    Not a bad app delivery is usually always on time and friendly but the only thing lacking is that you can’t order any drinks from any of the 18 restaurants near me via the app but if I were to call them I could order a drink

    I have been disappointed for a while now. You take away great restaurants and don't replace them with the same. You have restaurants on the app to order from, and as I wait and wait for my order, I eventually get a call while on chat, because I couldn't call, then a message saying the restaurant was closed. I then choose a different restaurant, place my order and again I wait and wait. I messaged back what is going on now? eventually the car starts to move. Ends up lost. My food was cold. I am 🤬

    First things first, conceptually this is a fantastic idea! The number of restaurants available on this app is impressive, and it seems like every time I open it there are new options. Secondly, the app does work very well. Ordering is easy, paying is simple, and the driver/food tracker is really cool. I’ve not experienced any issues with the functionality. The issue I’ve experienced is either miscommunication or just my bad luck, but either way I have used this app for 3 orders/deliveries. 2 of the 3 times the food was delivered, and it was wrong. My receipt history on the app shows I ordered correctly, but either this app orders wrong on my behalf, or two different restaurants have incorrectly sent the wrong food out the door. It’s close, but different. Wrong pizza toppings or chicken instead of vegetables on Thai food, etc. My confidence is not leaning towards paying all the convenience fees and just picking-up carry out next time. I hope it gets better, or others are luckier than me.

    Have had nothing but great service! I live in a rural area where most other places don't deliver and it's nice to have a place that does. My orders always come within the time alotted or sooner. I have never had anything missing from my order as I have experienced with other delivery services and all of the drivers are very friendly!

    Y do y’all think it’s appropriate to pay gratuity on a delivery order I’m not dining in on . 10 dollars at that ,then ask if I want to add more .No i dnt quite frankly I’m paying the delivery fee and a tip is solely up to me to give To a driver who is already being paid to deliver my food . I will no longer be using this food service because I’m paying for my food plus delivery .There is no server to grade a performance on and mind u my Order came to over 50 dollars because y’all slickly add the gratuity, and I’m only feeding myself I picked 2 items this is truly out of line and for this you have lost my business

    The app often doesn’t work for the restaurants listed for our area. Giving an error when trying to order individual items or saying delivery is not available at times when they are listed available. Not only that but their delivery fees are considerably higher than other delivery services in the area on top of the fact that they increase each food item by roughly $1.50. We only use this service as a last resort.

    i ordered food by calling it in and picking it up myself. out of curiosity I wanted to see the price difference. with this app it would cost me 15 dollars more. they mark up the menu price and make the restaurant give them a 15% discount. the drivers are really nice yes but the company leaves much to be desired. do no use the app.

    Have been using this app for a year now. 1000% beats grub hub or other delivery services. We have had zero issues from a delivery standpoint and often get the same drivers. It’s very nice having the same people deliver our food as our house is hard to find. Very nice, overall great service.

    But it worked out very well. Delivery price is higher than just ordering from a restaurant that delivers, but makes sense. Overall fair price for an independent company and they did their job.

    waited for an hour and a half and then they set my time out another hour waiting on food. I called to cancel and they said food was already ordered so cant reimburse money..they agreed to pay me back $15 and never did. Really disappointed. Food was. cold as well.
