We like this app. It's fairly easy to use. I really like the widgets; they make recording breast and bottle feeds, and diaper changes very convenient. I wish it had the capability to support more than two children. We were still using it to track the growth and medicine of our kindergardener and toddler until our third baby was born recently. We had to delete our toddler's profile to make room because we couldn't delete our oldest being the original profile. The Pro version is worth the money.

Update: I reached out to the developer and the issue was immediately resolved. On a Sunday night even! All of the features I live and breathe by on a 24/7 basis have been restored. If anyone has the same issue I described below, please don’t hesitate to email them. The app itself is a 5 star app without question (which is why I’ve been using it for so long) and I now give the customer support another 5 stars. Thank you so much for putting this tired mama’s mind at ease Original review: I’ve been using this app since the day my son was born almost 16 months ago. Opened the app to log his medicine and all my info was GONE! Uninstalled and reinstalled the app to try to get all my info back and now all the features that I’ve been using for the last 15+ months are now a PAID feature?! That’s weak. Ya’ll play dirty. You’re not getting a friggin penny from me now. I’ll advise all moms and dads from here on out to look elsewhere for a reliable free tracking app that’s clear and upfront about what, when, and how they charge. You should be ashamed. -
Great app for tracking baby basics, I have used for all 3 of mine and found it really useful. Functionality is good but there are a be few reasons why I can't give this 5 stars. Syncing across devices isn't great, neither is restoring data from a backup. In the past year or so there are a lot more ads than there used to be, which clutter the screen.

Wish I used this from the beginning
I started with paper tracking in the hospital the first month. As someone exclusively breast feeding it was important to track feedings and diapers especially to make sure he was eating enough. I switched to the madela app from paper for a couple of weeks and I liked it ok, since I didn't have to keep a paper and pen with me, all I needed was my phone. Then the madela sight and app went down and lost my historical data and I wasn't able to track! My friend with twins recommended this app and I love it. I wish I used it from the start. The large icons are easy to use, especially when feeding in the middle of the night. I don't use it for sleeping since my baby sleeps enough, but I love the pumping tracking, bottles and nursing. The diaper tracker is great and easy to use just click and it's added to the timeline. It's nice to see at a glance how your day compares to others and you can start to see a pattern when creating a schedule for you and baby. -
Essential!
I’ve never reviewed an app before but I wanted to share with other parents how awesome this app is. It has really been essential for my husband and I during our baby’s first several months of life. We initially got it when baby was two days old to track the number and length of feeds and amount of diapers since the doctor kept asking. We upgraded for the immediate synch feature which was well worth it, so my husband and I can immediately see what each other has entered. Three months later we use it daily to track feeds and pumps. The data reporting is robust, which has been great as I noticed a drop in my milk supply and I have been able to track when and why it occurred. You can even export the data to excel! My only suggestion would be to add a report for number of pumps a day, that would be really helpful for me. Overall this app is great and we will likely continue to use for as long as I am pumping/breastfeeding.

Must have for Mom!
This app has done wonders for helping me figure out baby's schedule and this plan our day better. As a SAHM, I like to make the most of my time and was spending too much time just playing it all by ear. Many times that's still unavoidable with a little one, but more often than not I can tell almost down to the minute when she's going to x,y,z. Love keeping up with time spent pumping, nursing, bottles, # of oz, etc without having to think. Added bonus is all the charts and stats!! But I'm a nerd sometimes and love that stuff! The only thing I'd like to see is a quick add to record their firsts or when something in particular happens - umbilical cord falling off, first smile, laugh, etc. You can write it in the journal or record the time length of doing something (rolling over) but I want to select from a drop down that baby rolled over for the first time, same with all the other milestones. This app seems to have it all except this.

Almost perfect
As a pumping and nursing mom, it's great to be able to track these activities, plus diaper changes, with the app, both in the present and when in the past. I used it in 2015 and now again in 2020. I like the graphs and the growth charts in addition to feeding, sleeping, and diaper tracking. One annoyance I have is with the medication tracking feature since there is only one medicine listed automatically and I'm required to select a specific medication and its quantity. You have to create additional medications in one button first and then you can go back, select that medication, and then add dosing instances but it only allows for labeling of mL or ounces, not a set mg amount. That aspect is a little clunky. Most importantly though, I would REALLY like it to have a NIGHT MODE! Make it more like my maps app. It only gives a black background for feedings when in widescreen but not for any other task. This is why I gave it 4 stars not 5. -
The free app is great, tracks everything i want to track and can add notes to all items if need be. The widgets are a great quick access feature. Would be great if you could add the start of sleep time without having it timed then update for end of sleep as the timers drain the battery, especially with longer sleeps.

Very important
I must say for a first time more for the past 5 days I’ve been using this app since i was in the hospital after giving birth. At the time I only had the free version but even then the features was great for my simple us since I wasn’t sure yet how to work around my baby needs. Now I’ve paid the price for the app and I must say it’s worth it. Helps me remember when and how and what not because yes I still have a pregnant brain but this app has helped me so far. It’s better then the name brand apps I’ve read about this is easy simple and quick at the touch of a button especially when your holding your baby and don’t need to be pressing to many information to start what you need it’s all at one or two touches and you can go back and edit if you need to on your timing. I truly recommend this app for anyone with an experience or first time mom. -
A great app that shines because of the synch feature. My wife and I paid for it, so we got the autosynch version. Initially we were frustrated that it wasn't working, but that seems to be because we closed the app in the background. For autosynch to work, DO NOT CLOSE THE APP ON THE BACKGROUND. Just keep it running. But this would be a much better app if the app updated without having the window open. Like many shopping lists automatically synch.

Brilliant on Android! If your partner has IOS though it has sync issues (so now I'm a nag saying "can you sync? Have you synced yet?" 😂) On Android it's perfect, tell it to auto sync and it does to any device (including IOS) but it doesn't work the other way. I've been using it for 3 months now and it has everything you could possibly need, feeds, diapers, medications, vaccines and more. You can also change the theme which I think is cute ^^

This app is generally pretty good, I would give a 5 star rating if the widgets were updated so they didn't take up 2 spaces vertically. There is so much wasted space it drives me crazy! The little bubbles for the widgets are no bigger than normal app icons and should easily fit in one grid box.

Upgrade fee required to maintain features
I’ve use this app with my two prior babies and this time the experience has been a downgrade. I mainly use it to track feeds and I like that the buttons are large and easy to find. However after two weeks of use the app is now telling me I need to pay a fee to maintain the feature of being able to pause and resume a feed. In addition there are larger ads in the app so I can no longer view the timer in the horizontal orientation and then it locks so I can’t flip the orientation when I flip my phone. Instead I have to go back to the home screen and re-enter the feed screen to view the timer. I feel cheated/blackmailed that I wasn’t informed upfront that features would be removed unless I paid. New moms are exhausted and vulnerable as it is so this is frustrating. I don’t know which feature may be removed next. I will likely be finding another app to track feeds which is a very basic feature and all I use it for. -
I would have given a 5 star if the synchronized system works properly. Lately, it has been messing up my tracking. It overrides and/or deletes previous logs. For example, my husband logged our baby's diapers. I synced a few hours later and still don't see inputted logs. On his account, it was no longer there as well. Sleeping timer gets all weird. Sometimes it would continue the last timer when I had already stopped it. Overall, if synchronization didn't ruin the tracker, this app would great.

Pretty Good App, but needs some work
As first time parents, we need to keep track of feedings and diaper changes for our little guy. This app totally works for this. However, my wife and I each have our own phone and we were hoping this app would allow us to know if the baby had been fed recently without having to ask the other person. If you want to have it sync “automatically” (and more than twice per day), you need to pay. And since my wife and I each have our own phones and Apple accounts, we both had to shell out the $$$ for this (a bit pricey for an app, honestly). We can sync as often as we like now but I’m still having to manually sync it almost every time, which is super annoying. As soon as it’s opened, it should auto-sync. It doesn’t. Even swiping down doesn’t always work, I usually still have to navigate to the sync button manually... This app also tracks medications, weight, etc. honestly way more than we’ll ever use it for, but that’s all great! Seriously very helpful. Although, I do think the User Interface needs an overhaul to make it feel more modern and easier to navigate. Definitely feels a bit clunky and dated. TL;DR - Very helpful app, that does what it’s meant to. But the UI isn’t great, the syncing methods really need to be reworked and expect to have to shell out a hefty fee if you want it to be usable across multiple devices.
