    Massive frustration with the installation/update process, and conversion from the old app...the new one had a steep learning curve. Once you've got it to work, relearned and mastered the new interface and software operation, it appears to work well and is easy to use.

    Massive frustration with the installation/update process, and conversion from the old app...the new one had a steep learning curve. Once you've got it to work, relearned and mastered the new interface and software operation, it appears to work well and is easy to use.

    Sucks! By the time I figure this update out, it'll be time for another update! Please turn back time about 20 years so I can manage my money again. Update, 6/2/2021, after using this app for 5 months I have formed a new opinion about it. My new opinion is that it sucks worse than belief and that 1 star is way too good for it! SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!

    I relied on the memo field to identify the owner of each of the hundreds of HOA checks I deposit as the treasurer. You have made an already tedious job harder! What made you think taking away a field was a good idea? Did you scan your DB to see if anyone used it? If you had, common sense would have told you to keep it. And to make matters worse, the old app has been disabled. I am a SW engineer with 36 years of experience so i know what i am talking about. BAD!

    I used to use the person to person feature quite often, but since then update it’s nowhere to be found and In very disappointed. Hopefully a future update will fix this.

    It's terrible. The previous app used by the bank was way better. Half the time balances are not accurate with this app, has major update issues. It's so generic it is frustratingly complicated!

    Every time you update I have trouble logging in. I hear this complaint from many in our community as well. Inconveniencing customers doesn’t seem to be a concern of the bank.

    I've been trying to use the same app icon to sign in. It tells me there's an issue. Then I have to click "update app" at the bottom of the sign in screen, every single time I want to use the "updated" version. Then it sends me straight to the app store or else it won't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it's still doing this. Please fix this or give me a suggestion on how to make the icon work correctly.

    I hate when apps update just for the heck of it. I liked the old app and the new one is annoying. Used to use account number to sign in, now you have to jump through hoops to find out what to use and it's something completely random. The layout is terrible. Used to have everything I needed on one screen, now it's an Easter egg hunt.

    I was able to install on the second try. I was able to use it ok. I don't find it nearly as easy to use as the last version. I did not find a place to save my username so I guess one had to sign in using your username and password and a code now? This is annoying! I should be able to save my username and not have to type that in each time.

    I do not like not being able to add a comment to mobile deposits. On statement no clue which check was deposited if several have the same amount. Can retrieve image, but takes to much time. You got rid of something valuable.

    This new app does not work!!!! Very disappointed that I can't use my phone to do banking....You guys really need to fix this issue or I'm going to have to go somewhere so I can access my account when I need it.
