    Being able to make a payment, having ID cards that you can print/text/email, seeing your coverage Dec pages, checking your claim status, your payment history and future payments are all wonderful! Only thing better would be able to submit a claim with photos thru the app. Please offer that. Also having a live chat option while in the app.

    I remember my Erie agent telling me two years ago that they were working on an app. A bit slow on the draw, but I'm glad to see Erie catching up in technology to go along with good insurance. The app is a bit slow, but woks well otherwise. I like that I can access all of my policies, make payments, file a claim, and contact my agent. Everything an insurance app needs to be.

    It's handy to have policy info and insurance card right on my phone. I also find it convenient to be able to make payments from the app. I do wish that there was an option to set payment due notifications, rather than having to add my insurance payment notifications to another app...

    Since the latest update 3 days ago the app stopped working. Absolute CRAP!! Update: I deleted and then reinstalled the app and it is working now. Thanks for your response

    This app is basic and great for fetching information quickly, but it doesn’t adhere to many iOS design standards. Password managers (like LastPass) don’t work. I have a balance but can’t do anything through the app. Back buttons should always allow you to tap on their corresponding text, but they don’t. Billing documents only shows “feature not available.” For this little amount of functionality, I’d rather it just give me the option to add cards to Wallet. Which is something that it really should offer.

    The initial login screen is badly mis-aligned. You can’t see what you’re typing. Also, it is not in landscape mode on the iPad. After several failed tries I managed to log in by typing the login information “blindly.” Please make the iPad version work in landscape mode. I have an iPad with a keyboard and always use it in landscape mode, somewhat like a laptop computer. Thanks.

    This is a good start but is missing roadside assistance which is the main reason to have an insurance app on your phone. I should be able to hit a button and be connected directly to roadside assistance. With location services enabled, they would have my location and car information.

    App doesn't work you get to the end and no quote then your contacted by a human for your driver license # and your addresses for the past 3 years guess I'll go to a office instead why the app doesn't require driver license # is stupidity if you can't find my home policy by my address then this is a useless app

    Freezes on homepage. Useless...I reinstalled it 3 times, but it won't do anything except show the icon....y'all making it hard to pay a bill. Don't you want my money?

    After trying around a dozen times and two restarts, the app finally worked. Seemingly the app works fine and no issues just clicking around, but I haven't gotten much in depth yet.

    Pretty great overview of everything related to my Erie insurance policies! Removed one star for 2 reasons. First is simple: I can't stand it when "screenshots are not allowed". I don't want to "share" my ID card and download a PDF. Just let me take a screenshot, who cares? This isn't a banking app. Second reason for star removal is that payments end up opening an in-app browser instead of just happening within the app itself. Never fun, especially with an "in app" browser. Otherwise it's great!

    Prior version had performance issues but those have been resolved in the latest update. They also added password manager support, but unfortunately they forgot to configure it properly so that it knows to accept passwords for erieinsurance.com logins. The good news is that once you manually select your login credentials from your password manager you can enable Touch ID and don’t have to do it again. I would really like a way to save ID cards within the app for fast ID card access, right now it takes about 8 clicks plus a little loading time to get from home screen to ID card, should be more like 2-3 clicks. Glad to see the app improving though, hopefully additional improvements in the works.

    It's nice to have quick access to the Vehicle ID cards. The inability to save a payment process is not helpful. Having to have my banking info on hand when wanting to make a payment on the fly keeps me from making a payment on the fly. Not very mobile.

    Downloaded, installed and tried to sign in received error, reset password tried again still unable to sign in tried 4 times to sign in and unable to. Removed the trash app. Updates seem to have fixed the app I haven't fully used it yet but appears to work fine. The one thing I noticed my payment info isn't up to date I paid my bill in full and the app isn't updated.

    ABOUT TIME!!! Its about time they FINALLY have an app. I will only give a 3 stars bc you can't start a claim or even call/request roadside assistance thru the app, you still have to actually call in 🙄 I hope they progress with future improvements 🙏

    Ever since the latest update, app won’t open. Shows the blue Erie logo screen but won’t progress beyond that. Also cannot find way to contact the developer to get fixed. Takes me to the insurance company site.
