    Just started using my card. It’s okay so far. I am having my taxes deposited onto it so hopefully no issues will occur. I have seen a lot of negative reviews so far. So far tho, I haven’t had any troubles with connecting it to Apple Pay and doing instant apple transfers to it. I am unable to use the debit card feature to add money it always says unavailable even tho it’s from a us bank but that’s not a deal breaker at all for me. I do wish that they had save your charge. Other then that the card is alright.

    Great design, easily opened my account. It is missing mobile check deposit and ability to see checking and savings accounts together. Savings account is at the bottom of the screen when it should be stacked with checking. Also, adding check writing would be a great feature.

    Needs plaid support for linking to other banking apps.... It's ok to add external but for other banking apps go2bank doesn't come up in the selection which sucks.. but other than that it's pretty good banking

    How many different ways can u find your card? Walmart cashier or western union maybe ? And what if I have a previous debt owed ($95 n fees) to GreenDot Corp? Will they seize my $$$ ? I hope not bc I’d really like to get the secured card to help rebuild my credit score. Lastly, what’s the limit of the min/max deposit amount for the secured card? Please advise. Thanks 🙏 n advance

    Yet Another trash online bank. "Login errors", "application errors & invalid entries". The one time I got through they barely understood me. Good thing I was able to withdraw my money before I lost it forever bc I see reviews of people no accessing money. If you want an excellent online prepaid, use NetSpend PayPal prepaid, never had issues & works flawless. IDK why I keep trying others. Their cards aren't "pretty" but its a great online bank

    I will never in my life choose this bank ever again..., I linked my personal card to my GO2bank card, I decided to deposit money that took forever to be deposited on my card. I contacted customer service asking is there a way to unlink my card, he first tells me that there isn’t anything showing on his end that my card was linked 😤so I’m telling him I’m looking at the screen showing my card is linked to this. I say don’t worry about just unlink my card I’ll just use it without linking my personal card to the account. He’s says at this moment we don’t have a option to remove your linked card at this time but we will update you when the feature is available wth......

    My card arrived fairly quickly BUT, when I transferred money from another account it literally took 7 DAYS to become available. The account I moved it from showed and deducted INSTANTLY. The app says 3 to 4 days when adding money which had I know that prior I wouldn't have opened an account or ordered the card. In these times of everything is virtual I'm shocked any company would have to take 3 or 4 much less an entire week for a money transfer. Very disappointed

    I just went down a wild goose chase. I received my card, went to the website provided and activated it. Downloaded the app and saw “my card is on the way”. That didn’t make sense so I called the number on the back of the card and entered the info and they said to call another number to activate it. I called that number and they said my card was activated and to call back the other number. So I did. They said my card wasn’t activated. Now I give up and just extremely thankful I didn’t set up any deposits. I’m actually now concerned this is a fraudulent company so going to be monitoring my credit report extremely carefully.

    thus bank account is SOOO far the worst because I can't even log in to my account on any other device!?? b.s.!! this could be better "IF" you can move any amount of money "OUT" and "IF" they had a chat box for real 24/7 customer service!!! 👎😡

    I just recently turned 18, got accepted to the bank right off the bat. I was already able to make purchases and receive money before even receiving my physical card. Which has been very useful for me. Defiantly a upgrade from GoBank

    ***UPDATE*** (Changed rating from 1 to 5 also) Finally got in...I don’t know why, but it made me change my password. It’s odd because it worked online but not on the app, then I tried to log in online again, it said invalid password lol How many times do I have to try and sign in before it works????? I’m almost tempted to cancel...if I can’t sign in, i can’t control my money!!! FIX THIS!!!! It signs in fine online, but not on the app with same exact password...the app tells me it doesn’t recognize my password!!!!

    I download the app, hit login (signed up account through website ) put in email, put in password, hit sign in, it loads for a second, then brings me right back to the log in screen. Doesn’t say wrong password or email anywhere it’s the same exact screen before I signed in even still has my email and password like I never even hit sign it. I do a lot of beta testing for even brand new apps and usually can at least get passed log in screen lol. If I can get this thing working I’ll update rating (if deserves a up or down) and I’ll update review.

    I appreciate the ease of opening an account, however, it has taken to long to receive my debit card with my first direct deposit and with a balance of over $100 in my account. On Friday, another direct deposit will enter my account and no debit card. I’m hopeful I will receive my card before Friday, unlikely because it hasn’t been shipped. In my opinion this unacceptable. I do not have access to my money. I am really considering closure once I receive my card.

    Okay I’ve read other reviews and they are not to good so that’s going to make my discussion i get paid once a month so that’s when I’ll put money on my card not you people constantly texting me too so stop with all the texting because that’s not going to work it’s just going to get me annoyed making me not wanting to put money on it so I’ll have to listen and see what your going to do ok Thank You and have a nice day!!!!!!

    Before I ever received my card I had 2 notification that someone was trying to access my account, I'm not from where I live new to the area so I don't believe someone that I know would've tried this considering their 100 miles away.

    Can’t believe it only allows me to sign in using the web but not on my phone.. it keeps giving error attempts anytime I try to login the app and then it sends a message to my mailbox that (unrecognized device whatever.. please do something about that. I gotta access my account on my phone! aside of that I think it’s a good online banking.. thank you.
