  • Love this app - but wished there was more for full figures Aug 9, 2020

I love my FeetUp trainer and the classes in the app are great. I wish Misha had more full figured classes / longer flows that are a little more advanced. The way she teaches about working with your body tissue has been so helpful- and I am able to do things I never thought I could! Please please expand her library! It’s also a little annoying that sound from the instructor interview plays every time you open an instructors page.

All the feet up videos I loved and then lost every week on YouTube are easy to find. Plus many more. I just wish it could easily cast to my tv from with in the app. If it can I can’t find it. Have to use a second app to cast. But I love Misha and Leah’s classes.

  • Love the FeetUp Trainer, so-so on the app Oct 18, 2020

    1. ANY type of instruction video needs to go in the “basics” category. I get frustrated when I choose what I think is a flow from the yoga category and it’s a 12 minute guide do something like downward dog. 2. I do not like the auto play and would like to be able to turn it off. 3. Instructors need to acknowledge that students are watching on an app on their phones and unable to cast to the television. There has to be some sort of instruction on where to put our phones. I’m constantly behind bc I can’t see what’s happening and need to move my phone. 4. Misha needs more videos. While I’m resistant to labeling things “full-figure” bc ANYONE can do ANY yoga I enjoy her videos the most. I love how she teaches and how she is not dramatic at all about having a belly. She just says “I move my foot out this way to make room for the belly.” 5. Quality of some videos is questionable. I loved a morning flow with Lea but was so distracted by it being outside, hearing traffic, and her being hard to see half in sunlight and half in shadows. 6. I think $19.99 is a little steep for an app I have to watch on my phone (which causes frustration bc instructors move around the trainer quite a bit) There is not a ton of yoga content, especially actual beginner flows that are longer than 10ish minutes) which is why I signed up and why I bought the trainer. All this being said I bought the FeetUp when I received a targeted ad on Facebook and I do not regret it all. The app needs a lot of work to be as good as some of the competition (Downward Dog is my favorite - no frills, no bright colors, great quality, super easy filtering to quickly find what you’re look for) but the trainer itself is amazing. My husband uses it and my neighbor is getting one as well. I am going to try some YouTube flows and see if it’s less frustrating on a larger screen.
