    Constantly crashes on checkout Jul 26, 2021

    Been trying to use this app on android several times over the last 8 months. It's a mess. Every time I go to complete an order and pay the app closes. I open the app again and my order is still in the cart. Go to complete order and it shuts down every time. Have deleted the original app from 8 mos ago and downloaded it again hoping the problem had been fixed. It has not.

    The App and Online web page doesn't accept gift cards, and although it appears to accept rewards, it will remove them from your reward balance but it won't deduct the reward from your payment, so you both lose the reward and still pay full price when using the app or online. I haven't had any problem getting the rewards in the restaurant point of sale, but you can't use a gift card to purchase orders with rewards tied to them (as of today).

    UPDATED REVIEW: Firehouse Subs Customer Service promptly fixed the issue with my reward points balance. They had offered Triple Points this past Sunday, April 14. However, when I ate there on that day, I only received the standard amount of points. I sent an email to them with a screenshot showing the points that I received. They promptly credited my account with the remaining points that I should’ve gotten. I really appreciate this excellent customer service! Thank you very much, Firehouse Subs! You guys and gals rock! Along with having the best sandwiches in town, you now have the best customer service! ORIGINAL REVIEW: Late last week I received an email from Firehouse Subs saying that this past Sunday, April 14th would be Triple Points Day at all Firehouse restaurants. I went there for lunch and placed my order as usual. Delicious as always! When I got home and checked my account, I did NOT receive triple points as promised. Instead, I received the standard amount of points. When I tried to submit a message/complaint through their app using the form they provide in the app, it kept glitching and would close out before I was able to send the message. Very buggy. So do I get the triple points or not? By the way, I’m a long-time customer and fan of Firehouse Subs – I currently have over 60,000 points in my rewards account.

    I got a new phone recently and therefore have to log in to my account for the first time in quite a while... so naturally I have forgotten my password. I went through the “Forgot my password” process twice, entering the new password that was sent to my email, yet both times “Login failed. If problem persists, please email support for assistance.” But the catch is, I cannot email app support because “no mail account configured.” An endless loop of not being able to sign in so I can get points for these expensive sandwiches that we want very badly because it’s been a long day and we are hungry. I’m so hungry that this review sounds like English is my second language or something and I don’t even care. Please help me, app developers. My rating will go from three to five stars when my account is logged back on and my belly is full. 😉

    I only use Apple Pay now for mobile ordering because it is super secure and fast. Please add support for Apple Pay in your app so I can start using this app again. It wouldn’t take much more effort to bring full Apple Wallet support. While you’re adding Apple Pay support in the Firehouse Subs app, you should also add the option to add a pass to Apple Wallet. That way when I’m nearby any Firehouse Subs, the pass would pop-up on my lock screen and I could see my points and be more likely to eat at Firehouse. Firehouse Subs thankfully accepts Pay in store already so I will use that for now — but I can’t take advantage of your mobile order option in-app because you don’t offer a secure payment option.

    Never had an issue with the app before now. I used the reorder a previous order under history. Decided to add mustard to one of the sandwiches, clicked the box and it checked off. Receiced with olives and peppers on wheat bread. What happened is instead the order being exactly like you ordered previously and just add mustard, it comes over with all comes with unchecked and you have to add back in. Customer service to fix the sandwich was horrible. Need more room to describe all of that.

    It was my first time using the app to order and I tried numerous times to get an offer for free dessert to apply to my order but no matter how many times I tried it wouldn’t work. I tried adding two cookies instead of one and no luck either incase it was an amount issue. It said it would apply once I completed the order but it did not. I wish it let me review the order again after adding my payment. I wouldn’t gave gotten a cookie if not for the offer. Also, it wouldn’t save my instructions for some of my items in my cart while other instructions did. Next time I’ll just call or order in person. Not ordering through the app again

    I’m not sure what happened with the last update but it went south! When i went to order off of the app before, you would just put in your side order of chips and add it to the order. but now they want you to be specific with what kind of chips you want! Not all the chip options are on the app, that are in the restaurant. I want Doritos or Cheetos some times but it’s not in the selection and forces you to choose something you do not want! Plus I’m missing points. Gonna have to email them about that. One more thing, please make more character space in the box to write instructions. Way too limited on character writing! Thank you.

    New to app and new to firehouse , sandwiches and service is fast and very friendly staff but the app needs help , I’ve ordered twice on it first time after order is on cart I attempted to pay and it said order didn’t go thru so I did it again and then it went thru , anyways after getting to restaurant I had double orders !! Money was put back into my account before I even got home !!! 2nd order I attempted to redeem free drink that you get for signing up on app and it says that I gotta order a qualifying sandia he first even though sandwiches are sitting on cart, after you pay order you can’t redeem reward so I’m confused 🤷‍♀️ Still you gotta try these sandwiches they’re awesome!!

    Multiple days I have attempted to order and it will not work. I got a birthday reward that expires soon, and I'm starting to feel like y'all don't Want me to be able to use it.. because every time I want to order and use it, the app isn't working. But the app is working just fine at 6am when you Can't order....

    It has been about 5 months since I used the app because the last time I did, it wouldn’t work. My husband ordered food in the store, and when he came out with the food I asked him if he gave them my number so we could get the rewards points. He forgot so he went back in and they gave him a receipt and told him to enter the information through the app. Well, that was the beginning of so much frustration that I took a 5 month hiatus from the app. Every time I tried to enter my receipt to get the points, the app would give an error message and crash. Then it stopped showing any of my rewards points all together. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Still nothing. I hung onto the receipt and tried for multiple weeks. It just kept crashing so I threw the receipt away because it wasn’t worth the hassle. I just opened the app up again today because my husband and I decided to eat there tonight, and I wanted to use my points for a free sub. Well, the same problem still exists. I’m so shocked by the fact that this problem is still happening that I was compelled to write a review complaining about it. Don’t waste your time downloading this app until they address the issues.

    On a Samsung Note 10. This app is useless. I can't sign in, orders as guest gets hung up on payment. This is madness!! Ended up ordering from Subway for my entire shop . Firehouse lost out on roughly $120 in one order due to this app! In 2021 this is unacceptable.

    I don’t know what it is. But hopefully someone sees this. A few months ago I ordered twice with a debit card, and was told it didn’t go through. Had to pay a third time when I go to the location to pick it up. Well all 3 payments cleared. The district manager refunded me almost $90 that had been charged to my card. Fast forward to today, I just ordered again on the app (thinking the problem is fixed). Paid with the same card. Once again, it took my money. But didn’t let my order go through. So I had to call it the order in. Now I’ll have to go through getting a refund again because I’m pretty sure this charge won’t drop off like the other ones didn’t. What’s the point in having an app if it doesn’t work??? I’ve had to call my orders in since then. So sometimes I forget to put my number in so I can get my points. It’s annoying. And then there’s no corporate office to call about this matter. But surely I’m not the only one having this issue. But maybe I am.

    Ok I can’t remember my password was because it been a long time since the last time I had signed on but I can’t remember my password then so I tried to reset my password on the app when they sending me a temporary password through my email when I using temporary password that they had giving me on my email but it won’t not allow me to log in it was so very frustrating I been having this issue for a long time so I been waiting for the response from the customer service for assistance but I am still waiting if I have continued dealing with these issue well I wouldn’t not referring this app to someone who will dealing with this same issue by logging in experience that I had so I would like to delete it from my account from this app for good I would be dealing with the old school way by getting sandwiches from their restaurant directly in stead of using on my phone to buy from them sometimes I don’t trust some of these apps because it can be a joke but great awesome sandwiches too please fix this thank you have a wonderful blessed day

    I think in 3.6.8 you fixed the issue with modifiers but what about all the people that had incorrect orders drive miles out of their way to pick up a order that was incorrect?? Let’s face it, you do no QA testing on this app period. Or if you do you need to go ahead and fire the guy. This thing is filled with bugs and if you tell the store managers they agree and tell you they hate it just as much. Listen, today is the day I stopped eating at firehouse. I’ve been eating there for over 8 years. Done. Why? Because you could care less about the customer experience. You would of fixed this app ages ago. Hire a new company to develop it. It’s not difficult. In an age of good iPhone developers it’s a wonder you still have this thing that looks and functions like an app from 2005. Customers can see that you don’t care about things like that. And now it’s time that at least one customer hits the road because of it. Just for one second go and download your competitors app, it makes your app look like it was built in the dark ages 👋

    I love getting my subs from here but Firehouse needs to upgrade to a more effective rewards system. Other places make it simple by having a QR box at the bottom of the receipt that you can easily scan and get points and rewards that way. Firehouse makes you take a picture of the ENTIRE receipt. Sometimes the picture is too blurry and the system will not accept it no matter how many times you try! I have lost SO many opportunities to get credit for the food I have bought simply because the app would NOT scan and take my receipt. This is super frustrating. It should NOT be this hard. FIX IT!!!

    I want to start with I have only recently started having this problem. Probably like 3-4 weeks ago I attempted to use a reward. I activated it, and when I went to the store the employee stated that no reward was found. I was like okay, maybe it just took some time to show up. Flash forward a few weeks later, I activated another reward for a free sub. I went to the store, put my number in once again, and no reward was found. I showed the employee my account to show that the activated reward was clearly there, but since it did not show up on their end they could not do anything. I gave up on that and attempted to order online to use the reward. Well, that was a failure too because when I place a to-go order. It keeps freezing and never loads. Im just upset my points keep going to waste because it never shows up on the store’s side. I have already blown like 10,000+ points at this rate which is just disappointing.

    App no longer working correctly for me since last update. If I try to click "Get Final Total" with a sub in my cart (of any type or size), it says my order can't be completed. Other foods I've tested (salad, drinks, soups) don't produce this message, and the app behaves as expected. I tried downloading a previous apk and get the same results. Hoping for a fix soon!

    This rating is for the app and not the sandwiches. I have not been able to log in for quite some time now. I had a app update and after that I could no longer log in. I tried the online access and it said once you log in on the app you will no longer have access to your account online. I tried to reset my password but the log in said your information can not be accessed. I even tried to create a new account but since my phone number is used on my old account it will not let me create another account using my phone number. I tried to email your support team and nothing. I love your sandwiches and would like to get my points. Please fix the log in on the app or please let us access our accounts online again.

    Glad the sandwiches are better than the app. No guest check out option. No Apple Pay or Samsung pay option. App got lost in the middle of my order and wouldn’t let me add anything until I picked another time and date. Didn’t tell me I had to have an account to order. I didn’t add a favorite location so it wouldn’t let me create an account or tell me why it wouldn’t create the account. I had to figure it out. After I added a card it popped up “DO NOT HONOR”. Not sure what that means. As order time option, it didn’t have right now as an option. After I added a sub, I couldn’t change the size. I had to delete it and start over. It took 20+ minutes to order food. Had I not liked your food, I would have stopped and went somewhere else.

    Works again but frequently send to the wrong location. I have to double and triple check the location. I just picked a location and filled out the order. In the final review, it said the location is like 20 miles away. I tried just changing the location and got a site id error. Now I recreate the order and check the final order and the location is right but half the order is missing. Very frustrating.

    Been trying to use this app on android several times over the last 8 months. It's a mess. Every time I go to complete an order and pay the app closes. I open the app again and my order is still in the cart. Go to complete order and it shuts down every time. Have deleted the original app from 8 mos ago and downloaded it again hoping the problem had been fixed. It has not.

    Multiple days I have attempted to order and it will not work. I got a birthday reward that expires soon, and I'm starting to feel like y'all don't Want me to be able to use it.. because every time I want to order and use it, the app isn't working. But the app is working just fine at 6am when you Can't order....

    It has been about 5 months since I used the app because the last time I did, it wouldn’t work. My husband ordered food in the store, and when he came out with the food I asked him if he gave them my number so we could get the rewards points. He forgot so he went back in and they gave him a receipt and told him to enter the information through the app. Well, that was the beginning of so much frustration that I took a 5 month hiatus from the app. Every time I tried to enter my receipt to get the points, the app would give an error message and crash. Then it stopped showing any of my rewards points all together. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. Still nothing. I hung onto the receipt and tried for multiple weeks. It just kept crashing so I threw the receipt away because it wasn’t worth the hassle. I just opened the app up again today because my husband and I decided to eat there tonight, and I wanted to use my points for a free sub. Well, the same problem still exists. I’m so shocked by the fact that this problem is still happening that I was compelled to write a review complaining about it. Don’t waste your time downloading this app until they address the issues.

    On a Samsung Note 10. This app is useless. I can't sign in, orders as guest gets hung up on payment. This is madness!! Ended up ordering from Subway for my entire shop . Firehouse lost out on roughly $120 in one order due to this app! In 2021 this is unacceptable.

    Ok I can’t remember my password was because it been a long time since the last time I had signed on but I can’t remember my password then so I tried to reset my password on the app when they sending me a temporary password through my email when I using temporary password that they had giving me on my email but it won’t not allow me to log in it was so very frustrating I been having this issue for a long time so I been waiting for the response from the customer service for assistance but I am still waiting if I have continued dealing with these issue well I wouldn’t not referring this app to someone who will dealing with this same issue by logging in experience that I had so I would like to delete it from my account from this app for good I would be dealing with the old school way by getting sandwiches from their restaurant directly in stead of using on my phone to buy from them sometimes I don’t trust some of these apps because it can be a joke but great awesome sandwiches too please fix this thank you have a wonderful blessed day

    I think in 3.6.8 you fixed the issue with modifiers but what about all the people that had incorrect orders drive miles out of their way to pick up a order that was incorrect?? Let’s face it, you do no QA testing on this app period. Or if you do you need to go ahead and fire the guy. This thing is filled with bugs and if you tell the store managers they agree and tell you they hate it just as much. Listen, today is the day I stopped eating at firehouse. I’ve been eating there for over 8 years. Done. Why? Because you could care less about the customer experience. You would of fixed this app ages ago. Hire a new company to develop it. It’s not difficult. In an age of good iPhone developers it’s a wonder you still have this thing that looks and functions like an app from 2005. Customers can see that you don’t care about things like that. And now it’s time that at least one customer hits the road because of it. Just for one second go and download your competitors app, it makes your app look like it was built in the dark ages 👋

    After update always get an error that my order could not be completed. Why have the app if I can't do the 1 thing I am supposed to be able to do.
