Shpping made easy!
Aug 10, 2017 Aplicatia e destul de fluenta, functia search fara adaugarea unor extra filtre, iti arata toate bazaconiile din magazin ce contin aceleasi litere, in rest ok! -

Dec 22, 2017 Aplicația este foarte stabilă. Funcțională... Are majoritatea opțiunilor unui website de magazin online... Iar pe iPad e modul favorit de a folosi emag. Un singur detaliu enervant pentru mine este bannerul "activează notificările" care apare in mod constant in aplicație la fiecare acțiune de salvare în favorite/liste. Îmi sare efectiv in ochi de fiecare dată. Nu vreau să activez notificările permanent. Îmi ajung mailurile cu oferte de la emag. Am și așa destule aplicații dezactivate pentru că abuzează această funcționalitate. more -

Foarte neplacut faptul ca lista se actualizeaza tot timpul cu primul item (ex. daca s-a sters item 10, reiei lista de la item 1) more -
Apr 19, 2021 I enjoy the app. I have also Genius and on promotion days it takes forever to add the voucher but in rest it's nice. I also have a 50 lei voucher that i can't use on anything lately and it's going to expire soon. All in all i enjoy the app but there are some places where i still struggle due to the app not working. more -

Or if I have 2 products I might have 2 distinct delivery fees. The user experience around that couls be enhanced - for instance, in a cart with 3 products, if 2 can be picked up for free and the other one not, it will default to a costly delivery for each. I purchased via 3 different orders to avoid delivery fees more

Online Shop that does not the consumers laws!!!
Nov 12, 2018 I made a purchase and after receiving the an unfuctional product, after sending it back for repair and waiting for 1 month I do not have the product or my money back! This online shop does not respect the consumers rights! -
Apr 6, 2021 Horrible experience to add vouchers especially on promotion days. When I search for something and lock the device(or just put the app in background) and unlock it, I get 'poor internet connection' error and I am redirected to home Page and I Haven to search again. Very unsatisfying customer support. They are never able to help on the spot, and sometimes even after many tries they don't get back with answers. Embarasing for such big business not to be able to invest in a propper app and CS more -
Mar 26, 2021 I got lied to! I received a notification that a product that's in my favourites has a smaller price and when I opened the notification the product had the same price that it had for 2 years. It's not ok to lie to your clients 🤬. -

Jul 12, 2020 Nu exista un buton care sa te ducă la plata cu cardul de la banca pentru a introduce nr sms eliberat de banca. In felul acesta plata este blocată de banca iar tranzacția nu se face .Sper sa Rezolvați problema ca este in avantajul vostru ca vinzator! more -

Dec 27, 2019 Ar fi foarte bine daca a-ti aduga produse mai multe din gama produse alimentare , sucuri! Faptul ca plasezi o comanda si parintii trebuie sa astepte si doua saptamanii pentru ca comanda vine pe rand, nu prea ajuta cu nimic! Dar ce sa facem ne Multumim si serviciul asta, atunci cand esti foarte departe de casa, si vrei sa faci o surpriza celor dragi ramasi acasa. more -

What’s Groovy
I generaly use the desktop website to place orders as I am an old guy but I tried it via the app this time and it worked like a charm. Easy to navigate, all options are still available and very fast.

What’s Subpar
You have the freedom to get your retina burned when ordering late at night. Be warned: dark mode can't even be forced by the system on the app if you have android 10+ . It blows my mind how you don't have dark mode implemented in 2021.
