I had high hopes for this app but I'm a bit let down. There are lots of grammatical errors across different units (OCD/Anxiety/Depression) that made it difficult to understand and to work out whether it was a positive or negative statement. It also felt a bit too repetitive. The monthly price is insanely high for that quality level when it's predominantly text based. I understand it's a translated app. However the overall idea is really good. It just needs more work and some decent proofreading.

As many have been experiencing throughout the pandemic, my anxiety has gotten much worse over the last year to the point where I was in a constant state of distress. After doing some research, I stumbled upon this app. I was willing to try it out and pay for it for a month or two to see if it would do anything, and honestly the headspace I’m in after using the app consistently it’s drastically different. I find myself much more easily able to push past negative cognitions and fears. The app could use some work as far as grammatical structure and typos in some of the phrasings. There are little things I don’t like about it, but overall it’s simple, easy, and effective. I would definitely recommend trying it out.

I've found this app surprisingly helpful with dealing with catastrophic thinking and obsessive ruminating. It really is very simple but very effective, and so quick to keep up with every day. One area for improvement is the number of typos in some areas, especially Anxiety II. It is distracting but hopefully something they can get fixed.

I’ve been through numerous treatments and therapists for my plethora of mental ailments this year threw me for a curve ball though because I was diagnosed with a sub type of ocd with intrusive thoughts, this app really saved me from my ocd, and not only that but now it’s helping me with my other issues too, it’s simple but very impactful, thank you for this app and if you have ocd please download I promise it helps

Really great app. I feel the changes its helped me make in my thinking every day. Comforting to do the toolbox levels on a daily basis. I truly love it. I previously had a problem with the app crashing but this has been fixed. Old review below. ----- Really great app but has been crashing after every level for me for a few weeks. Reinstalling didn't help. Fortunately it still saves your position so it isn't a deal breaker.

This app has helped me so much. I was hesitant at first purchasing it but during the free trial I realized how much it had helped me. I purchased it and I don’t regret it at all. It helps me a lot, along with my therapist, medicine, Jesus and my friends who support me. Ocd is still really rough for me but these consistent exercises from this app have definitely helped a little.

I paid for the old version of the app and now this new version is asking me to pay more. A little disappointed and the new ui is so packed w upsell stuff it's hard to find the worthwhile features anymore.

Make sure to read fine print, folks. I was using this to help with my OCD, which has been getting worse recently. It’s actually been helping over the past few days! It made the holidays easier. But... finding out I would have to pay for the rest was a real heart breaker. I wish that was clearer. And using this app had been added to my daily routine so now I have to undo part of my routine... which, as someone with OCD, is stressful.

Unexpectedly effective. The only issue I have is the health section needs some work when it comes to addressing/acknowleging chronic pain and disability.

Someone else already summed this app up well by saying it's trying to indicate all thoughts are either good or bad, and you should focus on having good ones. I think it just causes more anxiety, not less. But I also I found that CBT didn't work well for me so maybe this is in that vein. if it helps you, great. if not, delete. It should be less about whether a thought is deemed positive or negative snd more about what you do with the thought.

IPhone 6s you can’t get past the “what is your mindset” screen. It would be nice if they just eliminated it and you can jump straight into the levels. I love the app when it works, but it is extremely frustrating that when I want to use it I can’t. They said an update will be out to fix it, but that has yet to happen unfortunately.

Not really sure this app is beneficial to me and my theme of ocd .i can see how it might be to some people but not for me really. It just seems to be swiping thoughts into a negative or positive category . Not really sure how this helps me when my ocd has gotten so bad. I won't be paying for the full version .

This app went from a concise OCD app to an unfocused all-in-one app that deals with too many topics in an unfocused fashion. The old app used to have a "daily play" option once you progressed through the "levels" that let you drop into the app for a nice summary of all the previous statements merged into one level. This doesn't seem to exist anymore. The app is clunky now. The only thing good about it is that the UI looks modern but everything else is trash.

Not worth the money. This app used to be free and it was an amazing tool I used daily. Now it's $12/month and all they did was add pretty photos. It feels like they're profiting off people's illness.

Keep in mind, I have been to therapy for OCD and I think it's important to do so with a therapist experienced with OCD and exposure therapy. But this app (and the other GG apps) has been very helpful for reminding myself to accept the doubt and not reject it. I mainly have pure OCD, but this even helps with that. Although I don't think it would work as well (for me, at least) if I hadn't begun therapy. This app is a good tool to do in addition to therapy. I look forward to using it daily.

I LOVE this. It helps shift your negative feelings and thoughts to a more positive mindset and attitude. I paid the full version because I totally think it's worth every cent, it really helps me be able to engage in exposure therapy better because I usually have a hard time in resisting my urges but this app really encourages you to resist your compulsions!!!! Definitely my favourite app on my phone. Thank you 😊.

I really like this app and it’s a great exercise to get out of my ocd thought loops. occasionally when i’m having one, I will open this app and do a few exercises to calm down. The only thing is I can’t seem to find my “toolbox” as they put it to find the statements I saved for later. would love to go back and look at them.

Great app! I do not focus on how fast i go through it, but work to internalize some of the advice as different way of viewing things... One of my fav sayongs is - feeling pass, change, and transform..... Would also be nice if the app included mental compulsions, such as analyzing and reassurance in the assessment... Also, could use an update on a few spelling errors.

Great app! Simple and intuitive but effective. One recommendation: please enable users to proceed to the next level although time limit was exceeded. Personally I like to take time to reflect on each message instead of rushing through them. I believe many others would do the same. Do that and it'll be 5 stars!

Good tool with daily reminders to remain positive and be kind to myself. Easy to use. Not everything is applicable to me, as is expected. The daily exercises are a simple swipe up or down.

i started with this app 3 days ago while also practicing hindu enkriya meditation. its one that helps people focus their mind and strengthen it. now im sure that enkriya has helped me quite a bit since i got rid of 15 regimes out of 88. i have extreme OCD but this app only believes in arrangement O there are different kinds of O, mine is cacophobic O but this app has deemed mine as -morderate bc i dont arrange although im literally incapable of walking across the room without twitching Obsession.

I have pretty bad OCD, so I thought I’d give this app a try. At first I really liked it, and I still do. But when I went to take the first assessment test, the questions didn’t seem to fit my phone screen.(If that makes much sense.) The screen almost seemed to be too big, and I was unable to choose an answer.

I have the full version and it's genuinely helpful for OCD, but it's also overpriced for how scarce the content is. Also, lots of misspelling errors exist in the app, which make it feel unprofessional especially when you're paying. I'd like to see the devs add around triple the content (more types of exercises and little games to help!) and correct the spelling mistakes. These are two big issues, but I would still recommend the free version to people for calming from OCD caused anxiety attacks.

It's not the most helpful app ever but does kill time and in the moment helps you say nice things to yourself. Worth a shot if you dont know what to say to yourself but doesnt really help to implement those behaviors. Feels more like studying flash cards for a test before learning the material if that makes any sense.

App is okay. I have the free version. I like the premise-throw out negative habits, embrace positive habits. It uses swiping- up for bad stuff(negative language) and swipe down for good stuff. It could use some visual imagery, i.e. a trash can for placing negatives, maybe a heart or treasure chest for keeping positives. Also better sounds-maybe applause for keeping good stuff and a happy sigh of relief when you swipe away bad stuff. Just my thoughts. Only other thing is that the amount of time daily is extremely short. I'm not sure it could really have much effect. But for free, it's pretty cool.
