    Very well rounded. Not a lot of workouts but has most exercises. So you can customize your workouts with the equipment you have access to.

    Pretty good but needs updating, muscle fatigue recovered and weakened muscle is switched for some reason and could record workouts from other areas and summarise.

    I love this app, just one minor issue I sometimes face is that during a rest time. If the screen goes black it pauses the rest time in the app

    The update has screwed up individual exercise histories, which I really relied on to track progress on a single exercise over multiple workout programmes

    I need to be able to limit the duration of sets just like I can limit the rest time. When the defined duration for a set runs out the rest interval should begin automatically. And when the rest interval finishes the set timer should start. That's because I forget to click the button manually after I finish the set and the rest interval never starts and my workout falls apart.

    I would give this app 5 stars if it had a stretch AND warm up routine for workouts. There are stretches for walkers, runners, and the elders, but no warm up routines. Warming up and stretching before a workout are essential for the prevention of injuries. Unfortunately, there may be some of your users who may be unaware of these facts. And this could be problematic. Please add warm ups and more workout specific stretches and you'll get 5 stars from me.

    After installing & uninstalling many many apps, this was the one that made most sense and easy to use. The only thing I'd like to see change is when doing reps with the rest timer. When the rest timer times out, I'd like it to move to the rep box automatically as "working out" rather than having to hit the arrow, just a small nuisance, especially if you forget to advance it yourself. Overall I really like this app and have recommended it to others.

    It's pretty good. Simple things missing like being able to add 0.5kg to weights would be great. It's good to show different excersizes and the muscle grouping and fatigue is very interesting
