    Not everything listed in the catalog is on here. Completely defeated the purpose of the app because I could not order all I needed from this app so I will have to order from the catalog instead of the app.

    A lot of people are rating FirstLine Benefits pretty low but you type your insurance member id and name in lower case. It’s very convenient I love this app. When I first signed on it told me I didn’t have benefits but when I proceeded the way mentioned in my comment it worked. Thanks

    The app is great except for when I have to log in... why the password and username can't be remembered on the phone is ridiculous if I was and older elderly person they would lock me out of the app because I wouldn't remember the password or username... please make it user friendly

    This app is a joke and when I called about the problem this AM the lady said the app wasn’t the problem. The problems are with the stores and there’s nothing they can do about it. I scan the items and they come up approved but when I go to check out it says “tender not allowed” “not covered”. It’s super embarrassing when you have a cart full of stuff the the app “approves” but the store doesn’t. I 100% blame the app not the stores. Her solution was for me to talk to the store manager and tell them “It’s not the app”. I mean seriously why does the manager have any reason to believe me. I would be laughed at and told to call first line customer service. It’s really unfortunate that they pass the blame onto the stores. I just spent $50 out of my pocket that the app said was supposed to be covered. So do not waste your time.

    I was so embarrassed when I went to our local Walgreens, where I always purchase my vitamins and supplements monthly under United Health Care. I scanned the items with this new app, and they said approved, but when I got to the register, I wasn’t able to purchase them. Also, I ordered the new Pantry Box for $30, which is the new food credit amount we have. I literally received to packages of oatmeal, not boxes.....packages that came out of a box, two granola bars, a smal can of chicken, a small can of black beans, a small bag of instant potatoes, and a small box of rice, along with two small plastic containers of applesauce.....which was taken out of a larger container, and a small plastic container of green beans......also taken out of a larger container I feel completely taken advantage of, and am disgusted that a company would do this to people........they should be ashamed of themselves These new changes are unacceptable

    When i sign in it says need to verify with code sent via txt but the phone number it shows isnt mine Why do i need a code all of a sudden and how do i change the phone number? I did what was suggested and called customer service. They said need to change phone number with insurance company but they have the right number so priblem is with app not allowing me to change/ update my information. Would give it -10 if i could.

    When I got talked into this health plan, I was receiving $100/month and the utc app clearly showed my balance and I could count on another $100 every month. Also supplements for weight loss was approved prior to receiving new card. Not only did it NOT work for an entire month, now all it says is I have a year to use my balance and had to call to find out now I only receive more money in 2 months (quarterly). Now I was shopping and I can’t open the app at all, it’s a blank screen.

    Difficult app to find. Customer Service was unaware of app. Minimum order of $30 was a major disappointment. Items in catalog not as comprehensive as Healthy Benefits. Bottom line, a definite downgrade United Health Care is now offering. Sorry for the rating, however, it is what it is. I guess it’s one way to cut costs.

    The App was working fine on 1/1/21 later in the day. I want to thank you for the quick response. It was much appreciated. I was able to go to store yesterday on 1/2/21 and scan bar codes on things I needed. Just one small quirk. I am not able to order through the app. It says no items available. Please fix i would love to order a few things through the app. Have asafe and Happy New Year.

    *Update* Issue has been resolved!!! Although it took a bit with customer support, definitely recommend email vs phone contact. Looking forward to shopping in-store! Suggestion-definitely would make it easier if we could choose to log out of app (use of barcode scanner would be MUCH easier this way)! That would be the only thing stopping a 5⭐ rating on my part! ***Quick responses have truly been greatly appreciated!!!***

    Tried to create an account but the app need a cell phone to text a code verification. People with no cell phone can not create an account as there is no alternative to this step. Went to website as suggested. I was able to create an account through this portal and use the login info for the mobile app. I understand work around on the app is coming.

    The app is not very well put together or thought out. The price scan feature does not indicate the product that you scanned or the price. It does not have a mechanism to remember your login credentials. they seem to have went out of their way to make their product incompatible with password managers therefore making the usability of this app very poor. If you can't log in reasonably fast, you can't use the app.

    I can't get my Android phone to save the signin data for this app. When I sign in, I get no prompt asking me if I want to save my user name and password. So that means I have to remember them and sometimes that is very hard to do especially if I'm in a store and want to scan something or check my balance.

    Downloaded and opened the app. Required my login that I use for the website, which I provided. All I get is an error stating, "There was an issue with your account. Please double check your user name and password or contact customer service." I double checked my user name and password, and then tried several more times; however, I just kept getting this error. Called customer service at the number listed in the replies below to reviews, and this customer service line has no idea about anything regarding the app--they just know there is an app out there, not how to troubleshoot or fix issues. Worthless to provide a helpdesk number to people who have no idea how to help. App should not be released until bugs like this have been worked out--VERY unprofessional to frustrate and irritate your customers!
