FS Map Tool

New install this morning. After a couple of hours I have decided to write this review. I am running this app on my iPad so I can see where I am at in Flight Simulator 2020 and all I can say is that so far it has been simply outstanding. I ran my Malwarebytes on my PC after installing and it found no security issues. Windows Defender didn’t want to run it but I pushed through anyway per the instructions. The app runs very well and the maps look great, tracking my aircraft flawlessly. I am still getting used to the user interface of the app but it really is simplicity at it’s finest. I like that it doesn’t seem to install itself into the game itself. There are some tweaks the developer could make to the controls in my opinion but so far I am very happy with this. To the developer: Keep up the great work!

A great app for flying VFR in FS2020 with general aviation aircraft. It is like having a map in the cockpit with you and a great improvement on the map provided with FS2020. After sales service is prompt and effective. Highly recommended.

This is a great app to let you know where your aircraft is in the world. Not being able to fully zoom out of the VFR map, this app helps a lot to get the position of my aircraft.

Awaiting the update to allow the GUI keyboard to put in a valid IP address. Update: It was my Samsung default keyboard app that wasn't allowing me to enter a period. I installed the Google keyboard app and all is good. So far I love this app!!!

This app for 3$ is fantastic Finally can see the name of every little town, lakes and highways I fly over. Riccardo was very helpful via email when I had a question

Amazing yet so incredibly simple. As a simmer, I don't need amazingly techy maps, I just want to know where I am, and this does just that. Brilliant!

Tracks your plane over satellite terrain so you can see canyons and highways to follow. Adjusts direction in real time.

Install the server in your Windows PC , it will ask you for the changes in your firewall, after you said yes for the changes, fire up the app in your tablet or phone and that's is! As soon as you enter a location in FS 2020 your plane appears in Google Maps, and in G Maps you can select either street or satellite imagery. Kudos to the developer. Note: when you start the application, all you have to do is enter the IP # of your Windows PC.

Very nice and easy to use app works great ! Waypoints showing would be great in the future! For now very nice and functional!

Good, once I got Windows to let me load the server. Great for learning about the country you are flying over. Allows you find your way around large airports.
