    I love this company but I ordered a hoodie and 4 shirts, one of which being a pre-order item with the other 4 items being labeled as GS24. it didn’t tell me that the rest of the order would be held until everything is available until after I had already payed for, and confirmed my order. Now I won’t be getting the items that I thought would get here the 1st until after November 6th. A label in the description of a pre-order item saying that orders will be held until every item would be available before shipping would be nice. Other then that I love your products and I will be sure to shop with you again in the future.

    I like to look and everything and add items to my cart I want then go to my shopping cart and eliminate items until I’ve met my spending budget. But the ap isn’t showing pictures of the items in the shopping cart so I had to open in browser and search for item to look st so I could decide which ones I wanted the most. Frustrating for me. I’m disabled and it’s painful to type and hold my phone for very long. I even refreshed the shopping cart to see if the pictures would show. They would show for a split second then disappear. I also had issues browsing in the individual sections. I went to Womens then clicked on a sub link and it was blank. It did that in men’s also. The only way I could see the products was to click on “view all” then I had to scroll more than I wanted to dye yo pain. So these little glitches will deter me from trying to order again until I know I can handle more pain from having to search more for what I want to buy and that could make it not worth the effort. The zip up hoodies run small. I like to wear men’s shirts. Usually a large in men’s is too big but not sloppy. I got the zip up hoodie in xlarge so I could wear layers under it and still have room but it fits snug with tanks and T-shirt under. So I ordered an xlarge regular hoodie and it’s HUGE!!! So the sizing is not true between the different types of sweatshirts. I noticed this with the different T-shirt’s as well.

    Great company and awesome clothing! I truly enjoy all the clothing I have purchased for myself, as well as, the items I purchased for my family and friends. The only issue I have encountered is while using the App-it moves slow, blinks in and out causing me to start my search again and takes quite awhile to download photos of the item. I understand that you are constantly updating/changing products and information which may attribute to the issues. It will not deter me from shopping and patronizing your company. Thank you for all you do and I wish you great success. #ProudRetiredLEO #ProudArmyMom

    I love everything about this company, they support our veterans and are American-based. The only thing I would like to see is some sleeveless T-shirts as I love to wear sleeveless T-shirts in the summertime. I have bought like 17 grunt style shirts and all of them still have the sleeves I just can’t bring myself to cut the sleeves off and I cut the sleeves off all of my T-shirts in the summertime. I just feel like it would be a disgrace to the company the veterans and America to cut the flag and their brand off. Plus they have a lifetime guarantee who can beat that? These guys bleed red white and blue.

    I’ve purchased a few items from this company in the past; as well as been gifted a few items by my fiancé who happens to be a vet (68 Whiskey to be specific) that her and her colleagues have all praised this company. Every shirt I have is still like new, despite being worn countless times. Supporting this company, the men and women who operate it, is incredibly important. So I think you all for an incredible product, great customer service, and more importantly; thank you to the ones who have served, and made this company all of what it is!

    My experience with this company has been nothing but 5 star from day one. I really became a fan when they started making shirts that are approved by the United States Marine Corps. Being a Marine, I can appreciate that they took the time to contact The Marine Corps and get there approval for Grunt Style to sell licensed merchandise. That means a lot to me and I’m sure to everyone who purchases the Marine Corps shirts. Thanks for the great experience and you have a customer for life.

    So they preach that they care about vets and good business reputation. They are part of a “life style” 30 day to get an order 6 states away. Wish send junk from China on a ship across an ocean faster. Customer service makes you wait for absolutely nothing to tell you there is nothing they can do for you every time even tho all 3 experiences are getting worse every time. The app had one thing in the cart at check out. Press send and sends me the complete wrong order. I bought 3 items in the app check out. The send me two items one that I replaced and one never even made it in the box and one item was right. Made me sit on hold to tell me there’s nothing the can do. All this said I still like the product and will make a few last purchases. Ultimately I will not spend as much money as I planned on nor will I recommend the company to anyone else.

    This is my favorite clothing company, next to Under Armor, but the app could use some work. I spend time looking and adding to the cart only to have things not show up, then when they are re-added the quantity doubles. The speed of the app is slow to download images and checkout. I have ordered from multiple WiFi networks so it’s not the connection since the same things happen each time. Again, the company gets five stars, the app gets 2.

    Can't update account info. Keep getting error message trying to get into subscriptions. Need to update my address can't do it on the app. Pretty useless at this point.

    The website won’t accept my change of address. I have attempted to update it several times now and every time I log on the site it still shows my old address. I never received my July shirt and probably won’t receive the August one because of it, and with that I will be $40 short and with no shirts. The app won’t accept my email therefore I cannot login, but I am receiving emails from you guys, which clearly means that my email is valid and my account exists. It’s frustrating.

    Although some of the graphics are a bit over the top for me, I have many friends, vets, first responders, etc who loved them when I sent them to them. The shirts themselves are high quality cotton, made well in AMERICA and there are lots of sales. Don't JUDGE. Just mail to a friend.

    So scrolling through and click on Merch is great. However, the reason for the 4stara is because when trying to check out the interface to put in CC info is slow. Also, when trying to search it would be better off to be able to filter results off a drop down menu vs everything at the top. Other than that Great

    Happy with everything I’ve ordered from them. However the app has some issues, tried to charge me shipping even though I’m a Club Member. Also shipping company they use (Fed Ex) constantly delays my orders. Perfect example my last order was supposed to arrive this morning. It sat in a Fed Ex warehouse for 3 days. Got a notification it will arrive 4 days later than expected.

    The clothes are awesome and my son and I will be customers for life! This app is terrible at checkout tho. I tried multiple times to login, same account info for years. It tells me invalid and asks if I want to reset my password. I say yes, enter my email, it says no record found. Try to start a new account thinking maybe it wasn’t syncing with the website, it tells me my email address is already registered. The same email address they just told me didn’t exist for a password reset lol! So I ended up checking out as a guest. But we love our grunt style merch, in spite of the app checkout debacle!

    Let me just start off by saying, I love grunt style. The patriotic and humorous apparel is amazing. But the past few times I’ve ordered from there my packages have gotten lost. I’ve ordered from other sites and businesses and no issues. But for some reason the past 3 times I’ve lost my packages from grunt style. Last time my package was marked as Delivered but I couldn’t find it. When I called them it hadn’t even left their packaging facility. Now my package has been stuck in Detroit for 5 days. I understand we’re in an ongoing pandemic but why is my package stuck in Detroit?

    The product and the people are great. The designs are amazing and the customer service is awesome. The app and ordering process is funky. The scan credit card option doesn’t work, adding details to new cards carries over other cards information like dates, but the app is easy to search. Shipping is horrible. I have made at least a dozen orders and only two of those orders arrived within 3 weeks. Three orders were preorders so that’s understandable. The rest have delivered closer to two months and this has nothing to do with pre-orders.
