    I love it and use it quite often to order for both my kids. Specially Carter’s brand. One improvement suggestion - there should be a way to retrieve saved coupons while applying coupon on the payment page.

    The shipping speed has phenomenally improved. I ordered 3 items yesterday and they have been delivered today . Shipping was free too as the price of the order was above 750/-. Products as usual are very good quality

    Hi team, Nice app and good kids stuff. I tried to order about 12 pieces yesterday around 11pm as there was an offer of 40% but unfortunately my request was not processed due to an app error and just finished the order with 10% less discount today. Watching 40% discount i was waiting to place the order since couple of days but disappointed with the app’s technical issue.

    I love shopping from firstcry because of the quality of products. These days people prefer shopping online via application. You need to fix all your bugs ASAP. I'm really frustrated because the Cart is not opening at all. While shopping from website, it works perfectly but with this application, it sucks! Shopping cart is the main aspect of any ecommerce platform, your team should have noticed this issue way before! Please fix the bug so that I can continue shopping. Thank you

    Two words . PATHETIC and THIRD CLASS App! I downloaded this mobile app and every time after I enter my login details the app crashes..Very frustrating. Why can't Firstcry even get the login page right.. ? Stop spending money on ads and brand ambassadors and first fix this damn mobile app. Also your app support team sucks..I am pretty sure they will reply to this message with a sorry but wont take any action. Horrible technical team!!

    I tried Booking one Product, I didn't understand whether the product is booked or not for two times as I didn't received mails immediately or messages I booked again and again for three times. Thrird time I was forced to go for online payment. First two I try for cod. I didn't received any message. Its really confusing. customer care is not working only automatic it canot understand hunam problems. Later I came to know that same products booked three times. And there are cancellation charges

    Very Bad Experience with firstcry.. The app allows you place the order and pay for it, And you also used coupons. But after one or two day you get a message that the item is unavailable, thus locking that amount into Firstcry, And wasting of coupons... Very Very Disappointing

    very bad and third class app.. first show the things which is not available thn once booked they cut the amount from account. and thn send the mail that the product is not available. even tried to return one thing but they didn't even collect the product. The app was good previously. but now it become worse.

    Thank you firstcry for delivering even at the time of lockdown. The app is very good and convenient to use. Search is good. Toggle between parenting n shopping is welcome. Parenting part helps me keep track of my baby growth. I don't know what I would have done if not firstcry works during lockdown. One thing that bothers me is that I bought a Medela pump paying more than MRP. Couldn't return the product during lockdown also. I can forgive them as they delivered all my baby products on time.

    It was my first exp.to order a toy from firstcry.delivered 2 days before delivery date.supercool !!! My only concern was abt product as i wanted to gift this product to someone it should look super fresh. The packaging and wheels inside package kept like tht only ( no wrapping ). Finshing for wheel base should have been better.

    The mobile app is extremely slow. When u click on remove an item it totally takes hell lot of time to click on close n then get back to the checkout page.

    Mobile app hangs every 3-5 minutes. have to load again and again abd apply all filters from first. please fix this bug. shopping experience on app is irritating. otherwise everything is good. quality of products, availability, great offers, on time delivery. thumbs up for all this. please fix app hanging issue 18 June 2020 . Unable to install the latest update. Hence not able to use the app.

    I was so excited to use the app but I am frustrated. Every time I try to navigate the pages, the app closes itself after 5-6 minutes. It is annoying and dampens the shopping experience. I tried to delete and download it again but the issue persists. Please fix it.

    Very disappointing. I gave the 2 stars for collection, which I loved. But I have not been able to purchase anything, as it keeps telling me to refresh the page and proceed. But then it goes to the cart and I have to do all the payment process all over again, only to have it go to refresh. I would upgrade the rating to 4 stars if only I could buy the products. Also, the app is very slow.

    Overall a very terrible experience. No proper support team. There is no option to contact the customer support team via phone. You need to drop an email and that is addressed within 48 hours. In case you need to cancel any order money gets refunded in their cash refund section first and then you have to manually transfer the amount from there to your bank account. Also you need to struggle a lot to get your own money back. Further they never meet delivery timelines. Pathetic!!
