    I've completed 2 tasks for $10 total so far. I can't remember when I downloaded the app. It had to have been at least a month ago and I've only had 2 tasks and they've been the exact same. I would say that's the only downfall of this app. Otherwise, when there is a task available, it's a quick (20 minutes or so) task to earn $5. Update 4/4/21: no tasks since the end of December. Seriously considering uninstalling.....

    I signed up one of the first days that Viewpoints became available, completed the initial Well-Being Suevey for 1000 points/$5 (awesome!), and was super excited for the next program... but nothing ever came. After a couple months I completely forgot about the app because there were never any notifications. Fast forward to now, roughly 9 months later, I'm simply scrolling through my installed apps when suddenly "oh hey, Viewpoints! What ever happened to that?" I open the app and find out I've been logged out, weird but whatever. I sign in and instantly have a Pronunciations program available to me for another 1000 points/$5, and it's pretty fun to complete. That's great but... I would have never known this had I not opened the app myself and signed in. There wasn't any push notification about this particular program despite it coming out months ago (reading other reviews, it looks like this program came out maybe around May), or even an email sent about its availability. What other programs did I miss because I was for some reason logged out, or I didn't know to open the app and look for a program without a notification/email? Will it sign me out randomly again, or ever send a notification/email, or do I have to manually check in on the app every week? It's a bit disheartening. It would be 5 stars from me if not for this.

    I've been using the app since January and have cashed out four times (the fourth being just a few minutes ago). Yes, I've only had two programs to participate in (this is not a complaint or issue; it's an acknowledgement of the reviews complaining about the number of programs), but this app isn't exactly meant to serve as a full-time career or money-maker. I have no complaints or issues with it so far.

    I think there are some kinks to work out and I wish they had an actual technical team BUT I do get paid quickly and the money is good. I made 95.00 for recording locations for 20 days. It took maybe 30 min total to do it all because entering the info was super easy. It is showing everything pending now even though it's all been paid out so I don't know if something is wrong but I do believe overall it does now deserve 5 stars. I just wish I hadnt lost a whole day and 5.00 because of tech issues

    * Developer response is VERY Quick. +1 star, seems to drain battery- not positive that's it YET. Early review. Will revisit. I've not had one opportunity to earn anything beyond "weekly points" to date... once I've had the app a few months, I'll have a better idea. I'm almost 2 months in, I was paid, Promptly when I hit 1000 points, it took 4 weeks as, there still have not been many opportunities- that being said- I Figured it had to do with my location.

    I’ve completed 2 programs with no problems, but I just started my 3rd program a couple days ago knowing I wouldn’t have time to complete it in one go, but also knowing from the previous 2 that I’d be able to pause and get back into it for another 7 days to complete. BUT when I went back to it and hit continue, it is just giving me buffering/loading cycle icon and then a message to try again. I’ve tried again, and again, all while rebooting, waiting, rebooting again and waiting to open when I was at home with the most powerful WiFi, and still same result. I’ve managed to find a way to contact someone (albeit, having to send a message that’s for questions about your payment, not finding anywhere to go for an actual person to speak with regarding this kind of problem) and the answer I got was that I probably needed to upgrade my internet browser. But I’m not using a browser I’m using this here app, see. And regardless, the 2 browsers I use on my phone are updated anyway, if that was even a factor. I sent message back with this info and haven’t heard anything. I was very much looking forward to add this finished program’s reward to my balance and using it but I’m running out of days left before the program will disappear. SO, all that ranting just to say, it’d be great if there was a more accessible and obvious “real human being chat representative” that could help with this.

    I downloaded this app after seeing it advertised on Facebook and was given a program to complete almost right away. However, I didn’t have time to complete it right at that moment, so it was a couple days before I was ready to complete it. When I logged back into the app and tried to complete the program, the app crashed immediately when I tried to click on the program to open it. The program was not expired, as it says exactly how long it has left before it expires. It’s still not expired as I type this. I tried checking to see if I needed to update my app, but I have the latest version. I tried refreshing my app, but it still crashed. I tried logging out and logging back in, but no difference. Finally, I decided I would contact their help center to see what I needed to do—except, apparently that doesn’t exist. Their “help center” is just an FAQ page with no way to actually contact them with any real problems, or to let them know of a bug you’ve experienced. What kind of company doesn’t have customer service?? Hopefully a developer sees this review and contacts me, because from what I’ve seen so far, I’m not impressed. I’d love to be able to actually try the app and give it a real review.

    Honestly, the app is quite terrible. In order to even receive any program, you need to have programs in your area. However I’m in a largely populated area, Texas, yet I’ve only gotten 1 program in the entire month that I’ve had the app. I check every single day if there are any available programs, but there have been none. And apparently there’s no built push notification that alerts your device if you have a program available. They say there are email notifications but I never got the notification for my first program. Other apps that do the same thing offer more ways to get rewards and the fact that I’ve had the app for a month now and only got 1 program is just awful. So in short, this app really needs a lot of improvement for consumers to actually find benefit from this app. Unless you just looking for a quick one time 5$. Oh wait, not so quick, it can take up to 10 days for the money to even hit your account 🤷‍♂️ honestly just seems like a ploy to get cheap data 🤦

    Spent a good portion of time, just to get a confirmation code. It sat pending & ran out of time each attempt. Shame to, was very interested in trying this app. And PS: To the person responding, I install the app and it does NOT give you the option to use email, starts straight out with " Join us! " and asks for your phone number. I have gone through every length for this app to work & it does not seem to want too do that. So sadly, The review stays: seeing as the help given still did not work, Very poor system!

    Waste of time....I downkoaded the app but was never able to login. They offered only 1 way to login and it doesn't work. I did just as you said same outcome. It tells me to go to helpcenter and i did. No help from help center. This is frustrating!!! I did downlosd the app and still couldn't login.

    Best "easy money survey" app i ever been on. Even with making $5 every few weeks. I like the things the all has you do. Not like normal boring surveys. I've been using the app for months now. My payouts are accurate and dependable and I love getting that little chump change the way I do. Keep sending those programs viewpoints 👍🏾😁

    Very simple and totally legit so far as I can tell . Answered 40 questions to test microphone by completing sentences in response to questions asked of me. Took about 30 min bc my microphone was not picking up my voice properly but for that time I'm told $5 will be deposited into paypal within 10 days . Completed tasks today .

    I’ve completed a few task on the app and enjoy doing so but have run into issues getting a paused task to open back up. I constantly get an error stating there has been a problem and to try back later. I’ve tried to go back in later to complete it only to get the same error message. Most recently I tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if that helps but apparently not. Unfortunately it t looks like I will not be able to finish before it expires.

    Was excited about this experience so downloaded the app and waited and waited and finally about several days I got a notification about a survey. I go on the app and start the process. It was worth 1000 points and would take approx 20 mins so I get started. Initially everything was going smooth. Then about 5-10 mins in I start noticing it’s taking longer and longer to accept each response. Okay so I’m fine with this, didn’t have anything else to do at the time. But then, the app freezes altogether. So I close it out and forget about it. Decide a day or two later I will check it out and what do you know I’ve got the option to resume my precious survey, so excitedly I click resume to get started only it won’t let me resume. Every time I click the button to resume the app closes. I even deleted the app and added it again, but nope all the excitement of trying to answer one survey down the drain.... y’all need to work the bugs out before you get people excited about the functionality of an app that doesn’t work!!

    This app is great when available. I've had it for about a year now and I've only been invited to 2 programs. Maybe I don't fit the demo well enough but I'm here! And the payout is quick too, the program availability is unreliable. So a solid 3.5 rounded up to 4.

    I just downloaded this app last night when I came across an ad for it on my Facebook feed. When I woke up this morning my first “project” was available which was an 83 question survey worth 1,000 points ($5). It took about 10 mins or less to complete, very easy!! As soon as I was done it asked me to connect my paypal account for the $5 to be deposited. So for now I’m only giving it 4 stars because it said it could take up to 10 days to receive payment. Compared to other survey sites/apps, for 1000 points to equal $5 is a really good payout, and for it to be done in one survey!?!? That’s awesome!! I’m really Hoping it doesn’t take 10 days, because that seems a bit extreme, plus I’m an instant gratification type of person when it comes to cashing out on paying sites/apps. Instant payouts, or quicker payout times would definitely get this app more reviews and more participants. I will update as soon as I receive payment. Thank you!

    Tasks are usually relatively quick, simple and concise. I've always been paid within a day or 2 of completing a program. Program invites started out rather slow but the payoff was still well worth a few minutes of my time. My last 2 programs have paid out $50/ea spanning a total of roughly 40 minutes of my time. Minus 1 star bc customer service seems to be non-existent. In the past I've sent in 2 tickets for different issues and only received the same blanket auto response.

    The first program gave the five dollars as advertised and took about ten minutes like anticipated to complete and a few days to receive the money in PayPay. Was stoked about the next program. That was May 18, 2020 and to my dismay, I have yet to receive a new program in over three months (Aug 29,2020 as of today). I have been logged in the whole time and open it every few weeks to check in for a new survey but will likely delete it soon since it just takes up space at this juncture. Even if it was a survey once a month for a buck or two it would be worth it, but sadly that hasn’t been the case. Maybe COVID is at fault but only giving it 2 stars since it seems underdeveloped. EDIT: two days after review was sent, got a new program for another $5, moving to three star. Will keep the app longer but they definitely need to have programs available more often.

    Excitedly downloded the app and was notified of a survey a couple of days later. I began the 20 minute survey but had to “pause” it bc I had to do dinner. I opened the app the next day and tried to resume so I could finish the survey but it would not load after multiple attempts. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still will not load. I clicked Leave Program as a last resort since I basically had nothing to lose anyway seeing it wouldn’t load and of course- the survey is now gone.

  • Broken and needs major bug fixes May 13, 2020

    After downloading this app, I was given a project the next day. Cool. It was a 100 voice recording project for their Portal service. After getting to voice line 89, the app started stalling and glitching. After figuring a way around it, I finished and was presented with a white screen with nothing on it. There is no way I could figure out to contact support regarding this issue so support is virtually non existent. So now I have a completed project that says it’s paused because there is no way for me to submit it. If this wasn’t the issue I would have given it a higher rating. But as of this point it has become a complete waste of time and effort for a measly $5. You would think a developer of this size and stature would have their stuff together by now. Oh well, another #Fail from Facebook.

    I wanted to try this out and I had it installed on my old phone and then I just got a new one and I had to reset it and it was supposedly texting me a code but I wasn't getting the text and still can't get it. So. It's a worthless app to me. ☹️

    I was working on their new survey that recorded location and it has just stopped working every time I try to submit my completed task it says there was a problem and to come back later. It’s been doing this for two days so obviously I can’t get paid for my completed task or continue on to other tasks apparently. I’ve tried to look in the viewpoint apps and cannot find a place to report the problem at all, neither can I go to the Facebook app and report a problem with viewpoints!

    I've been trying to link PayPal ever since I downloaded the app and it said it had a study to join and every time I get through and then it asked me to link my PayPal to get paid I keep getting an error page every time I even tried making a new PayPal just in case something was wrong with my PayPal or something like that but it's still doing the same thing
