    Just started using my card. It’s okay so far. I am having my taxes deposited onto it so hopefully no issues will occur. I have seen a lot of negative reviews so far. So far tho, I haven’t had any troubles with connecting it to Apple Pay and doing instant apple transfers to it. I am unable to use the debit card feature to add money it always says unavailable even tho it’s from a us bank but that’s not a deal breaker at all for me. I do wish that they had save your charge. Other then that the card is alright.

    How many different ways can u find your card? Walmart cashier or western union maybe ? And what if I have a previous debt owed ($95 n fees) to GreenDot Corp? Will they seize my $$$ ? I hope not bc I’d really like to get the secured card to help rebuild my credit score. Lastly, what’s the limit of the min/max deposit amount for the secured card? Please advise. Thanks 🙏 n advance

    For the saving goals feature. You all need to add automatic saving that we can set up for all our saving goals or certain ones. Also put in there to let us choose weekly,biweekly, or once a month with the automatic saving. Plus you all should throw in the round up feature which automatically saves for us when we swipe our debit card on each purchase.

So far tho, I haven’t had any troubles with connecting it to Apple Pay and doing instant apple transfers to it. I am unable to use the debit card feature to add money it always says unavailable even tho it’s from a us bank but that’s not a deal breaker at all for me. I do wish that they had save your charge. Other then that the card is alright.

    I have been waiting on a refund for over a month. And as I type on the phone with go 2 bank over the matter and been back and fourth between the dispute team and customer support going on 3 hours still no luck Update. I have to refunds that I still haven't received and you say take it up the dispute team about 75 dollars in two different refunds and all you is lie and won't fix the problem

    At first seemed like a good prepaid bank account that Gave you a decent overdraft amount credit if you met certain criteria. I met all criteria and was given the 200 overdraft protection which helps someone just starting a small business out for the first 2 months all was good then out of the blue I get a message saying my overdraft protection has been suspended to call the number on the back of the card which I did and after being on hold for 30 minutes the rep comes back on the line and tells me it’s because I went over the limit of over drafts fir the statement period first of there is no mention of a limit when you sign up for it second of all for the first 2 months there was no limit I called again to try and get info and to make a case after speaking and being on the phone for a almost an hour I got hung up on. Will update if gets resolved

    It wont let me opt in to overdraft protection and i already had 3 direct deposits with a total of +$1,500. I called and they said i have to wait and that some people wait up to 6 months and still cant opt in..... I also talked to customer service over 5 times and they said they cant do a single thing so pressing thechelp button does not help at all.

    If you call their customer service reps they are very rude and can toy with you they out me on hold for 30mins then the lady picked up the phone acted like she couldn’t hear me and hung up i would go with chime or money lion is better and more established pre paid banks and if they dnt know something they just keep you on hold til you hang up...then i get lied too about my dispute after my card was stolen ! They told me I would be contacted about my dispute then i never got contacted and never got my provisional credit after the 10th day and after I called to complain they told me I was denied even after my card was stolen and used after getting the run around on the phone after waiting for hrs on old then transferred to two departments and then hung up on this isn’t a good bank at all I should of stood with chime

    immediately they suck right off the bat I tried to do a debit card transfer into the account and on one end it said it's transferred and it took the money out and of course on the go-to bank card and it shows nothing and nothing what a way to start off. let's make sure I NEVER list yall on my direct deposit, especially cuz I can't tie this bank account with any other accounts because its BS. I just got done filing a freaking FTC complaint why i got to start my Saturday off like this with y'alk?

    I will never in my life choose this bank ever again..., I linked my personal card to my GO2bank card, I decided to deposit money that took forever to be deposited on my card. I contacted customer service asking is there a way to unlink my card, he first tells me that there isn’t anything showing on his end that my card was linked 😤so I’m telling him I’m looking at the screen showing my card is linked to this. I say don’t worry about just unlink my card I’ll just use it without linking my personal card to the account. He’s says at this moment we don’t have a option to remove your linked card at this time but we will update you when the feature is available wth......

    So basically I’m 19 and I stopped working due to COVID-19, so I applied for unemployment. I figured to use Go2bank because it seemed like the right choice at the time, I was wrong!!!!! Everything was going smooth the first two months I revived my deposits from unemployment, then when the state sent my backend pay for 5,000 my account was locked . I’m not able to get my id due to enrollment centers being closed, so I try to call and reach out, the connection is terrible I finnallly got my account unlock without having to show an id that I don’t have....then two hours later I’m locked out PERMANENTLY...I have over 4,000 in that bank and I’m now homeless and hungry because I can’t access my money

    Save your own life and don't deal with this company. I have been trying for over a month to resolve a issue and any time that I call to fix the issue I'm not able to talk to anyone cause the automated system is always messed up. It always says I'm entering the wrong information, no matter how many times I enter it. When you try to chat they take forever to respond and when they do respond it's to say log into to your app or website. I have did all the above and still can't use this dumb card.

    I just went down a wild goose chase. I received my card, went to the website provided and activated it. Downloaded the app and saw “my card is on the way”. That didn’t make sense so I called the number on the back of the card and entered the info and they said to call another number to activate it. I called that number and they said my card was activated and to call back the other number. So I did. They said my card wasn’t activated. Now I give up and just extremely thankful I didn’t set up any deposits. I’m actually now concerned this is a fraudulent company so going to be monitoring my credit report extremely carefully.

    Not a very good experience with this app,made a transfer from one debit card to another and never got my money. Called for almost a week before finally getting someone to understand the problem and talk to me and told my someone would get back with me in 1-3 days about my missing money ($436.83). What needs to be done is a full investigation by the BBB,I see that I'm not the only person who is having problems with this Bank and app,I'm going to get my lawyer and the BBB involved with this.

    I absolutely love this bank and app is super user friendly!!! however I transferred money to my husband's bank account that I needed to be there immediately and it took it out but didn't transfer it. After calling customer support I learned they don't do transfers and my money will be returned in 24 hours!!! I recommend taking that option off your app if it doesn't work why is it there? FIX IT R GET RID OF IT!!! This caused me a HUGE amount of unnecessary stress!! Otherwise I LOVE IT!!

    I just recently turned 18, got accepted to the bank right off the bat. I was already able to make purchases and receive money before even receiving my physical card. Which has been very useful for me. Defiantly a upgrade from GoBank

    For a prepaid card, this is probably the best I've seen yet. I've used PayPal for years, I have both kinds of accounts through PayPal. My prepaid and the one I use for banking. Its kinda a pain having to use 2 different cards when you've only created 1 account. Go2bank has it all in one so it saves on fees from transfers and withdraws. Plus its a bonus that I have direct deposit. I get no account fees, better then having to go into a bank to set everything up. Its all done online.

    Great design, easily opened my account. It is missing mobile check deposit and ability to see checking and savings accounts together. Savings account is at the bottom of the screen when it should be stacked with checking. Also, adding check writing would be a great feature.

    So far it's nothing but an irritation. Simply trying to log in is a problem. Didnt get the code within a reasonable time. So I had another sent. Then when they finally arrive, it doesn't work. Then, it locks me out. Fantastic. - 03/19/21 update: Second attempt after the 24hr lock out went much smoother. Got the code immediately and was able to log in, set up direct deposit and access other features of the account. Big fan of the asap direct deposit.

    I love this bank account awesome features and the secured credit card I am having a blast but one thing is that it’s not detecting my direct deposits and I know I am eligible for Overdraft Protection and it never updated to my app after it tells me it does I never got it to update. That’s one thing I am having issues with.

    Okay so it’s a good company, but I can’t take pictures of the checks I get for my money to be in my account. It keeps saying that it cannot verify my identity even though I put in all my right information(btw I believe I signed up online)and double checked every thing and sometimes it takes forever but at Least I have place to store my money.

But seems to be an issue with opting into overdraft protection which I was told that I am eligible for by the rep. I have called twice to figure out why I’m not able too and issue is still not resolved. Was told that a case was submitted to resolve but I’m not feeling confident.....

    I download the app, hit login (signed up account through website ) put in email, put in password, hit sign in, it loads for a second, then brings me right back to the log in screen. Doesn’t say wrong password or email anywhere it’s the same exact screen before I signed in even still has my email and password like I never even hit sign it. I do a lot of beta testing for even brand new apps and usually can at least get passed log in screen lol. If I can get this thing working I’ll update rating (if deserves a up or down) and I’ll update review.

    I appreciate the ease of opening an account, however, it has taken to long to receive my debit card with my first direct deposit and with a balance of over $100 in my account. On Friday, another direct deposit will enter my account and no debit card. I’m hopeful I will receive my card before Friday, unlikely because it hasn’t been shipped. In my opinion this unacceptable. I do not have access to my money. I am really considering closure once I receive my card.

    Can’t believe it only allows me to sign in using the web but not on my phone.. it keeps giving error attempts anytime I try to login the app and then it sends a message to my mailbox that (unrecognized device whatever.. please do something about that. I gotta access my account on my phone! aside of that I think it’s a good online banking.. thank you.

    I had to update my last review. This is what I’m being told on the app”Debit card transfer unavailable”. I tried all day yesterday and it’s 7:32am CST. Your call center is closed because I tried it already. I was able to transfer $14 on the 7th of February. Now the app is saying I’m being sent a new card. Why? I never requested it and why do I need it? The closest thing I have to a checking account is right now linked to my GO2 account. Why can’t I make a transfer? I used this card one time at McDonalds because I just wanted to make sure I had access to the transferred money. It was fine but this was 4 or 5 days ago. What happened??????

    This is the absoulte worst bank ive ever used customer service is no help. Its taken almost 3 weeks to get a expedited card in which they would not allow me any way of getting money from my account until it gets here which was supposed to be within 2 days. Yeah right day 12 now and still no card. Im so upset with this bank no kind of appreciation for the customer at all.

    I don't recommend this card at all they put a limit on your money to get off..u can't transfer money from it on to it... Charge 5 fee on your money when u not using it... Go with chime this not a good card...I don't think it's fair that u can tell me how much of money to spend a day u not giving it to me I wish I would have just used my chime act I will stop trying bs app after this one with all the hiding perks of this card u suck I just want to get my money out without limit problem it's my $
