    I’ve been golfing for about four years. My husband for about 20 years. This app is SO portly formatted and not user friendly. The only thing that I want from this app is to look up handicaps. It’s displayed both me and my husband as “NH” for the last six months. And today it doesn’t even find my name at all. Meanwhile our course has our handicaps on hand. Numerous friends of ours either don’t show up at all or also say “NH”. It’s a useless app but unfortunately there’s no substitute if you’re in the BS GolfNet handicap system.

    You subscribe via iTunes/Apple ID subscription service. When you unsubscribe via iTunes/Apple ID the vendor continues to bill you directly. When you contact the vendor they refuse to issue refund because you have to unsubscribe with them directly. I have never interacted with the vendor directly, I subscribed via Apple, unsubscribes via Apple, why on earth would I need to seek out the vendor directly to cancel subscription outside of Apple eco-system. And why would no one notify my the my unsubscribe via Apple didn’t actually shut down billing? Unethical billing practice and horrible customer service not willing to offer a refund 10 days into renewal, with proof that the account hasn’t been used in months (app isn’t even on my phone).

    Done with this app yet I can’t find a way to cancel it. Says to go to support but there doesn’t seem to be a place to actually contact them. App is OK but I am now angry because I can’t get out of this unless I report charge as fraudulent. This is way too difficult. How do you contact them???

    Do not subscribe. Borderline fraudulent. Support seems to be nonexistent. Cancelling a membership requires reporting the charge as fraud to your credit card company as you do not get a response when you request cancellation.

    This is another one of those apps that charges an annual membership (requires auto-renewal) and makes it super difficult and cancel. The app itself is mediocre and not worth the cost to begin with, but any company offering this kind of unethical billing practice should be avoided. These bush-league companies are a cancer to society and need to be shut down. DO NOT USE.

    They trap you when you purchase. You cancel subscription through your phone or Apple and they keep charging you. My handicap never updated properly, this company should get a class action against them. They’re just stealing from us. No response from my emails or cancel requests. Please help me get out of this loop!

    I use this app to get a usga handicap index. It does that but it's not intuitive and it doesn't seem to work as far as fitting on my phone screen. I have a Motorola z, so maybe it's my phone but the app really could use an update so that it works right on my phone

    The differential calculation is way off for the rounds. Would like to see that fixed so I can reference it when desired. It’s correct on the website, but not the app. Well, it’s kind of correct on the website. I think that might be a little off, but the app is telling me I have differentials in the 40’s, and that’s not happening.

    DO NOT BUY. I’ve been trying to cancel my account and am unable to get a hold of anyone. They don’t have any phone numbers or email addresses anywhere. The app is also very poorly formatted and not useful. Stay away and don’t make the same mistake that I did.

    DO NOT BUY THIS APP!!! I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS, BUT THERES LITTLE TO ALMOST NO WAY OF COMMUNICATING WITH THE COMPANY. I'M CURRENTLY LOOKING IBTI FILING A CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM!!!
