Guitar Tuner - Free Tune is one of the fastest, easiest and accurate guitar tuners
You can easily tune your guitar by using built-in microphone. Works for other string instruments in chromatic mode.

Tuner in chromatic mode:

• Chromatic Mode recognizes each of the 12 chromatic steps of the equal-tempered scale
* Reference frequency (A4) adjustment for orchestra tuning, adjustable manually.
Guitar tuner presets:
* Standard Tuning
* Drop D
* Drop C
* Double Drop D
* Open D
* Open C
* Open G
* Celtic tuning
Tuner works in A440 -- the musical pitch corresponding to an audio frequency of 440 Hz, which serves as a tuning standard for the musical note of A
App also include chords book, with over 2 000 guitar chords and chord variants. Simple design allows you to find chord fingerings and their variants. In addition, you can play chords sound to verify you are playing the chord right.

Apr 26, 2021 yes there are adverts, but this is free and let me tune my guitars... I'm only learning to play and had been playing with an out of tune guitar... knew something sounded off...used this to tune two guitars and already loving the sounds I am producing. more -

What’s Groovy
Really easy to use app. The graphic shows which string/peg combo and how far off from the associated note you are. The displayed ad is real quick in the beginning so it's not an issue for me. Heads up: Tune in a quiet environment, this app picks up everything!

Very inaccurate. If you try tuning in drop D or C, you'll snap your strings using this app
