    First of all, I heard about it over the Radio and I was like: let me give it a shot, and Downloaded the App and I did put my info with my 2 cars and gave me crazy good price that was in a second unbelievable, I used to pay $331 per month for my 2 cars with two drivers and the price it gave was total of $105 per month with the same exact deal, I contacted the customer support SMS and they replied within an hour with confirmation that Yes, my info and my deal was right. And I switched right away. Sooooo 3 months later I was involved in a minor accident and that was my first accident “I promise” and the Police came and did everything and claim was created and Go claim service called me and told me don’t worry about it we got you with no increase in my policy! I love it, great, easy, convenient and all in the App. Thanks Go, this is the future of the Insurance companies and no need for these other companies who takes advantage of the customers.

    Gets the job done, would like for the app to enable viewing my insurance policy i.e if I need to show proof of insurance for any reason I can access it through the app. Also if I can find an estimated rate for adding other vehicles on the app. From what I see, its only an Android issue.

    I have had this Insurance for almost a year now and I was shocked when I saw the outcome of the quote I got from Go because it was just as they said! My quote was half of the current company I was using and that was a low income program! No one believes me when I tell them how much I’m paying! My full coverage payment is lower than I paid before for state minimum and all those other ads that pop up on the internet saying if your not paying $19 or $29 per month you are probably paying too much and every time they quoted me it was always higher than I pay right now! The quotes don’t even compare! I am so thankful for the day I found Go Insurance! I will remain a loyal customer for life! Thank you Go!

    Great experience with customer service from Go. Anytime I have a question, Andrew is very responsive and takes care of my concerns. From the beginning I have really liked the Go app. It was so nice to be able to plug in different options and see how it would affect my rate. Made it easy to find the plan that was the right fit for me. I have had some snags with a few things in the app, but they continue to fix and update. And Andrew has been able to help me out from his end when I couldn’t get what I needed from the app. The only negative I find in the app now is the map. I have plenty of map apps. When I open my insurance app, I want insurance information. But definitely recommend GO!

    This is best insurance I’ve come across. The process is almost effortless, it’ll take you about 2 mins max to get a quote, and not to mention they don’t ask stupid questions like other insurance companies, very straight forward. Being a young driver (a curse) I couldn’t get anything lower than $300-$400/month. Go Safe offered me $200/month with full coverage. You can’t beat that anywhere. Their reps are very helpful too and quick to response. Charlie helped me go through the whole process and answered all the questions in a very efficient manner.

    I want to leave an honest review. I heard about this on the radio in Houston and was skeptical. Having to work through COVID has been hard enough, but to have to handle bills witching companies getting stuff taken care of is tuff. These guys not only did an outstanding job getting me in through my problems. They gave me a phenomenal price that unheard of for me.     I’ve had this insurance for a year now and I must say that my experience has been awesome! From start to finish the representatives were very helpful in my getting my claim done. With this being my first accident I was very scared and nervous and had no idea what to do. They assured me that everything will be taken of professionally and in a timely manner. I recommend them not only because of the cheap rates but also the service. I was able to get everything done through the app.

    Eventually all the other insurance companies will try and copy this one, there way ahead in the future with there thinking and creativity. They also have a ten day grace period for late payments with no penalties! When contacting my agent through the app, they got right back to me with solving my problem. I didn’t have to sit on hold for an hour like I would with the others, Go is the best choice for auto insurance hands down.

    Needs a lost of improvements Such as....Allow to make changes to the profiles, make online payments, have payment history to able to download and print etc. At this point, when you open the app, all you can have is your digital prove of insurance. And you call the company takes you to the automatic answer machine and after several worhtless options, hang up on you. 🤷🏻‍♂️😡😡😡🤷🏻‍♂️

Samsung is killing the phone game and you can't even give a half way decent app come on now. I can't even see how my instance is being billed let alone changing it, because nothing happens when I click in that section. 😒

    I am currently listed as a driver on my moms full coverage policy but when the billing date comes they charge my Apple Pay the full amount without my permission! I have never given this app or it’s operators permission to charge my account . With my mom being the primary policy holder it would make sense that they would charge her Apple Pay. They have never charged her account. They always go straight to mine. This month they took another unauthorized payment for the full amount of the policy and left my bank account negative. When I reached out to them for explanation there is silence. The fact that such apathy exists from a company towards its customers in the middle of a pandemic is DISGUSTING. Money is already hard enough to come by and they snatch it right out of someone’s account without permission! They are thieves!!!! Also not to mention when you have a claim they do not respond to you! My car window was smashed and things were stolen from my vehicle. I went to make a claim and they have not responded yet! I reached out via email, chatted through the app and even found a phone number that I tried to call. No one has contacted me back

    If I could rate Go Insurance a 0, I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! To make a payment is HELL, to make a claim is HELL, the chat service doesn't ever respond, emails either!! IT IS SO FRUSTRATING!     I have been trying to renew my insurance for the last 2 weeks. I thought I did once because it gave me a confirmation and said I was good for the next 6 months. Apparently I have been driving uninsured for the last 2 weeks and had no clue until I went to pay it for the month. Now for the last 24 hours, I have been trying to renew my policy and I heavens heard back from someone in the past 16 hours. I have an open claim with them still at this point, that claim process was the hardest thing to do. I have talked to 6 different people and for some reason each time there is something that isn’t in the notes. It is hard to work your claim, hardly any guidance on what you need to do in the claim process. Also for a chat based company, I have a better response time with a Farmers agent giving me a quote from his work phone than I do with this “CHAT” based company. Until some serious changes are made this service is not worth a single dollar saved on your monthly insurance payment. I would personally rather pay $80 more somewhere else, who values their customers.

    About a month after signing up for the app I am receiving about 30 to 40 sales calls a day about how to better my insurance about health insurance about my cars auto warranty. In the seven years of having this phone number I’ve never received calls like this until signing up for the app which had to do with my car. And now the sales people are calling about my car warranty knowing what year it is what kind of car it is. So yeah if you want to have your phone blown up every day from Recorded messages from sales people go ahead and download this app. My response to Damia. There is no way anybody else could’ve gotten a hold of my information as far as what I drive where I live or what my intentions were. This didn’t happen but a few days after I signed up and put my information into the application. This is just my warning to other people interested in this app. Just before warned if you want your phone blown up daily even on Sundays go ahead and put your information in this app.

    This company is hot garbage anhe app is terrible on Android. I filed a claim and had no way of following up. The chat feature in all is the only way to contact the company (there is no phone number) but if you leave the app to do other things, you never get notified when you're the next on the queue. On top of that, you get logged out of the session while waiting for a response. As for my claim, I've been calling all this week and last week and no one ever answers the phone. Avoid Go!!!

    I give you guys one star for the idea and -4 for execution. First page on App Store is advertising that you have insurance for us Californians but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Not sure how a company based here doesn’t do business in there own state. A good way to get around this is change that picture out, or even better where’s your list of state u do business in and states you do not do business in? False advertisement anyone. . . It seems y’all have the customer service part down I see reply’s to many of the negative reviews here not sure if they are taking to consideration or not but nice to see someone is at least looking at that. Also, how can you run a business without having your product on lock first. I think you guys could mitigate a lot of this negative attention with being a little more transparent with your business products what you offer and where is that and who is it for? Just my thoughts on go insurance.

    I never write reviews. Even if I’m happy with something, I hardly ever waste my time writing a review. If u are thinking about switching, do it. It was the easiest process ever. All I had to do was snap a picture of my DL and they pulled all my information from my current insurance company and gave me the best deal out there. So far, this is the best experience I’ve had with an auto insurance company. I was with geico for years and I will never go back. They don’t even compare.

    Would be much easier if you could upload a paystub from your photos. Lots of essential workers have everything coming online for them. I don’t have a physical copy of my paystub, but I do have a screenshot. Just a suggestion for the future, but customer service was very helpful

    They hadn’t changed the color of the font on the app. Now it’s barely legible and looks pretty ugly too might I add. White letters over a light gray background does not make for a user friendly experience. Please change it back to the way it was before.

    Hard to verify payment! Was emailed that if I cant pay the day due or something when it comes to payment due it would be fine. I’ll be charged every 3rd day until the 10th. Never been that late. but I get stuff in the mail about canceling my insurance and then when I have the payment ready the day of it’s not Getting paid and or the day or. Wish I could just pay on my Own when ready. Like love that y’all help. But don’t like to be worried I’m not Covered when your not taking my payment on time.

    The people at Go Insurance are quite helpful and friendly......when they respond! Not all of us are tech savy and sometimes need a little help navigating the system. I would feel much better if someone who actually answer on the chat line when you send a message. At least within 24hrs. Other than sending messages for four days now without a response, I have had a relatively good experience.

    Good payment processing, easy to use app. My only issue is I've called 6 times today to check in on my claim and I either get a voicemail or hung up on during transfer. I also called 3 times Friday being that my accident was Thursday evening. Soooooo maybe someone will reach out to me on here since customer support via phone has been unsuccessful.

    So the app only now works on 13.0 or higher but my I-Phone 6 only goes up to 12.4 which may be the case of other customers meaning potentially you can lose a lot of money clients because of this Other than that loved my time with this insurance company!

    I downloaded due to an advert stating 50% off for essential workers. After downloading, I couldn’t even keep the app open—each time I clicked on the button to upload my paystub, the app crashed or would be stuck on the “select from files or photos” screen. If you are really going to advertise to your essential workers, please make sure the app is up to date and works as it should. I’d still like to see how much the premium is for full coverage on my two vehicles, but unfortunately I couldn’t get the app to work. Guess I’ll just have to look elsewhere 🤷

    I wasn’t able to complete my application through the app, so I was directed to make a phone call to customer service. Not only no one was there to answer the call during business hours, but also they don’t have a waitlist system AND the voicemail inbox is full. I could not imagine calling them if I really ran into an accident. Seeing this company only got established in 2018, I would have some reservation on this company’s reliability and longevity.

    They claim it is as simple as scanning your driver’s license and it sure looks promising when you start the process. It finds all your information and merely asks you to confirm. However, I was unable to get an actual quote directly, it said I had to talk to an agent. As a result, I gave up. I have dealt with 2 other insurance providers in the past and I was able to sign up for both completely online, without talking to an agent.

    Trying to “chat” with someone is ridiculously hard. No one works on the weekends. Extremely frustrating compared to making a simple phone call. Overall good price for insurance..until it doesn’t decide to process your payment to renew and now have to wait till Monday at the latest to chat with someone.

Money is already hard enough to come by and they snatch it right out of someone’s account without permission! They are thieves!!!! Also not to mention when you have a claim they do not respond to you! My car window was smashed and things were stolen from my vehicle. I went to make a claim and they have not responded yet! I reached out via email, chatted through the app and even found a phone number that I tried to call. No one has contacted me back

    If I could rate Go Insurance a 0, I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD! To make a payment is HELL, to make a claim is HELL, the chat service doesn't ever respond, emails either!! IT IS SO FRUSTRATING! EVERY SINGLE THING ABOUT THIS INSURANCE IS HELL! DON'T GET IT! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND JUST KEEP ON SCROLLING.

    I have been trying to renew my insurance for the last 2 weeks. I thought I did once because it gave me a confirmation and said I was good for the next 6 months. Apparently I have been driving uninsured for the last 2 weeks and had no clue until I went to pay it for the month. Now for the last 24 hours, I have been trying to renew my policy and I heavens heard back from someone in the past 16 hours. I have an open claim with them still at this point, that claim process was the hardest thing to do. I have talked to 6 different people and for some reason each time there is something that isn’t in the notes. It is hard to work your claim, hardly any guidance on what you need to do in the claim process. Also for a chat based company, I have a better response time with a Farmers agent giving me a quote from his work phone than I do with this “CHAT” based company. Until some serious changes are made this service is not worth a single dollar saved on your monthly insurance payment. I would personally rather pay $80 more somewhere else, who values their customers.

    Worst app ever can't do anything on the android app like how you gone take my Money but I can't even get in contact with you? Chat is never up when you need it . App don't do nothing but show you your payment can't make any updates or changes or take photos completely trash for customers . What's the benefit of the app when it doesn't work for all your customers??

    About a month after signing up for the app I am receiving about 30 to 40 sales calls a day about how to better my insurance about health insurance about my cars auto warranty. In the seven years of having this phone number I’ve never received calls like this until signing up for the app which had to do with my car. And now the sales people are calling about my car warranty knowing what year it is what kind of car it is. So yeah if you want to have your phone blown up every day from Recorded messages from sales people go ahead and download this app. My response to Damia. There is no way anybody else could’ve gotten a hold of my information as far as what I drive where I live or what my intentions were. This didn’t happen but a few days after I signed up and put my information into the application. This is just my warning to other people interested in this app. Just before warned if you want your phone blown up daily even on Sundays go ahead and put your information in this app.

    This company is hot garbage anhe app is terrible on Android. I filed a claim and had no way of following up. The chat feature in all is the only way to contact the company (there is no phone number) but if you leave the app to do other things, you never get notified when you're the next on the queue. On top of that, you get logged out of the session while waiting for a response. As for my claim, I've been calling all this week and last week and no one ever answers the phone. Avoid Go!!!

    I give you guys one star for the idea and -4 for execution. First page on App Store is advertising that you have insurance for us Californians but that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Not sure how a company based here doesn’t do business in there own state. A good way to get around this is change that picture out, or even better where’s your list of state u do business in and states you do not do business in? False advertisement anyone. . . It seems y’all have the customer service part down I see reply’s to many of the negative reviews here not sure if they are taking to consideration or not but nice to see someone is at least looking at that. Also, how can you run a business without having your product on lock first. I think you guys could mitigate a lot of this negative attention with being a little more transparent with your business products what you offer and where is that and who is it for? Just my thoughts on go insurance.

    Do not get this insurance if you do not have an iphone!! Since everything is done through the app and the app does not work on android, pretty ridiculous!!
