What isn't there to say about this app? There's so many glitches it's insane to think that there's a whole team behind this app. Clothes dont load AT ALL even though they're fully convinced they do. No access to marketplace, no access to donations, no access to trading. This is very very sad

I am lucky to have enough money to spend thousands on a game I support, as a teenager this game was something I grew up on. Therefor when I had the money I was able to purchase credits and spend thousands supporting sulake. Well, my account was locked for “suspicious activity” for buying “too many” credits from their game store. I appealed the lock which took 8-15 days for a reply, had to show all my purchases and ID in order to get to an actual support agent. This has happened 5 times now, but also lost my original account back in 2011 that was banned for the same reason. I decided to try to appeal that past account for the ban (which was up in 2019) but they told me that my account was deleted after 2016 and no longer able to be unbanned. Yet the time of the ban was almost up, seeing as it was 2019 at the time I decided to appeal the ban for my old account. I have all the purchase receipts and documents, all the replies from support and all my account info over the years. Honestly, I think this company is pretty corrupt. They allow you to spend money without any guarantee you’ll even get it, when you do you don’t have a limit but if you spend to much they lock or ban your account until the purchases are proved through a horrible support system that takes anywhere from 10-30 days to reply, that may or may not be an automated tip system. It’s disgusting, if they were an American company they wouldn’t last more than a few days. -
I love Habbo and I don’t have PC
The game runs almost fantastic on mobile other than major bugs that are game breaking.. you may have to enter a room 2-3 times cause it’s bugged, from moodlights , backgrounds/ toners , pterodactyl eggs and many more items are not even useable on mobile. Expensive clothing and hair I buy appears invisible at most angles until I log out and log back in. It’s just normal for things to disappear or not appear at all on mobile. When people moonwalk their head and arms disappear lol. I kinda wasted my money on broken features multiple times and needed to get on a pc to fix the problem and I don’t own a pc ... , please focus on fixing mobile right now, nothing else. I’ve played habbo since 2007 and I love it but this mobile version gets 2 stars. I’ve given you guys a lot of money, Please let me enjoy the full experience again on my phone this time. -
The game's been buggy all of a sudden. Market place isn't even functional anymore, can't sell or buy anything from it. Trading is laggy or doesn't work at all unless you switch rooms constantly. Gates have been removed from the Builders Club for some reason, please add those back in. These bugs and missing features are ruining the experience of the game and players are starting to drop one by one due to these changes and bugs

It’s an enjoyable app, lots of nice colors and clothes, and it’s fun seeing what types of rooms people make, and who you could meet in those rooms. The major downside is that this company is just technologically inferior. Half the items don’t work, especially on the mobile app which has missing features even in the best of shape. The premium clothes, bundles, and items you buy (which you purchase using real money transformed into “credits”) all have a chance of just becoming unusable. Clothes glitch into invisibility, some items are broken, and recently I bought a product and flat out didn’t receive it at all, broken OR working. They charged me for the product and blamed me for the mistake, and have still done practically nothing to fix the issue. Only invest in this game if you can handle the constant slipups.

Since they've rolled out the beta of the desktop version, the mobile marketplace has not worked, specifically listing items for sale from the mobile app. I swear it's been well over a month, where a major and simple feature has just not worked.

This is one of the worst game. A matter a fact I can't even judge it cause it didn't even load. My internet is working perfectly fine, ma phone also except this game.its trash,won't even load.😶

The game usee to be really good but now it just doesn't work on mobile (my mobile at least) and the pc version is awful with a lot of bugs and horrible configurations. I used to love playing habbo with my virtual friends but now it just isn't and option as it is absolutely awful. Spending time with my friends on habbo was one of my favourite things and it kept me from being lonely and depressed, but with this new beta thing it is no longer possible as it is a really bad gaming experience, thanks

Really lazy and BORING
I downloaded it cuz why not it was a 19 year old game that was the sister of my favorite game hotel hideaway i was hoping it would be well done with a lobby just like hotel hideaway but pixelated i made my character then explored the habbo world but all there really was was rooms that people made i also didnt know if you could meet up with others in a lobby too i was only able to go to rooms and meet others the game should’ve gave me a tutorial 2.whenever people talk it just gets slammed on the screen it was annoying it could’ve been placed in a chat tab but no they put it right smack in your screen and I only played for a MINUTE and I HATE IT -

Seriously, this is a company that consumes money. If you’re going to consume money from customers make sure you actually provide your service. Half of the hairs I bought disappeared, and now appear as bald. The clothes I got to are there, but as a blank space, when I click on it nothing appears. I had re-download the app so many times to see if it would work. There’s so many glitches. Why do you think your rating go down? Habbo has been doing the same thing for years. Fix it, and try to at least act like you care about your customers. So many glitches it’s annoying
