This game is one of the most complex games I have pretty much ever played and it’s still holding my interest. However with all things as you use it more you find more things wrong (but also better). For instance the community is pretty great and the graphics are pretty nice, however I notice that every system has the same planet skins (i.e I keep seeing Jupiter and Saturn) also the Omega Clone is a subscription that without, it feels like more then half the game is blocked. Travel in the game I feel could be faster, in game I’ve timed how long it takes for 15 jumps and at about 30ish seconds for one jump I was getting close to 7-8 minuets on autopilot. Another thing I’ve noticed is how often the server undergoes maintenance and it really impedes in how often you can play. If maintenance could be shorter or less often and if travel could be quicker with more star gates I feel like this game could be a lot better, if the Omega Clone subscription could be reduced some and offer more to the free Alpha Clones it would also help grow. I hope the developer reads this and know that it’s a great game but with some major/minor flaws. Keep up the good work though, till next time

The game is a lot of fun to play and the depth at which the players can interact with the games world is something I've only seen in this game, so far at least. However, the going is rather slow due to the many timegating features it has and a tad bit frustrating due to its high learning curve and many nuances not told to its players. Also, it would be important to tell the players that the F2P experience serves as the games trial/demo version in order to set proper and accurate expectations.

As all of have installed or uninstalled the game, we can believe the graphics are amazing right? To the people who have complained about “Oh this game doesn’t explain how to play very much”, well not everything is handed to you, Try searching your how to play on the web or watch videos, and...the game has tutorials yet people are still confused and have to ask people in the help chat because they can’t help themselves. “Oh the controls aren’t good and there isn’t free movement to actually control your ship”. There’s a double tap to go which direction you want to go/warping etc, but what do you expect from a mobile game. “The warps take to long just to do missions and to get somewhere”, yea we’ll deal with it, if you aren’t patient enough, then that’s a you problem, this game is a grinding game, not like a lot of those other genres you see in the Apple tire/google play store. In my opinion ik it’s not as great as Eve Online, but it’s a great starting point and the devs worked really hard on this game and you can totally see that by far. I have to admit one problem that can speak for all are the cons to omega whereas as the omegas have an advantage far over alphas to buy omega, I mean sure you guys gave a way to buy it without spending money, but that’s gonna lower the chance of people staying in this game, unless that temptation to spend money because as an omega i have seen how it affects the mobile community of this game.

Can be good, but it a hard core pvp game that makes no room for you if you ha e to exit the game. You better off playing this game on a PC emulator then phone. Could be better but mining not a option with the huge amount of time you need to stare at your screen watching the ship jump gate to gate. As for PVE you can sit in a contract mission that made for 4 to 6 and solo it and make more ISK at lower risk thenmining of mfgt.

This mmo is nice. It is a lite version of the pc epic. I suspect this will eventually merge with the pc version in more ways than just Jita. That system caught me off guard on this platform as it is a nightmare on the pc platform. With long waits to get in system. I been playing eve online since 2003, and can fly all ships up to carriers. I was disappointed that I could not use my actual account on this platform vice having to start from scratch. Some times a fresh start is nice though. I do like the interface on this platform, i like the lay out and the fact I dont have to dock if i want to do missions (encounters here) I like the method of training new players, every easy. Market needs some things added like the implants that affect capsuleer attributes. I can not find them anywhere, yet they are shown in the market as an ad of sorts. I find this game as enjoyable as the pc version. A word to new players, this mmo and the pc version has a huge learning curve. Do not get discouraged. After your first 6 mo of play you will find it much easier. I been playing since 2003. I am a former member of Goonswarm Federation, an excellent alliance. Join a corporation or freelance, you are only limited by your imagination in this game. I am constantly learning things in this game. Give it a try and enjoy. Fly Safe, Good Hunting!

What a headache of a game. So let me see if I understand this correctly. Im supposed to pay you for a monthly subscription for all the features of the game and as a added bonus I get free gate campers, scammers, bots, random bugs. Just the bugs and gate campers alone have set me back a weeks worth of game time. I already have a Job I don't need another. Video games are supposed to be fun....The ships and mechanics are awesome - the adaption to mobile leaves much to be desired.

Systems clogged up with newbie players on training ships, seemed to be an effort to ruin the game. Skills I bought while using Omega clone blocked from use AND training after returning to f2p, completely unacceptable. If you enjoy mining in EVE Online, forget it in Echoes... it's boring and not worth selling or even trading within your corp or with your friends. There is little room for adapting your ship to fight rats it wasn't meant to fight(like you could in Online).

This is a good mobile game, content wise. But the key word here is it's a mobile game. Played on a mobile device. Response to developer: please see the 5th sentence. I’m in a warp when I start up and then it freezes after 5 seconds. The game seemed pretty great. Joined a corp and even paid $5 for the month. But I’ve been stuck in a warp for a week and haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone from the game to fix. Tried their email and discord many times with no response. I’d submit a bug in game but the game freezes after about 5 seconds while I’m in the warp. At this point I’m counting the $5 as a loss and just abandoning the game. They recently had quite a long maintenance issue and they compensated us generously in skill points. Unfortunately, the bug fix they performed nor the rewards they gave do anything for me while I sit in a pod unable to play. Oh, did I mention my ship was somehow destroyed in the warp? So, I’m actually just in a pod warping to who knows where. I’ve always wanted to play Eve, but never had time to sit at a computer. So I really wanted to play this game but I’m afraid this experience has just ruined it for me completely. Would be 1 star but the game is free so 2. I just chose to drain $5. Would probably be 5 if the game worked for me.

Wasn't sure about this one when I started, never played the PC version of EVE but it seems like my type of game. Echoes is too high maintenance to play on the go, you best have free time to stare at your phone if you start this up. I enjoyed early game but I read it's very P2W late game. I played a few days a week, didn't get that far but still put time in. Then today I opened it to find an update and my progress deleted. So that was pretty cool, at least it made my decision easy, uninstalled.

Game is pretty good, but I lost everything I had to a bug and they have a no reimburse policy no matter what happens, ( yes I contacted support, twice. ) In all fairness I kinda knew this from the PC version. Just a warning everyone. Thread carefully. Might continue though, take from that what you want. /edit customer and bugs have gotten a lot better.

I really like it but there some things I don’t like. Like for number 1. Is when u do a mission it says 11 jumps to 32 jumps like I wish y’all would make it less jumps. 2. Of u do make us jump more in the game to go on a mission I would like to see a higher pay raise instead of seeing 3.000 Sik for 13 jumps and 13 jumps back. And another think I’ve notice is the market I have so much trash that I don’t use I sell it off but u have to wait for someone to buy it what I’m trying to get at I play game that u sell something u don’t have to wait u will get the full amount it like for example diablo 2 and 3 in battle net u sell something they give u the full amount back for that iteam but with this game like I’m sorry to repeat my self I believe u sell something u should get the money for it instead of waiting for the other buyer to buy it from u. And my 3rd thing I want to say is about mineing what the point of that u don’t make no money from it sometimes u lose money from it but in all terms is a really good game I can’t what to see what y’all do in the future for it but pls before u guys make a big update make sure it don’t make the game trash Bc that how y’all lose money and people well that all I have to say

  • How mobile gaming should be.. Aug 16, 2020

This game is some of the best on mobile and is being unfairly reviewed by people who are frustrated that they’re 5 year old phones have trouble running it. This game is NOT P2W there is nothing locked behind a cash shop! They’re is a item called basic omega clone that cost $5 this item can also be earned completely F2P within a few days if you dedicate a few hours a day that’s it. Graphics are incredible maybe the best in mobile gaming also runs good on pc emulators if you don’t want to tie up phone all the time. Game can be complicated to learn but it’s part of what makes it fun, this just released on mobile and game is packed with new people and plenty of people from the old pc game eager too answer any questions, The community is mostly older and everyone for the most part is very respectful. You have nothing to lose by trying it but like I said before earlier there is a ton to learn in this game it’s is a huge mmorpg full of options but if you put in a little time you will figure it all out fairly quick and pick up lots of little things over time

Never played eve for pc, but so far I’m enjoying this game. The cash shop isn’t so overwhelming it’s pretty much a monthly subscription of a few bucks. Not bad at all compared to the huge pay to win trend in mobile gaming. The game itself is pretty cool lots of little things to be done making your character different from others. Could use a boost in content in the future Events or big loot areas etc something to get people all in one place each week to cause chaos in general, those kind of things keep games ticking a lot of players will log in only to do big weekly events in games they play so I hope you guys see my review and consider adding something like this! 4/5 stars only because if it doesn’t get new content I could see just doing encounters forever becoming a bit stale.

Fun game, was a good start. I wanted something like Eve online but not as intensive and this fits the bill being a mobile game. Some people don't have all day staring at their screens. But with the new update I'm force to watch my screen all day in order to not lose my ship. This is a mobile game, if I wanted to play on my pc I would've done Eve online. The developers need to stop listening to people trying to make it like Eve Online2. Mobile games have a different player base and a wider audience they can target. Lets see how future updates shape this game

Could've been great but very awkward to play in short bursts on mobile. Close the screen for a few minutes and you have to relog in. Way too many clicks to get back in the game: click to launch app, wait, click to dismiss launch movie click to dismiss downtime notification that loads EVERY TIME , click on start, wait, click to select character, wait... Then you can play

  • It’s a love/hate Aug 18, 2020

    By TheComodor
I love this game for the same reason I hate this game: the lack of any quest or mission weighing you down and forcing you into a specific path. I love how freeing this game is. You’re free to do whatever you want right off the bat with nothing weighing you down or preventing you from doing what you want to do. Which is fantastic. But at the same time, the lack of any sort of quest or mission to provide guidance is a bit of an issue. As it stands, the game feels too overwhelming. I have all these things I can do but no idea where to start. It doesn’t help that the tutorial really only tells you about the basics of leveling up and combat. My advice would be to improve the tutorial so that it teaches players how to manufacture items and how to mine as well. I also recommend adding some sort of optional ‘storyline’ to follow for players who like having some sort of purpose or direction (such as myself). Other than that the game has been pretty good so far.

Loved it, left it. Don't get me wrong here I really loved this game, I was a fan of eve online years ago and this makes a fantastic port. But I also don't play like I used to. I don't have the time to sit here eyes glued to the screen for hours. Plus the player base sucks, any time you start building up an empire someone will knock it down and general for no gain. If your casual this is not for you. Better suited for bot fans and people who'd probably be better suited playing eve online.

The game loses connection instantly as soon as an other application is opened, making it impossible to check things like Discord or Reddit while playing. The customer service can esily be fooled into returning in-game items lost due to the expected game mechanics (e.g. entering a safe area after an aggression). The rampant use of emulators makes the game far from a mobile game experience.

At first glance, this game carries much of the original in terms of graphics, game play, ability for exploration. There are glitches though, which may be forgiven in a new app. But one thing that is bottom basement compared to the original, is customer service. I remember in the original you’d get a ticket and that number would stay with you through all the iterations. Now, for as long as your problem is unsolved, you have to keep opening up a new ticket. Which seems to mean that the next customer service rep may have no idea what went before. I didn’t get some supposedly delivered supplies. I just posted a sixth (or is it seventh) ticket to try and find out what happened to my goods. In my latest request I posted almost every screenshot I’d posted previously and repeated yet again only in more detail a description of my issue. So far, each response has missed the mark. Will see if this problem is ever resolved, but if you’re ok with occasional gameplay glitches being left unsolved, and you enjoyed Eve Online, you may be very happy with this iteration.

  • Game constantly crash! Sep 12, 2020

    By neko37485
The game is great! If they can fix the issues it has! First! You better not receive any phone calls when you are in the game because it will froze on you! Oh and keep in mind that if the game freeze on you.... Your ship still out there getting kill by some one else because you left or game froze on your phone. Second! If you play more an hour the game also just crash! If there are too many people in a constellation like Jita the game will crash!!!! Third!!! The jumps takes way too long! You can literally by waiting about 10 minutes for 30 jumps to do an encounter or to pick up something you buy very far! If this game would be in xbox or computer game like EVE was would make sense but for mobile game you basically have to be glue on you phone! No interruption! Text, calls or anything or you are dead! Make something like if you go to go or have something important let your ship automatically go to a station but with the new patch you can get kill in auto pilot as well so you can’t just can make your ship go alone or you are dead! Oh and if you lose you ship you lose days of hard work! No thanks game app is out of my phone now! No more money from this guy!

  • Great game, terrible C/S Sep 29, 2020

    By Th36r3y
Over the time that I have played this game, I have enjoyed it very thoroughly, and I still do. I have spent probably $20 at least on the game so far, but I have seen pretty far progress for that money in my opinion. However, over the course of playing I’ve been destroyed a handful of times, losing tons of the in game currency every time. Of the times that I have been destroyed the last two have been caused by glitches in the game. I had no problem reclaiming my first ship from the glitch. My first ship wasn’t very expensive at all compared to my second one, but if I could get it back since I unfairly lost it then cool. So I got it back, but then I lost my expensive ship to a newer glitch, and when I contacted customer service they told me that because I had claimed another ship in the last 7 days they couldn’t help me. You understand the 7 day policy for the automated ship claiming system. But I contacted customer service because your game is broken and it cost me a TON of time and in game money to rebuild a ship that was wrongfully taken from me. Your customer service told me to shove it instead of looking into the problem and fixing this for me!
