    Ive been waiting for awhile to see a more modern looking mobile application from Edward Jones. Needless to say they’ve knocked it out of the park with this new application. It’s so much more simplified, looks much cleaner, and allows me to integrate my external accounts to see my entire portfolio in a single dashboard as it relates to my overall financial goals. I also love the ability to communicate and send docs securely to my advisor.

    Very intuitive and streamlined - useful information and ability to track and see goal progress, as well as contact my branch team are just a few of the many improvements. I’m sure with updates along the way, the EDJ mobile app will be a top contender in the space. Great job!

    I have had this app for about a year now and when I first day it it wouldn’t let me make transactions to move money around at first. That was fixed eventually by an update and it was working very good after that but recently there was an update that had a bug in it that every time I open the app it goes to a black screen and closes the app automatically. Haven’t been able to check my accounts for a few weeks now. Update I deleted it about 3 time and finally it worked again it is a good app and allows you to do a lot but some small bugs here and there.

    What used to be a simple and streamlined app designed for you to check in on your information is now a cluster of superfluous information and unneeded text. Yes, this is more like the desktop version now - with all the information from the desktop crammed into a tiny screen. The beauty of the old app is that it was formatted for your phone and supplemented the desktop version. Now I suggest just deleting the app and logging in through the computer (it’ll be a much cleaner, easier-to-read experience).

    Being able to find the research that is available on the desktop website is still missing!!!! I can’t see if Edward Jones rates something as a buy or how many stars Morningstar gives on stock. This drives me crazy. Now I can’t even log onto the desktop version because when I try it just opens the app.

    App is greatly improved but I’m not going to use it until they simplify login by letting those fields access password app integrations through the keyboard. As someone who is responsible with creating different passwords for all services, I let a password manager store my credentials and it’s essential that services I log into be able to access that database of stored credentials.

    Had a good thing going now with the new update it has to much going on. If I wanted this much info I would just get on my computer the phone app was great for a quick check of what was happening with my portfolio. Now it takes too long to find what you need and has way too much going on. (K I S S)

    EJ removed essential functionality that enabled the user to customize periods and generate rates of return for those periods, which readily facilitated comparisons to widely published market performance metrics. I’m sure as I continue to work with this poor excuse of an update that I will find other things that have been removed. What a disappointment.

    I have had this app for about a year now and when I first day it it wouldn’t let me make transactions to move money around at first.     Update: For all that are having the black screen/crashing issue - delete and reinstall the app. Just updating didn't work for me, but I reinstalled the app and now it works! Original: This app has never worked for me - I open it up, I see a black screen with a yellow band at the top, and then it crashes and I'm back to my home screen. I've had the app for months, always updating with the hope that with the next update it would be fixed. No luck thus far. (I'm on an iPhone 8, which I would assume is supported)

    I would use the app daily several times just checking to see if the market was up or down. Now I click on it and it is black. I am using an I pad, do not have a smartphone. I hate to say it but I hope whomever messed this up has nothing to do with our money! It is now Wed and I just tried it and it works today. Thank you. One thing, I could not see where to find my EJ MasterCard amount on here, what I owe. When I check from my desktop it is right there for me to see. Thanks for getting this fixed.

    The zero stars review is badly off. The app works fine, account data are accurate, messaging works, accounts outside of Edward Jones can be linked, funds can be transferred into or out of accounts from external financial institutions. I have been using the app almost daily for years and never have had any problems. Would like real time quotes and ability to include cash value in insurance policies in my retirement calculation.

    It's a nice investment app however I wish it was updated to more than a skin for their mobile web site. The left menu is a little buggy as sometimes it will kick me to my two factor verification and then somehow loses my login cookie. Would love for them to add Touch ID so that I don't need to get sent a text on my phone every time I use the app.

    I can view basic information on the app. But if I want to view my Edward Jones credit card information I have to go to “full site” which is very tiny and to enlarge it makes it extremely difficult to see the full page. It is not created for a phone app. I was wishing they could make a separate credit card app so I could put it in my “finance app” folder. But the overall app needs to be reviewed by someone who has seen how other financial institutions have made their apps.

    For those complaining about the remember login the full website doesn't do this either. Some apps won't remember login credentials which is actually more secure but can be a pain. I'd like to see them add TouchID login. Things were running ok for me but when I tried accessing some of my stock information it just had a spinning thing. I can get to this info on the full website and used to get it on the app. They changed their main website which looks like it's messed up mobile app.

    I enjoy using this app for the convenience but it isn't convenient when you have to answer a security question every time. Why I'm I getting logged off when I open my calculator app while in the Edward Jones app? That's extremely frustrating. Either include a calculator in the EJ app or stop logging me out to use the other app. I Agee with the other comments about the finger print log on. PLEASE update this app and allow the Finger Pint log on!

    While the app worked well for quite a while without problem, the latest update has resulted the app to be useless. While the app deciding to not save my user name was annoying, it then decided to not recognize my password. When I reinserted it, the app cleared the user id and password then began transitioning to the sign in screen over and over without allowing me to enter anything.

    I would like to begin with mentioning that I love my Edward Jones office that I deal with. They are wonderful and have always treated me well. Sadly, this app is well below average. The have recently updated it, and it's visually better in some ways, but the reliability is way worse in my experience. Recently, I tried to make 2 transfers and in trying to make those transactions I was logged out of my account 4 different times. It logs you out if you navigate away from the app. Comparing this app to the Chase Bank app is where this app really falls apart. It doesn't feel like a native iOS experience. It feels like a bunch of hacked together web views which do not provide a solid experience. It is sad that a financial institution which makes and holds so much wealth is not able to put together something better than this. I work as a UX and UI designer and this app does neither really all that well. I really hope this gets better.

    The app is cool and shows me what I am looking for. The only issue is that most of the time it refuses to start. It says that "This version of the app is no longer supported. Go to the app store and download the latest version ". And when you click on the provided button to go to the app store, the app store says that the app does not exist. One has to search for it in the search box. And when one finds it, it shows that the version installed is the latest. The only way to fix it is to un install the app and reinstall it. Then it works à few times and starts saying that the app is no longer supported again, and the whole mess restarts. Please fix this. It is very annoying that a company that I trust with my retirement money cannot have a decent app that works as expected.

    Even though you check the slider to enable Face ID, the option does not persist after login or after logout. No matter how many times I enable that option I am unable to keep that selected. Also no integration with 1Password? Why? Having to copy and paste my password is insecure. What would be great is if Face ID would work.

    The new version 4.0 and above (several updates already because this version wasn’t tested) is horrible. I’m so angry! Even the sign on has changed for the worst. When I’m able to sign on, it crashes. HORRIBLE UPDATE — LET ME GO BACK TO THE VERSION WHICH NEVER HAD A PROBLEM and was a reliable app!
