    Cannot find where to submit dining rebate on app. I go to website through my safari browser and then I find the correct place to submit monthly dining rebates of $10 per month.

    Every time I try to register, I can’t get passed the security question. It asks me to select a security question and when I try to do it, there are no security questions to choose from. I tried three times and all three times there are no questions. I just got this reward card today and I already regret it

    Absolutely terrible, just like all the comments on here say, there's no way to cancel membership on the app, you have to call an 800 number, the app doesn't load, and is basically useless. I got membership today, not really understanding what I was signing up for, got home and looked into it, decided to cancel, found out how, but then was told by the lady who answered my call that I have to wait 24-72 hrs to cancel. Apparently my information isn't in the system yet. Never heard of this before.

    With this new update I am unable to log into my account. It just gives me a run around. I tried logging in on the app and it says member not found. I try forgot member ID, it says member not found. I try setting up new ID and it says there is no member with this ID. I went online though their web page and made sure it was active there and it is. So why does it say member not found through the app? What's the point of getting this card for the extra benefits if you can't access them easily?

    When you sign up and download the app you think “cool, savings and I can shop from their stores online.” Yeah, no, it’s literally just coupons to other random places you’ll never go and you get a small discount at the stores with it that’s hardly worth it. It’s stupid and a waste of an app and customers’ money. Idk who’s idea this was, but you should be fired. Shoulda just made a fresh new app with a new name so people aren’t falsely advertised into paying for coupons no one asked for.

    I have never once used any benefits of my membership and have been trying to cancel it for months with no luck. The customer service is absolutely a joke. I have never had a harder time getting a company to stop charging me, and I'm still trying to! If anyone with power can see this CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AND STOP CHARGING ME I DONT USE THIS SERVICE AND I NEVER ONCE HAVE FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR IT

    Absolutely terrible, just like all the comments on here say, there's no way to cancel membership on the app, you have to call an 800 number, the app doesn't load, and is basically useless. I got membership today, not really understanding what I was signing up for, got home and looked into it, decided to cancel, found out how, but then was told by the lady who answered my call that I have to wait 24-72 hrs to cancel. Apparently my information isn't in the system yet. Never heard of this before.

    An app that does not work. I went to FYE and bought things I enjoy. I am asked if I would like to enjoying the FYE backstage pass membership oh, so I do thinking that I'm going to be able to save money on movie tickets and going out but little do I know you can't redeem any of those rebates without the app. So how are you supposed to take advantage of a membership that you pay $12 a month for that you can't even use. Don't even bother until they fix the problem, the free trial doesn't even work.

    generic deals that I receive from other sources via email for FREE by being on their mailing lists. most of the offers I will never use. even if the offers were tailored, I still don't foresee the benefit of this program since you must spend a lot for little savings, and this program has a monthly cost too. app doesn't have a way to upload/submit receipts for rebates (if there is, then not easily navigable to find it) which is available with the program. two stars because the app is well made.

    I signed up for the backstage pass in-store and since then, I’ve been trying to cancel it. I’ve attempted multiple times, but I also can’t sign in to anything because I do not have a member ID or anything like it. I’m beyond confused and I’m very irritated that I am unable to stop the membership from charging my card.

    Tried to create new account on-line and couldn’t so downloaded app to try and still a NO-GO!!! even waited an extra day as associate said to, to be sure membership # had time to “get into the system” . Very leary of this rewards club now and if it works as explained by store manager?!!

    not sure whats going on, but now i can't log back in. i can logged onto the website for vip, but the app will not. This definitely needs to be fixed as soon as possible!
