Interesting how the administrators have taken away the ability to rate this game. Are there too many low ratings? You approach them about a problem or problems with the game. They respond with a minimal token gift and say they will check into it. However, you never get what you lost or get any feedback at all. Customer service is awful! more

Been playing their games for a bit over a year now and i was considering coming back to this one because slotomania and ceasars have gotten so bad recently. Took me all of 5 seconds to see an event not worth the cost of doing. A fake add saying welcome back here is a 100 free spins and 1 million coins the free spins existed at least lol played at such an impossibly low bet they average out at about 5k gold each less than a chip link gives usually. You go to collect your gifts it says hold on you may have opened to many too fast if you want to get coins buy them or open more when its too late for event. They took away the old best machines to use your friends free spin gifts on then brought it back changed like thats what people wanted. The only good part of this game is they have some unique machines.. that you wont be able to play again because they are behind a level wall so rediculus that im level 11k in slotomania and less than 400 in this. I started the other games for the loyalty point towards this one, but i dont even bother to colect the links for this anymore the game is so badly supported. And before they say otherwise just know the other playtika games have live chat so you can get an issue fixed if you a certain rank real fast. I wish it would ask if you are sure you want to bet that amount when you change your bet. It's frustrating that when the game goes cold and stops hitting it uses up all your points quickly, no matter what your bet is. And if you have to achieve high wins then you have to bet high. Then your points are gone really fast because you hardly win anything for days and sometimes weeks at a time. You can't complete the challenges. It gets very frustrating and irritating when you know that you have no chance of completing the daily challenges, weekly challenges and the card challenges. more

Fun game but freezes all the time. I spin about 30 times and then it freezes for 20 seconds. Frustrating. Already have delt with support but never fixed. Update: bought a new phone and it's freezing worse now. Contacted support but they can't seem to fix the problem. I've now used 3 different devices to play and they all freeze up. Horrible. Used to be fun but if you tell them that you notice their intentional errors they jam up your account worse. Months ago told them about City of Queens not paying correctly - according to their paytable. They acknowledged their was an error and that they were working on it but never fixed it yet still make it part of challenges to win so much when they are not paying accurately. Most recently purchased an inbox offer to get two sets of 15 lucky cards. Never received. Contacted support giving them screenshots of what I purchased and their response was it was a different offer at which time I requested a refund as I didn’t receive what I bought. Never received refund or a response. Two days later they ask for a screen shot of what I was referring to which I previously sent but sent again and still nothing. The following day I receive a similar offer for 15 lucky cards for .99. I inquired if it was legit as they didn’t honor last purchase. Another “support hero” responded a day later stating is was -after it had expired. I inquired why the prior offer wasn’t honored but still nothing. However my daily tasks are now 4 times what they used to be with even less wins making it impossible to level up once on the monthly rush in six days. I don't know about the rest of you, but I just like playing for something to do. Hopefully I earn enough coins to keep spinning for a while. This company is something else. They offer these packages where you can earn more faster and purchase coin package. Well big mistake. Not too long after I got that and each spin was 100,000 coins I was getting a pop up to break the piggy bank for $1.99. I just exited out of it and kept playing and noticed that none of my winnings were adding up. So I "broke the flipping piggy bank". They gave me 800,000 coins. 5 spins and it told me to break the piggy bank again. So I ignored it until I was almost out of coins. I broke the flipping piggy bank again I got my 800,000 coins and now my spins were 150,000. First spin it gives me all these free spins. Won like 2mil coins. Second spin I had to break that piggy bank again. Ok. Let's just see. Do these people do this on purpose? I took my bank down to almost zero and broke the stupid bank. Got the 800,000 coins and I got to spin once before I hit a jackpot and had to break that piggy bank again. No more for me. It's proven that they purposely do this. I've played these games before but I could not play for long I'd run out of coins. I had a couple dollars to get a couple coins in that turbo pack so I got it. I really don’t even want to give this game 1 star...I can’t stand the FACT that this is a game where there is not only NO skill involved but there is also NO luck involved! I wouldn’t mind losing every time I played if I knew that I was just unlucky, but there is no bad luck or good luck... there’s no luck involved at all! They decide what they feel like giving you and it really isn’t much! It's frustrating that when the game goes cold and stops hitting it uses up all your points quickly, no matter what your bet is. And if you have to achieve high wins then you have to bet high. Then your points are gone really fast because you hardly win anything for days and sometimes weeks at a time. You can't complete the challenges. I have only been playing on HOF for a few days so far. As my title states... So Far, So fun. There are obviously some slots I have not cared for at all. I like the game(s) that you have but man you guys really still need to work on the payout system more. I don’t expect to have “Huge Wins” or “Jackpot Bonuses” but when you drop 1.5million coins betting at ONLY 5k per bet I would at least expect SOMETHING in that time frame. I dropped 1.5 million coins, leveled up almost 5 full times, betting only 5k per bet and still never had one scatter drop, bonus round, or what ever else there was, let alone a “big win”. I had to build up the (whatever) prize bucket of 3500 and purchase a gift just to get something. And I did that twice. I don’t pay for the “extra features” as I don’t play it that often but it would be nice for you to work on that area. The game that I saw this issue the most in was Gummy King. It was part of the weekly challenge game and I only selected the “easy” level. more

I’ve been playing for a while now and I noticed my runes, on the linked dragon games they just came out with where you can upgrade your dragon, will be reset if you don’t play often enough. Contacted support and that’s what he told me. Anybody that plays that game knows it takes a good amount of time to collect all those runes and to have them reset is just not acceptable for me since I am a paying customer. My dragons never reset why should the runes be any different. I shouldn’t have to log on to one of those games and take one spin every day just to save them. I might want to play in the quests or new game or what not. If possible can you please give me back my runes. The game rules I believe say that there is no time limit in collecting and finish the rune puzzles. more

This is my favorite go to game on HOF, the problems that I have with it is the facts that when you think your about to hit a big when or level up the reel ALWAYS skips leaving you with just high hopes. I wish that just one I can win something big to get a win. When I watch the videos to earn extra coins they are always the same video back to back and if I’m lucky I can only start with 400 to 600hundred dollars! By the time I get enough coins to continue to play I’m tired and just go to sleep. I do love play the games over all though. Thanks for helping me pass my time HOF. Been playing their games for a bit over a year now and i was considering coming back to this one because slotomania and ceasars have gotten so bad recently. Took me all of 5 seconds to see an event not worth the cost of doing. A fake add saying welcome back here is a 100 free spins and 1 million coins the free spins existed at least lol played at such an impossibly low bet they average out at about 5k gold each less than a chip link gives usually. You go to collect your gifts it says hold on you may have opened to many too fast if you want to get coins buy them or open more when its too late for event. They took away the old best machines to use your friends free spin gifts on then brought it back changed like thats what people wanted. The only good part of this game is they have some unique machines.. that you wont be able to play again because they are behind a level wall so rediculus that im level 11k in slotomania and less than 400 in this. I started the other games for the loyalty point towards this one, but i dont even bother to colect the links for this anymore the game is so badly supported. And before they say otherwise just know the other playtika games have live chat so you can get an issue fixed if you a certain rank real fast. I have been playing this game for years. There have been changes that have made the experience worse. They used to have 3x xp on holidays and random days it used to happen often. Now only seems to happen once or twice a year and your birthday. Way too many pop-up ads. I stopped playing. Nothing more irritating than logging in and being bombarded with 5 or more pop-ups first. Why cant they just put the offers in your inbox? They have added special side games with goals and rewards. But.... seems that when one is active you win less often. You lose all your coins fast, and only those players with high balances ever get to complete these missions. Lastly they started sending free coin emails instead of putting them in your inbox. The most irritating process i have ever seen in a game site. I have to click the email link, then it takes me to safari, that makes me approve being redirected to the app store, which then opens the game app. Then pop -up after pop-up ad. I stopped bothering. In the past the link used to go directly to their app to the offer. Prior to that they just sent it to the in game inbox which was the most convenient. Who has all that time to waste? I miss the game but i am sure there are better games just like this out there with better procedures and programming. more

This is my first iOS review, I have played HoF slots for years, loved it primarily for the variety, the administrators set up promotional features that made players feel like winners, and, they make you feel like they are glad you want to play, and have different ways you can win free coins so you can continue to play. I wanted to write a final review before I uninstall the app. I have played HOF for quite some time and have enjoyed it. Customer service has been extremely helpful when needed and for the most part the games, tournaments, etc have been enjoyable in fact hands down HOF is the best casino type game that I have found. Now to my reason for leaving. While I have always enjoyed the daily rushes I have become exceedingly frustrated with the difficulty for example yesterday one of the steps required you to win 9B coins. That is fine if you are flush but if not there is no way to pass that step so I gave up. At least with some of the special events you can choose easy, medium or hard depending on your available coins. I realize it is a casino app so you are going to win some and lose some but I seem to be paying to play more and more and honestly it just isn’t worth it. I do want to say thank you as I have enjoyed playing your games but it is just too rich for my blood. more

I have played this game for years and spent way too much money on it. Every time you get a little bit I had the app how much you have to bet to be able to achieve any of the special awards. You have got it so far out of reach that I just stopped even trying it’s ridiculous when you are trying to achieve a bonus and you have to bed a total of 1,000,000,000 or more to achieve it that means you have to be playing a minimum of 120 million points each spin. It gets to the point where it’s just not fun anymore. Your games are are fun but there are other websites that also have fun games and don’t cause near the amount. You give a bonus every 3 to 4 hours and it’s about 30 million that isn’t even one Bet. I have been playing for a few years now and I’ve seen a lot of changes, not all good. I’ve notice the games don’t pay out as much and it’s very seldom that you see a super win. The pop up ads have increased making the sign on take forever. I’m on level 9096. I used to get a free spin gift here and there that would have a coin bet amount that represented my average coin bets. Now they give one that barely pays more than the regular 3hr gift amt. As I get to higher level the advertised coin purchase deals are getting higher and higher. Hoping to made you spend more. For me they have moved out of my price range. I dot. See how I can have 85 million and after playing one bonus game go down to 100k. I even altered my bet down to 60k. I do enjoy playing the game but the algorithm seems like it’s set to force u to purchase coins to continue to play. Some of the best slot machines, but if you want to play you usually have to spend money. Bonus rounds are rare then they only give minimum amounts. I have found myself spending quite a bit of money . My opinion is if you spend money you should at least be able to play for a day or too. You can spend $10 and play for 10 minutes. I spun the reels 842 times before a bonus round was given, won the minimum amount. I experienced the same as others, was betting 5000, then looked down my bet went up to 60,000. Lost all my coins that I just paid for. Don't buy coins or your odds go way down, cuz they think if you buy once you will keep on buying. Odds are better at a real casino, and that's bad. Greedy people, hope the IRS audits you. Karma coming your way. more

I have been playing in the House of Fun for many years and enjoy the variety of the games. I would like it more if there were some of the slot games that I play in the casinos, such as Gold Pays. However, the one very big peeve I have is that I am beginning to believe that they cheat. From time to time the House of Fun showcases a challenge and you have the chance to win mega chips. They are finishing up one now, and if you complete all of the sets your reward is 850 million chips. Very nice. There is only two days left to complete this challenge and I finally got my last joker and was able to complete the challenge and receive my 850 million chip reward. Great! Not exactly. As soon as I received this Joker card and THOUGHT that I had completed the challenge, I discovered I still had one more set to complete. How this is possible I don’t know as I have been playing this challenge for months and was certain I was only missing one complete set and needed only one more card. I don’t think I have enough time to win this challenge now. Very disappointing. Horrible. Used to be fun but if you tell them that you notice their intentional errors they jam up your account worse. Months ago told them about City of Queens not paying correctly - according to their paytable. They acknowledged their was an error and that they were working on it but never fixed it yet still make it part of challenges to win so much when they are not paying accurately. Most recently purchased an inbox offer to get two sets of 15 lucky cards. Never received. Contacted support giving them screenshots of what I purchased and their response was it was a different offer at which time I requested a refund as I didn’t receive what I bought. Never received refund or a response. Two days later they ask for a screen shot of what I was referring to which I previously sent but sent again and still nothing. The following day I receive a similar offer for 15 lucky cards for .99. I inquired if it was legit as they didn’t honor last purchase. Another “support hero” responded a day later stating is was -after it had expired. I inquired why the prior offer wasn’t honored but still nothing. They offer these packages where you can earn more faster and purchase coin package. Well big mistake. Not too long after I got that and each spin was 100,000 coins I was getting a pop up to break the piggy bank for $1.99. I just exited out of it and kept playing and noticed that none of my winnings were adding up. So I "broke the flipping piggy bank". They gave me 800,000 coins. 5 spins and it told me to break the piggy bank again. So I ignored it until I was almost out of coins. I broke the flipping piggy bank again I got my 800,000 coins and now my spins were 150,000. First spin it gives me all these free spins. Won like 2mil coins. Second spin I had to break that piggy bank again. Ok. Let's just see. Do these people do this on purpose? I took my bank down to almost zero and broke the stupid bank. Doesn’t Honor Their Rewards Mar 26, 2022

I have always loved House of Fun but right now I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I have been playing this game for years. This week I received 65 billion for being a valuable player. I was so excited and began playing. After awhile the game I was playing began acting up, locked up and took all my money away. I sent several emails to customer support concerning what happened since their chat live was down. I got no response but was able to do a live chat a few days later. I explained what had taken place and the customer service rep said he saw where I had had over 59,789,000,000 before the game locked up. He kept me online for some time probably talking to another person in charge to come up with a way out. Well guess what…..he told me it was all a mistake and I shouldn’t have received the 65 billion and it had happened to other people and their coins were also taken away. Do I believe that? Not in the least. First of all if the mistake was on their end then they should have honored their reward and replaced the amount. That’s just good business practice. This whole situation has shown me that House of Fun, in the end, doesn’t honor their rewards.I have always given great reviews but now my love for this game is no longer. I guess it’s all about the money and not customer satisfaction. Sooooo sad!!!! more

I wrote the below review and hadn’t played the game for a while. When I went to log back into it recently it will no longer let me in to play. It starts to lead then just goes back to my Home Screen. I tried deleting it and loading it again, resetting the phone, and any other trick I could think of but still nothing. I saw another review that said they posted something negative and the same thing happened - the app “mysteriously” won’t load anymore. What a disappointment. Instead of trying to take the criticism to improve the game it can no longer be played. Their loss. I wasn’t even going to give it 1 star but I was afraid it wouldn’t post at zero. I very much loved this game when it first came out but now the events are all so short and require such high amounts won in order to win them. I am at a higher level and feel that’s this really isn’t fair that when I get $2 million in free coins that to pass to the next level I need to bet $15 billion. I don’t have $ to keep buying coin packs (which have also gone from like $7 to $17), and it still doesn’t last when you do buy them. I also am not able to play 24hrs a day so I can’t ever complete the quests. Very disappointing cuz some of the games are still really fun, just impossible to win anything decent to keep you playing. more
