Jan 3, 2021 I tried to sign in to my account through Facebook and normal comes with saying error or log in failed I reported this so many times it takes the weeks to get back to me And they never sorted out the problem This has happened so many times lost count When I ask for the password for my account to be sent to my email I never received it I tried asking lists of times My password does not get sent to my email address when I request it to do that The service its disgusting That u getmore -

The most ridiculous are the “computer-generated questions” that members can use as a “conversational introduction”. My writing in my profile “do not send to me computerized questions, rather write a personal message” fell in deaf ears. I believe that was because the “men” contacting me were fake, died-out, or old as hell. Pictures were of old dried out guys. MANY PROFILE pictures were so faded it was a joke. I hadn’t heard of this site, but thought I’d give it a one-month try. Thank goodness I only wasted $25. Those computerized questions will disgust you ...realizing that either these men can’t spell or write a sentence, or you will recognize the obvious ....FAKE. Run !!!!!more -

If first met would get this corrected and i was not locked out of my account i would not be asking for my money back but they are not doing anything to try to correct the problem. Mar 30, 2020 I never signed up for this site, yet somehow they started sending me emails one week ago showing profiles of men interested in me. I go on the site, there’s no way to deactivate. I go to help/support and there’s no way to contact. I get a message saying “Looks like you don’t have access to create a case. Ask your community manager for access”. I just want to know how to delete this because I never signed up and there was a profile picture and location. I wrote to them on Facebook and still haven’t received an answer. The app somehow shows that it has been downloaded on my phone before. I would like for someone in the company to contact me about this, let’s see if that happens...more -

Feb 17, 2020 I'm having a rough time with this app. At first it was really good. I then met someone I was interested in. We started messaging each other. All a sudden I couldn't login. Tried putting in password it wouldn't take it. I changed password that didn't help. Emailed for support they said uninstall reinstall, oh I already done that but then I could use it again it was 5 days before their response I got back on messaged the guy about the problems. We messaged a couple times it did it again. P.O.'dmore -

What’s Subpar
The app worked fine at first, then it wouldn't let me log onto the site. I have written several emails, still not working. When you fix it I will change the rating. When you pay for something you hope it works. Update 1/18 Still no response, still can't log into app.

I got an email this morning saying “welcome, Karen” and it said I signed up for an account. I’m not named Karen. I went in to the account and some lady 3 times my age made an account with my email address. I tried to delete the account, belittled the best I was able to do was deactivate it. It said it will be reactive the next time the account is logged in to. Random people on the other side of the country shouldn’t be able to make accounts with my email! -

This app is designed for only scammers to get your money in my opinion and experience.!!! They tried to scam me one after the other.. then when you ask them for a picture it doesn’t match the profile or the age!!! I got an email this morning saying “welcome, Karen” and it said I signed up for an account. I’m not named Karen. I went in to the account and some lady 3 times my age made an account with my email address. I tried to delete the account, belittled the best I was able to do was deactivate it. It said it will be reactive the next time the account is logged in to. Random people on the other side of the country shouldn’t be able to make accounts with my email!

I tried to sign in to my account through Facebook and normal comes with saying error or log in failed I reported this so many times it takes the weeks to get back to me And they never sorted out the problem This has happened so many times lost count When I ask for the password for my account to be sent to my email I never received it I tried asking lists of times My password does not get sent to my email address when I request it to do that The service its disgusting That u get

DISGUSTING
This “dating site” was a joke. Other dating sites had good and bad (scams, fake profiles, etc.), as does all the sites and it’s expected. BUT THIS ONE !!!! OMG. The most ridiculous are the “computer-generated questions” that members can use as a “conversational introduction”. My writing in my profile “do not send to me computerized questions, rather write a personal message” fell in deaf ears. I believe that was because the “men” contacting me were fake, died-out, or old as hell. Pictures were of old dried out guys. MANY PROFILE pictures were so faded it was a joke. I hadn’t heard of this site, but thought I’d give it a one-month try. Thank goodness I only wasted $25. Those computerized questions will disgust you ...realizing that either these men can’t spell or write a sentence, or you will recognize the obvious ....FAKE. Run !!!!! -
I paid for a six month subscription and never was able to message, receive messages or get in to my account. I've tried connecting with this site, but there's no phone number so now i had to call my credit card number to make a complaint and try to get my money back. If first met would get this corrected and i was not locked out of my account i would not be asking for my money back but they are not doing anything to try to correct the problem. PHONE NUMBERS ARE IMPORTANT!!!

Scam
I never signed up for this site, yet somehow they started sending me emails one week ago showing profiles of men interested in me. I go on the site, there’s no way to deactivate. I go to help/support and there’s no way to contact. I get a message saying “Looks like you don’t have access to create a case. Ask your community manager for access”. I just want to know how to delete this because I never signed up and there was a profile picture and location. I wrote to them on Facebook and still haven’t received an answer. The app somehow shows that it has been downloaded on my phone before. I would like for someone in the company to contact me about this, let’s see if that happens... -
There are alot of bugs in the app, it always says that an error was happened or something went wrong with the login

Did not sign up for this
I got an email this morning saying “welcome, Karen” and it said I signed up for an account. I’m not named Karen. I went in to the account and some lady 3 times my age made an account with my email address. I tried to delete the account, belittled the best I was able to do was deactivate it. It said it will be reactive the next time the account is logged in to. Random people on the other side of the country shouldn’t be able to make accounts with my email! -
this app is horrible...it does not work or let you sign in through facebook or email address...this app should not be on google play store FIRSTMET REFUSES TO FIX THE APP

This app is designed for only scammers to get your money in my opinion and experience.!!! They tried to scam me one after the other.. then when you ask them for a picture it doesn’t match the profile or the age!!!
