If you're looking to master your MMA fighting skills and improve beyond the old "1-2 punch" classic combo, you'll need some training. This app is your first step to landing more hits than you take.

Just like any martial art, kung fu takes a good deal of dedication to master. You also want to do it right - even when your coach is not around. This app is a good way to make sure you're performing the correct exercises - when practicing for 5 minutes or 2 hours at a time.

If you don't have 2 hours a day to go to a gym, you can still benefit from karate training at home. All you need is your phone to improve your self-defense or supplement your karate classes on your own time.

This is an awesome app for learning basic moves and combinations. However, it lacks blocks and takedowns that would be super helpful. Adding a section called takedowns would make this app perfect. I appreciate all the work you guys have done. Plz don’t overlook this comment. *Edit: Thank you for adding blocks! 👏🏾the app is so much more complete now. I appreciate all the hard work you’ve put into this app! Keep it up 👏🏾 *Edit: with the new update I can’t favorite any moves which is annoying. I really love the timer idea though.

I am completely new to this, and I'm a Southpaw. It is so difficult to find training without having to mentally flip everything along with mentally remembering all the moves at the same time. They have an option on the app just for lefties. Everything is in great detail and when looking at the models, you can turn and flip the camera all around for a full 360 so you see all the angles you need. This app has honestly given me so much hope in being able to learn! Thank you!

This is a great app! It’s easy to use, and has a lot of good quality content. I would pay for this app, that’s how much I like it. I use it daily to improve my form and muscle memory. I especially like how one can change the angle and speed of the moves shown. Very helpful in understanding exactly how to complete some of the moves. Thanks for creating this, great work!

Keep your hands up at all times! Protect your jaw. The animation drops his hands too much and should have his non-punching hand glued to his chin. Add some basic defense techniques like how to sprawl/prevent being taken down and how to get back up safely from your back. How to bob and weave punches properly would help a lot in regards to the actual application of nearly all of these techniques. It's also severely lacking in submissions. Other than that this is pretty good.

This is a great app for someone who already has some training under their belt. This app can help refine your skills and add moves to your arsenal. I think the next step is to add basic throws and submissions. For someone with a black belt in taekwondo or Karate it would be helpful to add ground and clinch skills.

I’ve been doing martial arts for a few years and I’ve always needed a way to see the different techniques and footwork from different angles and in slow motion. This app does just what I described. I wish: - Individual movements were spelled out as the animation plays out, or at least a key of the names of the punches, kicks and footwork involved, in the same order they appear. - More martial art domains were included (grappling and weapons). - The techniques were organized by attacks (punches, kicks, takedowns), blocks, and controls (grappling, projections). - The UI was fresher and more modern. Overall, great job!

Many of the kicks are done incorrectly, but other than that it is an ok app. Edit: The above review is not meant to be hateful, or nasty it was only something that I noticed. Many of the functions in the app work well and look good. Thanks for seeing and contacting me about the review have a great day.

This app is amazing, there’s just one catch, I’m not feeling the intensity, if you can try and add some workouts or fighting workouts I think this would make it a lot better, but this app is the Bomb!!!

I like everything about this app. I'm only commenting to offer a suggestion, I have all the "Blocking" moves memorized but it would be even more helpful with progress if they had "combination blocking" 4 punch comb blocks that perhaps counter the "comb punches" sections or "kick combos" then "blocking kick combinations"

Great app for beginners and very attentive to detail to help you learn the techniques. The only thing I would change is adding more and expanding the techniques to have more difficult ones.

Add some Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu takedowns. And add a submission category 😉

The techniques are a bit sloppy and certain info needs to be highlighted such as body transitioning, torque, and leg angles. Foot and leg motion is extremely valuable to anyone learning, and learning to reduce the length of time you are open and reduced required motion. Overall though, there is potential here.
