Aug 25, 2019 I like this app but sometimes you get 'positive ' statements that suggest we should be okay with looking bad because other things matter more.Which is true but I would rather learn to believe that although we aren't all conventionally attractive that we are still attractive not to just think I'm ugly but that's okay. I'm not sure if this makes sense but it did in my head 😂more -
Jul 13, 2019 i love it. it helps more if you do it daily 3 times a day. when my depression/eatinf disorder 2worsen i stop taking care of myself, and i stop using the app. but it was very helpful when i was in treatment. i had to leave because of my insurance, but it was very helpful and still is.more -
May 15, 2020 I honestly didn't think it would help a lot first, but I was pleasantly surprised how it helped me on my journey to view myself in a different way. That also helped me to deal with mental problems I have. I would recommend it if you look for a way to appreciate or realise your value as a person more.more -
Jan 18, 2020 I really like this app! Sometimes statements came up that I didn't consciously realize I was thinking about myself... It helped me to recognize my negative thinking patterns that have been limiting my self esteem. -
Apr 14, 2020 I recently started this app and I already find it healing! It's nice to take time to remember/recognize what is positive self talk and what is not. This app is a nice tool for working towards well being and inner peace

Jul 23, 2020 I thought it was a good idea until it tried to suggest that 'old' and 'fat' are negative words. They are not negative, they are merely descriptors that society has placed negative meaning on. I am both old and fat and I'd like to be able to say that. It should work towards perception of the words rather than lying to yourself.more -
Jun 23, 2019 The idea behind this app is amazing! But, it's way too glitchy- I haven't been able to get through a single lesson yet!

Nov 2, 2019 I've found that some of the phrases that I've come across have been popping up when I get really critical, it's been very useful.

Sep 10, 2019 Great for every day reminders that you are worthy. I only wish they would upload more content as the statements get repetitive. But overall happy with this app!! -
