Feb 21, 2021 Just started using my card. It’s okay so far. I am having my taxes deposited onto it so hopefully no issues will occur. I have seen a lot of negative reviews so far. So far tho, I haven’t had any troubles with connecting it to Apple Pay and doing instant apple transfers to it. I am unable to use the debit card feature to add money it always says unavailable even tho it’s from a us bank but that’s not a deal breaker at all for me. I do wish that they had save your charge. Other then that the card is alright.more -

Jan 13, 2021 Great design, easily opened my account. It is missing mobile check deposit and ability to see checking and savings accounts together. Savings account is at the bottom of the screen when it should be stacked with checking. Also, adding check writing would be a great feature.more -

Feb 11, 2021 Yet Another trash online bank. "Login errors", "application errors & invalid entries". The one time I got through they barely understood me. Good thing I was able to withdraw my money before I lost it forever bc I see reviews of people no accessing money. If you want an excellent online prepaid, use NetSpend PayPal prepaid, never had issues & works flawless. IDK why I keep trying others. Their cards aren't "pretty" but its a great online bankmore -

Dec 31, 2020 I will never in my life choose this bank ever again..., I linked my personal card to my GO2bank card, I decided to deposit money that took forever to be deposited on my card. I contacted customer service asking is there a way to unlink my card, he first tells me that there isn’t anything showing on his end that my card was linked 😤so I’m telling him I’m looking at the screen showing my card is linked to this. I say don’t worry about just unlink my card I’ll just use it without linking my personal card to the account. He’s says at this moment we don’t have a option to remove your linked card at this time but we will update you when the feature is available wth......more -
Feb 12, 2021 My card arrived fairly quickly BUT, when I transferred money from another account it literally took 7 DAYS to become available. The account I moved it from showed and deducted INSTANTLY. The app says 3 to 4 days when adding money which had I know that prior I wouldn't have opened an account or ordered the card. In these times of everything is virtual I'm shocked any company would have to take 3 or 4 much less an entire week for a money transfer. Very disappointedmore -

Feb 11, 2021 I just went down a wild goose chase. I received my card, went to the website provided and activated it. Downloaded the app and saw “my card is on the way”. That didn’t make sense so I called the number on the back of the card and entered the info and they said to call another number to activate it. I called that number and they said my card was activated and to call back the other number. So I did. They said my card wasn’t activated. Now I give up and just extremely thankful I didn’t set up any deposits. I’m actually now concerned this is a fraudulent company so going to be monitoring my credit report extremely carefully.more -

Feb 9, 2021 I just recently turned 18, got accepted to the bank right off the bat. I was already able to make purchases and receive money before even receiving my physical card. Which has been very useful for me. Defiantly a upgrade from GoBankmore -

Dec 24, 2020 ***UPDATE*** (Changed rating from 1 to 5 also) Finally got in...I don’t know why, but it made me change my password. It’s odd because it worked online but not on the app, then I tried to log in online again, it said invalid password lol How many times do I have to try and sign in before it works????? I’m almost tempted to cancel...if I can’t sign in, i can’t control my money!!! FIX THIS!!!! It signs in fine online, but not on the app with same exact password...the app tells me it doesn’t recognize my password!!!!more

Jan 16, 2021 I download the app, hit login (signed up account through website ) put in email, put in password, hit sign in, it loads for a second, then brings me right back to the log in screen. Doesn’t say wrong password or email anywhere it’s the same exact screen before I signed in even still has my email and password like I never even hit sign it. I do a lot of beta testing for even brand new apps and usually can at least get passed log in screen lol. If I can get this thing working I’ll update rating (if deserves a up or down) and I’ll update review.more -

Jan 23, 2021 I appreciate the ease of opening an account, however, it has taken to long to receive my debit card with my first direct deposit and with a balance of over $100 in my account. On Friday, another direct deposit will enter my account and no debit card. I’m hopeful I will receive my card before Friday, unlikely because it hasn’t been shipped. In my opinion this unacceptable. I do not have access to my money. I am really considering closure once I receive my card.more -

What’s Groovy
For the saving goals feature. You all need to add automatic saving that we can set up for all our saving goals or certain ones. Also put in there to let us choose weekly,biweekly, or once a month with the automatic saving. Plus you all should throw in the round up feature which automatically saves for us when we swipe our debit card on each purchase.

What’s Subpar
Still having issues logging in, same time everyday. No overdraft even though required deposits are made, no pay 2 days early. Edit and reply: it doesn't allow you to opt in. It still says set up direct deposit, even though 1600 has been direct deposited over 3 transactions. I've already had a claim into support, but they didn't contact me like agreed.

Debit Card Transfer Unavailable
I had to update my last review. This is what I’m being told on the app”Debit card transfer unavailable”. I tried all day yesterday and it’s 7:32am CST. Your call center is closed because I tried it already. I was able to transfer $14 on the 7th of February. Now the app is saying I’m being sent a new card. Why? I never requested it and why do I need it? The closest thing I have to a checking account is right now linked to my GO2 account. Why can’t I make a transfer? I used this card one time at McDonalds because I just wanted to make sure I had access to the transferred money. It was fine but this was 4 or 5 days ago. What happened?????? -
I only installed this app to leave a review for anyone considering this card, and as soon as I click Post, I'm deleting it. I'm being charged a $5 fee every month even though I've never used the card even once. I can't find a way to close my account, and it doesn't give you the option to email customer service. The only 2 options are to call and wait forever to speak to an actual live person, or to mail them a letter. Yes, snail mail in 2021. U can keep your damn card.

I do a lot of beta testing for even brand new apps and usually can at least get passed log in screen lol. If I can get this thing working I’ll update rating (if deserves a up or down) and I’ll update review. -
Can't login i continuously get redirected and its saying my isnt active i got this card in the mail and activated it ,everything went well i even got an email saying it still was waiting on my direct deposit?i never said anything about a deposit,I'd like this issue trouble shot for fraudulent use !

Can not Cash a hand written check even though it has it in black and white but it is declined until an actual card with a chip in it comes in the mail that I didn't know I was gonna get and I'm still waiting for my response from them to my email

Think the app is broken. 🛠
I download the app, hit login (signed up account through website ) put in email, put in password, hit sign in, it loads for a second, then brings me right back to the log in screen. Doesn’t say wrong password or email anywhere it’s the same exact screen before I signed in even still has my email and password like I never even hit sign it. Debit Card with Go2Bank
I appreciate the ease of opening an account, however, it has taken to long to receive my debit card with my first direct deposit and with a balance of over $100 in my account. On Friday, another direct deposit will enter my account and no debit card. I’m hopeful I will receive my card before Friday, unlikely because it hasn’t been shipped. In my opinion this unacceptable. I do not have access to my money. I am really considering closure once I receive my card. -
Feedback on my card
Okay I’ve read other reviews and they are not to good so that’s going to make my discussion i get paid once a month so that’s when I’ll put money on my card not you people constantly texting me too so stop with all the texting because that’s not going to work it’s just going to get me annoyed making me not wanting to put money on it so I’ll have to listen and see what your going to do ok Thank You and have a nice day!!!!!! -
Before I ever received my card I had 2 notification that someone was trying to access my account, I'm not from where I live new to the area so I don't believe someone that I know would've tried this considering their 100 miles away.

I can’t sign in the app on my phone
Can’t believe it only allows me to sign in using the web but not on my phone.. it keeps giving error attempts anytime I try to login the app and then it sends a message to my mailbox that (unrecognized device whatever.. please do something about that. I gotta access my account on my phone! aside of that I think it’s a good online banking.. thank you.

Yet Another trash online bank. "Login errors", "application errors & invalid entries". The one time I got through they barely understood me. Good thing I was able to withdraw my money before I lost it forever bc I see reviews of people no accessing money. If you want an excellent online prepaid, use NetSpend PayPal prepaid, never had issues & works flawless. IDK why I keep trying others. Their cards aren't "pretty" but its a great online bank

I will never in my life choose this bank ever again..., I linked my personal card to my GO2bank card, I decided to deposit money that took forever to be deposited on my card. I contacted customer service asking is there a way to unlink my card, he first tells me that there isn’t anything showing on his end that my card was linked 😤so I’m telling him I’m looking at the screen showing my card is linked to this. I say don’t worry about just unlink my card I’ll just use it without linking my personal card to the account. He’s says at this moment we don’t have a option to remove your linked card at this time but we will update you when the feature is available wth...... -
My card arrived fairly quickly BUT, when I transferred money from another account it literally took 7 DAYS to become available. The account I moved it from showed and deducted INSTANTLY. The app says 3 to 4 days when adding money which had I know that prior I wouldn't have opened an account or ordered the card. In these times of everything is virtual I'm shocked any company would have to take 3 or 4 much less an entire week for a money transfer. Very disappointed

Listen to the reviews- DONT WASTE YOUR TIME -Possible fraud
I just went down a wild goose chase. I received my card, went to the website provided and activated it. Downloaded the app and saw “my card is on the way”. That didn’t make sense so I called the number on the back of the card and entered the info and they said to call another number to activate it. I called that number and they said my card was activated and to call back the other number. So I did. They said my card wasn’t activated. Now I give up and just extremely thankful I didn’t set up any deposits. I’m actually now concerned this is a fraudulent company so going to be monitoring my credit report extremely carefully. -
thus bank account is SOOO far the worst because I can't even log in to my account on any other device!?? b.s.!! this could be better "IF" you can move any amount of money "OUT" and "IF" they had a chat box for real 24/7 customer service!!! 👎😡

Debit Card Transfer Unavailable
I had to update my last review. This is what I’m being told on the app”Debit card transfer unavailable”. I tried all day yesterday and it’s 7:32am CST. Your call center is closed because I tried it already. I was able to transfer $14 on the 7th of February. Now the app is saying I’m being sent a new card. Why? I never requested it and why do I need it? The closest thing I have to a checking account is right now linked to my GO2 account. Why can’t I make a transfer? I used this card one time at McDonalds because I just wanted to make sure I had access to the transferred money. It was fine but this was 4 or 5 days ago. What happened?????? -
I only installed this app to leave a review for anyone considering this card, and as soon as I click Post, I'm deleting it. I'm being charged a $5 fee every month even though I've never used the card even once. I can't find a way to close my account, and it doesn't give you the option to email customer service. The only 2 options are to call and wait forever to speak to an actual live person, or to mail them a letter. Yes, snail mail in 2021. U can keep your damn card.

The worse app/company EVER
As the previous person wrote the app is horrible! Tried to login and was redirected my information could not be verified it is the same information that I logged in when I set up the account. We’re trying to call support I entered in my card number and was told my information could not be processed. Nothing has changed it’s the same information however now I can’t get anyone on the phone nor can I get into my account and my money sits there. I regret that I ever got into business with this company! Save yourself the trouble in the heart ache and the time and do not apply!
