    This is a great online banking app. I love that the dashboard is customizable because now I can choose what I am seeing as soon as I login. The app is easy to use and navigate. I also like that you can easily message someone from inside the app if there are questions or problems. This is definitely an awesome upgrade for my mobile banking experience!

    I was excited to be a pilot tester of the app. This version is so much faster and much more responsive than the old Online Banking! The fact that the website and app reflect each other is much easier to understand. The entire system is more robust and I’m more likely to encourage others to signup for online and mobile banking!

    I’m really thankful that you got this app. One for the reason of me having such trouble with staff not doing there jobs and I pay the late fee. Also you can’t even go into one of your banks and speak with a human. Unless you have appointment. I myself was just getting ready to move to another bank but this app came available

    Depositing checks is the easiest that I have ever done, they tell you what to do step by step, and to view everything is so easy, I total love it, I’m 63 yrs old and I have trouble doing anything electronic, but First Commonwealth made everything easy, I’m so glad they did this, especially with this Virus, I don’t want to go no where.

    Zero stars. This is ridiculous. This new app is awful. The mobil check deposit is completely messed up and is like trying to take a pic with a fun house mirror. It's not showing checks in my available balance that cleared almost a month ago. And I'm having endless problems with this bank being able to sync with my QuickBooks account. I'm trying to run a small business not spend 2 hours a month on the phone with customer service trying to find out what the hell is going on w my account

    I like the new layout and the 4 digit pin sign in! My problem is the new mobile check deposit! I have a newer phone with a great camera but have to try sometimes over 20 times before the camera focuses correctly to deposit the check. I have a shattered foot and can't drive myself to the bank to deposit in person. The very first app I used a couple years ago did a great job depositing but this app is just horrible!

    First off a third of the screen is taken up by a simple hi there, you can change the "there" to your name but otherwise you cannot get rid of it. In the meantime if you have more than three accounts you have to scroll through to see them. Then they merge all your accounts on the home page without giving you an exact total for pending and non-pending. As a small business owner I find this app less efficient and useful than the way it was. Understanding why they spent money on app development that makes it more pretty but less user-friendly is beyond me.

    The new app is inefficient and less user friendly. I have to use more keystrokes to do the same things I always have. They have sacrificed functionality to make it "pretty". It also feels less secure. Instead of being protected by my password, it can be accessed with a 4 digit passcode. I am now even more afraid of losing or misplacing my phone. Give back the old app. Why it was ever changed, I'll never understand. Remember.. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".

    I mostly use this app to deposit checks. Every time I open it it updates. Often, when I put in my fingerprint, it shuts down and I have to start again. And sometimes the camera function doesn't work. But when everything works, it does well.

    When I heard branches would close at the year end, I was upset. But after checking with the White Oak branch, it was confirmed that branch will remain opened and operating as usual, I was relieved. The tellers in that branch are very courteous and helpful. With this branch being left open, my life will be less stressful. A big “THANK YOU” to whomever decided not to close this branch!

    This seems to be as easy to use as the previous app. And if I can do it anyone can. And at least we ALL got warning as you sent a hardcopy letter in the US Postal service well i advance of the actual date of the change. I also got an email. So people should examine their mail before complaining. My own problem was taken care of swiftly by the nice young people working at the bank. And I was a pain in the butt.. I think you can make payments from this. I havent expolred it alot yet.

    App prompts to update every time it opens and takes me to the app store where it doesn't show an update available. Have to open the app from the app store. EDIT: After feedback from the developer, it turns out I was using the old app link. When opening the app and it telling me about the update it sounded like it was an update and not a new app all together. I didn't realize that a second app was installed. I removed the old app and the new app link works fine without redirect to the app store.

    But of course. I liked the old app better this one will take some getting used to. My biggest complaints so far is the auto Flash never works. I really dislike the little reminder that pops up always telling you to sign your check, it gets in the way. I really dislike that you have to touch the screen to take a picture, the auto capture was better!

    The transition is easy, navigating the new app is simple. All my existing auto pays transferred. Added an external account with another financial institution with ease! I like the new layout & how easy it is to organize everything the way you want it. I gave 4 stars because the only thing I'm not to crazy about is that the app prefills the accounts when you start an internal transfer, it would be nice if this would start blank or with accounts based on dashboard order; otherwise 5 stars!

    My app continues to ask me to “update” and then open. Sometimes I also won’t allow certain functions, and says contact bank, but if I restart, I can still go through functions I need to do. It just seems a little touchy and not as user friendly as before. I am sure I will get used to it, but I cannot say it is better.

    Online banking functions are fine. What really is annoying is is trying to deposit a check and it tells you that you submitted two pictures of the front, when you did not. The old app did this too, but as long as you changed the background (where you set the check on before taking the picture), it would know they're different images. Now I have to retry 3 or 4 times before it believes I took pictures of each side of the check. Frustrating!

    I really dont like the new app. I tried to install the new one, but I still have the old one. As soon as it opens it takes me to the Open screen in Google Play then I can get into the app. The old app gave a running balance even when a debit was pending-- this one takes 24 to 48 hours to up date the balance. It looks good, but doesnt work as well as the last one.

    This app is terrible in comparison to the old one. The app is terrible in comparison to ANY banking app actually. I no longer have a running total of what’s in my account, it’s barely a rough estimate throughout the day. Delivery service holds don’t show in the account?? You can’t sort deposits and withdrawls from your transactions either.. why did you mess up a good thing? It’s certainly not an improvement.

    Your bank has gone from an easy, simple version of banking to a complicated version. Everything would've been just fine, if they had never messed with its original version of this app. I might just have to take my money elsewhere. I've never been more disappointed in my life.
