to use this app 5 times to schedule a wheelchair-ready cab here in Houston. I’ve only been successful 3 of those 5 times. The other two times were no shows. One time a dispatcher called to say they were running late. I gave up after 45 mins. The other time no one called and they did not answer when I tried to call the dispatcher. I only use them if I am sure I have a backup.

    Awful and cancels rides. Two times is two too many to confirm rides and then cancel right before the ride gets to you.

    Called a cab twice to get to my wife's BMT graduation and they cancelled both times. Good thing I'm a veteran because running a mile in the rain didn't bother me enough to call and scream at them. Still a very poor service, do not support them.

    They're not running a cab company they're running a 3 ring circus. They leave you stood up without a ride most of the time. And sometimes the drivers will pick up your ride/booking just to cancel it and you might have to try to book it again 2 or 3 times. Because driving that cab is your job and you're already on the job don't care if someone else gets to their job on time or not....
