FitCoach: Fitness Coach & Diet

Seems somewhat deceptive. Nothing anywhere says anything about fees, so you download the app and start configuration, and hit a point where you have to pick which payment plan you want to go with. No chance to try it out. Yes there is a $.99 first month trial, but you should be able to see if it is something you want to use, before you give out a credit card number. If there are fees, tell me that, tell me how much, BEFORE I enter all sorts of information. I do not recommend this app.

Pros-Very customizable workout options. Able to adjust intensity and frequency. Can vary schedule and make your own routine. Very user friendly there. Cons- Diet will not give me anything but vegetarian options. Also, nothing to do with the diet options? It gives you meal suggestions but no area to log meals or calories. So kinda pointless there. Can not edit water intake after day of. Can edit time fasting starts, but not what time it ends? Silly. These are simple fixes that would make big diff

Asked about food allergies in the settings and then still included allergy ingredient in all 3 meals for day 1. With a dairy allergy noted, it gave me a snack of just blue cheese, wow, that's pretty bad. Exercises were way too easy, but it gave me the option of making them harder, so we'll see how that goes.

The app is amazing, and I loved the exercises. My low review is because their payment method is very sketchy. Is very easy to sign up, but be careful, because they enroll you in auto-renewal plans without you knowing. I selected the weekly plan to test it out, and I didn't notice I would keep paying until I cancel. There is no cancel option on the app, so I tried to search the web to log in their website. I couldn't find it under Fit Coach. I had to open their Privacy Policy to find the website dailyfit.io, which is how you can log in to your account. Super sketchy! I was able to cancel, but I wish they had a better and more transparent billing and cancelling options.

These are scammers. The app is not bad but they sign you up on a deal and then don't warn you before taking full whack from your account. Their 'no refunds' policy sets them apart from other decent apps. They are here to make money out of you by whatever dishonest means they can. Take my advice and steer clear - or sign up to a reputable business.

You have to be very careful about the app, which charges you without reminding your membership renewal. No refund, unlike many other decent apps that do refund if you request to cancel, eg. Audible.

Typical scam where they automatically charge you a renewal and good luck getting your money back.. they don’t do refunds. Don’t buy this app!!!!

They will refuse to refund you as their police doesn’t allow for refunds because they’re trying to scam you by renewing when you never agreed to charges and they make it impossible to cancel. Beware beware beware of these Cyrus scammers.
