    Stopped in after a very long day and was treated to great service by Jessica. No idle chit chat or BS, very professional in her job with all customers. It is so annoying to hear servers complaining about tips in front of guest, almost a ploy to get better tips. I love coming here for the service, food and lack of errors on orders.

    My visit prior to this one I was uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the bartenders. The bar area looked very dirty and the female tenders seemed to have no concern for it. TODAY Keaton was our bartender. He cleaned the entire time we where there. I felt much more comfortable that I wasn’t drinking from someone else’s mouth. The good was terrific as always!

    The food is good and the service is great!!! (Benjamin). When I walked in at about 3:45 pm there was not a hostess and 3 groups were standing and waiting including us. One group finally walked out after 10 minutes and we just walked in and sat in the bar.

    Our waitress Emily was amazing! Nowadays it’s so hard to find a waitress with the personality and Emily definitely has a great personality and wonderful social skills. The food and beer were also amazing!

    Not sure wassup but GC stopping their mug club - not too cool. I get things change but the new point system isn’t a fair deal. And any time I ask about it, they still honor it probably because they know they should, but then you feel bad for getting a couple bucks off. My advice: keep your new fancy app but bring back reasonably priced beer.

    Beer was delicious as usual. Service poor and we were sitting at the bar. We stated that we would be ordering food and that we would like water too. Never got any water. After asking again if we could order food, 30 minutes later we asked for our ticket. We had prior commitments to get to and wanted to enjoy some happy hour appetizers but 40 minutes later without ordering our food yet, we ran out of time. We would note when you looked at the front entrance there were three workers standing there visiting.

    I get GC emails. Install the app. Doesn't recognize password. Click to reset password. Don't get email. If you're going to roll out a new app, do user testing! Don't rush delivering an app that doesn't work! So I go to the website to log in. Says my email cannot be found, yet I get GC emails and was part of the old rewards program. REALLY? You can email me, but my email is not found. As Spock would say, this is ILLOGICAL!

    I’ve ordered twice through the app and both times did not have our order delivered on time, and no way to track it. The last time I used this app, we never got our food, even though the app said it was delivered. When I called the restaurant after the app claimed my order was delivered, they told me there was nothing they could do because the delivery was through DoorDash/Grubhub/Uber eats, with no way to contact them. Not only was the customer service terrible, we never got our food. I’ll never use this app again.

    Old rewards gone. Definitely not as good as before. The email I received said to sign up and receive a free entree or reward. No where to be found in my rewards. Also, app says growler fills are $5. Then the price changes to $15 when you go to checkout. What?

    We were about to sit down and the hostess dropped one of the menus on the floor, proceeded to pick it up & place it on top of our napkins. I really prefer not to use a napkin or touch a menu that just came off the floor. In a global pandemic, I would think your cleanliness standards would be safer than this. I find it disgusting, and unhygienic. Do you think the health department would agree? More importantly, does granite city management agree? Food & wait staff was very good!

    Tried to login online and my email/password wasn't recognized, even though I've been a member for years. So I newly "enrolled", put in my email and created a new password. Downloaded the app, and I'm still not recognized. Said I should reset password. Never received the email to reset... Now I can't login on my computer or the app!

    I am unable to place an order for pickup. It keeps telling me I can’t get chips & Salsa but I don’t have those selected. I also was trying to use a reward and it tells me I have to be in the store and have to show the app to my server. There is no in-store service available right now so that isn’t an option.

    When booths are cleaned you should also wipe the seats. Sat in lot for salt and crumbs. Ordered meat on burgers medium one was medium rare the other was medium well. The patty melt was not even warm. Only good thing is good waitress who always smiles and friendly. But definitely over worked. She was to busy to check on us.

    The app itself seems pretty straightforward, but when I signed up, the email blank contained gibberish and it was locked so I could not change it. Also, I’ve been a mug club member for a long time and there was no indication whether I could sign in with my current mug club number.

    Had to ask for a spoon for my soup as well as water refills and sugar for my creamer. The order was wrong since we ordered the same meal at the 1/2 and 1/2 but received a one 1/2 and then a whole order. Desserts were ordered but the order was not right with a pot pie instead of a apple pie which we didn’t order. Thanks for the laugh.
