Continuous Quality
Feb 20, 2021 I continue to be impressed with and enjoy this location. I just installed the awards app thus this will be my initial review even though I have been regular since the opening. During this visit I enjoyed the shrimp tacos. As per the other offerings they were fresh, warm, well seasoned and served at the appropriate temperature. Elise was superb on service for the entire bar area and a pleasant and professional representative of Fuzzy’s. I had the opportunity to speak with the GM as she checked in with and on customers. I find Lindsay to be an extraordinary addition to this site and can see the impact she is making across the board. I look forward to my next and every visit!more -
Jan 6, 2021 Good easy to use, wish sign up could be done at register and points redeemed by phone number but good system regardless. -
Awesome
Dec 9, 2018 We had a little get together for my sons birthday. We had drinks and appetizers. Everything was wonderful. No long wait. The Hatch green sauce was a lil bit too hot for my husband but he loved it. No place has better Nachos the Fuzzy’s. My favorite place to get a frozen sangria!!! OMG. The best I have found since Ruby Tequila’s left. Definitely our meeting place. We will always get the taco meat nachos and frozen sangria! Doesn’t get any better than this!! 👍🌮🍹more -
Nov 17, 2020 Once I was placing order for breakfast and after going thru menu and doing all the stuff, it says restaurant is not open yet. It should check first if restaurant is open or not before letting user go to menu item. -
Dec 1, 2020 Easy to use and rewarding. If you enjoy Fuzzy's, there is no reason not to download!

Oct 4, 2019 I like fuzzies but this app is just horrible, I’ve tried to use rewards points or rewards specials twice and both times it doesn’t tell you that redeeming the thing has to be done in person in front of the staff in order to redeem it and it expires in less than 10 minutes. The most recent buy one taco get one free on taco rewards day said you could even use it online so I hit it and there was no way to do it at least none that I could figure out and I can’t make it down to fuzzies in nine minutes and 30 seconds. It’s just a terrible terrible app and it’s turning me away from even using the app which is one of the big badges to going to fuzzies because you can skip the line.more -
Points system devalues reward
Sep 28, 2019 In the previous system, you simply received $10 for every $100 spent. If your order was $6.50, you kept the $3.50 balance and could use it later. Well worth it and kept me at Fuzzys over other options. Points system inflates price equivalent and locks in product options. You cannot take $3.50 off your bill, you have to take the entire 1250 points or nothing. My regular order is the brisket nachos—highly recommend. Retail is 7.99. But it takes 1250 points. In old system, I can get free nachos with rewards to spare after $100 spent. New system, I use all my rewards AND spent 25% more to get them. Bad “upgrade”. 5 stars to return to old system.more -
Mar 29, 2019 This app was great, but it's now losing some stars since you've implemented a rule change where I can only get points for one purchase every four hours. Um, you guys host a trivia night every week in my town, which means we're sitting there for 2 and a half hours ordering drinks multiple times, but now all of a sudden we can't earn reward points because we're sitting there longer giving you money??? Gtfo, and you can sure as hell bet I'll be cutting back on my drinks there, too!!more -
Sep 30, 2019 Updated, see below... As I suspected, we have to spend A LOT (33%-66%) more money to get the equivalent of the old $10 system. Booo! The old rewards system WAS one of the reasons Fuzzy's used to be the go-to place for me and my family. Not so much any more. Update: On 9/27, I used 1000 points to buy a burrito. Prior to, I had 1440 w/ 60 to go until my next reward. After, I have 0 points w/ 330 to go. Do the math & watch your points balance! I reached out to support, but have had no response.more -
Seriously bad app
May 5, 2020 I tried to use it to order food while in fuzzy’s parking lot and when it got to the payment option it couldn’t complete because I added a tip. So I removed the tip which removed my credit card info. So I decided to just choose pay when I pick up. Nope, when I clicked that option it said cash not accepted. So I just went to Taco Bell instead. Not as good, but I was eating in less time than I fought this app. When I got home I decided to get the app all set up for next time. I tried to change my birthday and nope, it rolls back to today’s date when I tried. Uninstalled, not going to bother any more.more

Masks Optional for Kitchen Staff?
Jan 13, 2021 We enjoyed our food at Fuzzy’s tonight but it was a little concerning to see the kitchen staff either wearing no mask or a mask not covering their nose or a mask not covering their nose or mouth. I wasn’t sure what the rules were for that but it made us a little uncomfortable knowing people were preparing our food and not taking the safety precautions they should. Other places we’ve been have been very diligent about wearing a mask. While I’m sure it’s uncomfortable they need to make sure the customer feels safe.more -
Oct 28, 2020 Love the food.. the app is a great idea. However you can not place an order before the store opens even when scheduled.. sooo. Otherwise. Bad ass! -
Great app but...
Dec 29, 2020 I wish there wasn’t a time limit that tells you how long you have before you can redeem the reward. I almost lost my points that I earned up. Thats pretty messed up because then you could lose both money and points because of their point system. Other restaurants don’t have a timer.more -
Jan 24, 2021 Good, but no refill option. You even seem the refillable cups here, but not the refills.

Update Loop
Sep 25, 2019 The app tells me to update and takes me to the app store which just offers to open the app which sends me right back to the update screen in the app. I think it is wanting me to update my IOS so it can update the app. I looked for a contact developer link but found nothing, hence the 3 star review as my only way to let the app developer know that I shouldn’t have to update my IOS to use there app. The old version should be made to work with previous IOS versions even if it means the user doesn’t get the new bells and whistles.more -
Great Place
Jan 29, 2019 Great place with a fun environment. My complaint is the ordering process, today I had to wait in line 15 minutes just to order and there were only 6 customers ahead of us. The two cashiers would just walk away, or take a long time to make drinks. It was a frustrating process waiting in line. Food is great, just please make the ordering process easier, and don’t have cashiers walk away while there are customers in line, waiting!more -
Feb 20, 2019 i have a better time with this app than most of the reviewers, but using the rewards seems impossible. I earn the rewards by ordering online, but it will not let me use the rewards by ordering online. Then after ordering in store the same day it won't let me use my rewards which costs me money i had not intended on spending. How do i use the freakin rewards i've earned???!!more -
Please fix ability to tip
May 1, 2020 I love, love, love Fuzzy’s and have ordered there many times over the last few months, but I feel bad because for some reason the app won’t let you tip. For some reason it errors when you go to pay acting like it’s a split payment. Thankfully tonight I asked the girl if they could accept a cash tip and they could. I really want to give back to them for all their hard work during this time.more

Sep 26, 2019 The previous rewards system has a good flow and feeling of Earned to Redeem ratio. This new system is a joke. Clearly the company was losing money off of it, because the new values for certain items to "redeem" are ridiculous. 1,250 points equals $12.50 spent, to get a $7 salad? That's almost double. I had $20 in rewards cash back and I feel absolutely cheated by this new system. I could've redeemed those points for two salads and a side, and now I can barely afford one. Don't try to pass it off as a "new and better" system when you're actually shiesting customers in the process. Be honest about it.more -
Oct 3, 2020 App works alright but the redeem points service sucks. Accidentally redeemed the wrong reward and I have to wait 4 hours to do another one. And there's no way to undo an accidental redemption -
Disgruntled
Jan 30, 2019 What happened to the gladiolus store? What rude NEW employees from the colonial store! It was a homey, FRIENDLY atmosphere with happy employees. There is a new LAZY new African American girl that literally said who cares about cleaning the drink and silverware area! Then there was a younger white gal sitting playing on her phone doing nothing. The only 2 doing anything were 2 of the old employees who are being told to look for other jobs. I will no longer be going there. Terrible mistake management has made. I know MANY regulars who are done with that place. Sad.more

What’s Groovy
App works great. Never had an issue with it. The only problem I have is they only let me redeem enough reward point for one item "when using the app", or at least that's what I was told at the restaurant. That's a ridiculous policy. Many places will let you redeem as many points as you have for as much as those points will buy. But the app itself works fine.

What’s Subpar
I went to Fuzzy’s On Saturday and had my receipts to scan after we received our food. I scanned one receipt and it gave me credit. However, the other two receipts required that I waited 4 hours before I could scan my additional receipts. After waiting over six hours I try to scan my additional receipts with the same error message. The next morning I tried to scan the receipts within the three day window and still received an error message regarding the four hours between scans. I have sent three emails to Tech Support to no avail. I went to their website and clicked on contact us to let them know the problem. I have never heard back from using that method either. It would appear that Fuzzy’s no longer supports their app or the customers. It’s a shame.
