    A lot of people are rating FirstLine Benefits pretty low but you type your insurance member id and name in lower case. It’s very convenient I love this app. When I first signed on it told me I didn’t have benefits but when I proceeded the way mentioned in my comment it worked. Thanks

    *Update* Issue has been resolved!!! Although it took a bit with customer support, definitely recommend email vs phone contact. Looking forward to shopping in-store! Suggestion-definitely would make it easier if we could choose to log out of app (use of barcode scanner would be MUCH easier this way)! That would be the only thing stopping a 5⭐ rating on my part! ***Quick responses have truly been greatly appreciated!!!***

    The App was working fine on 1/1/21 later in the day. I want to thank you for the quick response. It was much appreciated. I was able to go to store yesterday on 1/2/21 and scan bar codes on things I needed. Just one small quirk. I am not able to order through the app. It says no items available. Please fix i would love to order a few things through the app. Have asafe and Happy New Year.

    I can't get my Android phone to save the signin data for this app. When I sign in, I get no prompt asking me if I want to save my user name and password. So that means I have to remember them and sometimes that is very hard to do especially if I'm in a store and want to scan something or check my balance.

    I was so embarrassed when I went to our local Walgreens, where I always purchase my vitamins and supplements monthly under United Health Care. I scanned the items with this new app, and they said approved, but when I got to the register, I wasn’t able to purchase them. Also, I ordered the new Pantry Box for $30, which is the new food credit amount we have. I literally received to packages of oatmeal, not boxes.....packages that came out of a box, two granola bars, a smal can of chicken, a small can of black beans, a small bag of instant potatoes, and a small box of rice, along with two small plastic containers of applesauce.....which was taken out of a larger container, and a small plastic container of green beans......also taken out of a larger container I feel completely taken advantage of, and am disgusted that a company would do this to people........they should be ashamed of themselves These new changes are unacceptable

    I was able to set up in website and then sign in on app. I'm now able to use the app when shopping. Edit: I tried using the app to scan some item and its telling me that on no longer eligible! But when I checked, I was told that everything is good to go...

    It never wants to let me log in. I just put my password and it says wrong password and I just used it before it worked fine.

    Difficult app to find. Customer Service was unaware of app. Minimum order of $30 was a major disappointment. Items in catalog not as comprehensive as Healthy Benefits. Bottom line, a definite downgrade United Health Care is now offering. Sorry for the rating, however, it is what it is. I guess it’s one way to cut costs.

    Simple design, easy to navigate through, thorough information You're welcome and I do thank you for creating an app that has made my shopping trips SO much easier and affordable... Before, I was hesitant on using my medical benefits with fear of trying to purchase ineligible items but now, with this app being utilizable across different devices and up-to-date on available balances as well as a quick scan tool to check product approval, I have less anxiety and actually look forward to shopping.

    It just launched today. I have used the online order option no email confirming purchase however you can see it in the app. They were having technical issuses which they resolved. App now works. Will try the scanning in store tomorrow. If that works will rerate 5 stars. The email confirmation still needs to have some bugs worked out. Definitely not bad for a brand new app. Best wishes to you the developers and a happy new year.

    Tried to create an account but the app need a cell phone to text a code verification. People with no cell phone can not create an account as there is no alternative to this step. Went to website as suggested. I was able to create an account through this portal and use the login info for the mobile app. I understand work around on the app is coming.

    So far one star. Activated card successful. But must Register and Save card to shop. Registration Did NOT work. Tried many times. Called customer service and after 45 minutes or more of trying this and that I was told website not working. Registration DOES NOT work on app either. So dare I try using card in a store? Can't even scan items cause can't register the card. Very frustrating for something that seems an excellent idea and tool. Can someone fix this? Totally wasted time today.

    Had this app for a few days now and when I tried to view the catalog page I would get a no products found for every category. This should list all the online products so I can order online. Can this be fixed please? Frank
