Saratoga Branch
First New York has been my financial institution for over 20 years. I cant say enough positive about the over the top friendly staff and customer service I receive from my friends at the Saratoga branch. Thank you. They are always so willing to help with any matter big or small. -
Love the conveniece of moblie deposit Very polite knowledgeable people ..

Thought it was good but it isn’t
NOT FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS. You can only transfer money between your accounts 6 times a month. Then you have to go an transfer money at a physical location (hours away from my school). They don’t tell you this. The app works pretty well. -

I had difficulty taking my photos, but this was my first use of the app. I am sure I will get more adept with practice.

Some bugs such as app not loading or being accessible. Other than that easy to navigate and do my banking

Easy to use, but difficulty w/ pict quality
I like the fact that I can now deposit checks via my phone, but often time I have difficulty w/ the quality of the picture. Some times it that's multiple attempts w/ 3GS phone. I sill use the app over other deposit methods.

This app is easy to use and has just the right features. Uncluttered interface. I'll try to find fault but I'm not likely to find one. I’m pulling back a bit because of an inconsistency between the app and the online account. When scheduling a payment there is no reflection in either. Schedule a payment on the app, it does not seem to appear on the website and vice-versa. -
The 'improved' image capture is very difficult to use. It is hard to see the edges of the check outline.
