    I would use the app daily several times just checking to see if the market was up or down. Now I click on it and it is black. I am using an I pad, do not have a smartphone. I hate to say it but I hope whomever messed this up has nothing to do with our money! It is now Wed and I just tried it and it works today. Thank you. One thing, I could not see where to find my EJ MasterCard amount on here, what I owe. When I check from my desktop it is right there for me to see. Thanks for getting this fixed.

    Update: For all that are having the black screen/crashing issue - delete and reinstall the app. Just updating didn't work for me, but I reinstalled the app and now it works! Original: This app has never worked for me - I open it up, I see a black screen with a yellow band at the top, and then it crashes and I'm back to my home screen. I've had the app for months, always updating with the hope that with the next update it would be fixed. No luck thus far. (I'm on an iPhone 8, which I would assume is supported)

    Update: for anyone with new Xs or similar, delete the app and re-install newest version and it will work! ____________________ My older iPhone 6 died and I purchased a new iPhone XS. Prior to the issue with iPhone 6, I had no issues with launching and utilizing the app. The app no longer comes up with the new phone. I used this app daily. And yes, I have the most up to date version of the EJ app. This is very disappointing. Please notify your clients of the fix ASAP. Major inconvenience

    When will they make the app (iPhone xr) look like the full website option? I go to the settings and at the button select full site. This looks amazing, goals, performance videos, my team, maybe even a watch list. What I would expect the app to look like, can we get this going? Your so close to this being just about perfect.

    While the app worked well for quite a while without problem, the latest update has resulted the app to be useless. While the app deciding to not save my user name was annoying, it then decided to not recognize my password. When I reinserted it, the app cleared the user id and password then began transitioning to the sign in screen over and over without allowing me to enter anything.

    This is by far the WORST iPhone app I had on my device in 2020 (until recently deleting due to its ineffectiveness). This application is in desperate need of a redesign, and frankly speaking does not work. Inaccurate account data, inability to view and sign documents from your advisor, it creates compatibility issues with other apps and attempts to become the default app for completely unrelated processes, the list goes on with bugs and crashes. I have yet to use the application for any task without it crashing multiple times, and me ultimately giving up. To go on, if you're looking at this application to vet EJ as a partner because you want an informative, intuitive, and powerful mobile application for investment planning and management; then EJ is not the partner for you. While I must say im very happy with my advisor, this is a major stain on their brand in todays day of intuitive digital investment tools especially when considering their comparatively expensive account fees.

Can the developer please fix the bug under portfolio - when you click a portfolio to see it’s performance/ Detail there’s no way to scroll down through your list of stocks to see actual performance to what the cost of the stock was when you bought it. This should be the default view not “current” because it’s irrelevant for the stock performance to be measured over the previous close price. 2. Can’t the app include getting the Edward Jones analyst reports (just like the website). Would be very helpful to research stocks while mobile & not have to pull out my laptop to do so. Then talk to my advisor. 3. Graphs - need more technical graphs to track market forces on a stock & whether it’s a good value e.g 200 day moving average plotted to 20 day with the stock price overplayed to see when gold crosses happened showing stock trend up or down.     I have had this app for the last couple of years and it’s waaaaay behind the times. In fact, this app has had virtually zero operational updates to make it better, more features, etc. How is that possible?! For a financial company in this day and age, Edward Jones NEEDS to do better! I have emailed corporate about the clunky-ness of this app and they need to make it better. They sent me a nice letter (yes, an actual paper letter in the mail - maybe that should tell you something) about how much the value my input.... sure they do. They value my input about as much as they value the App rating. This app would be fine.... if it was 2010.

    What have you done to the mobile site??? When I go in, none of the items on the side bar are showing, so I can’t go to individual items, like transfer funds, documents, deposit checks, etc. I had no problem with your site until I upgraded to an iPhone 11 last week. My old iPhone 6 still shows the site completely. Apparently your latest update only made things worse. Please fix this so the items in the side bar are showing!!!

    The app is just unusable for most tasks. It frequently logs me out completely, making the FaceID or TouchID not work either. The login also does not use keychain password access. The app hasn’t been redesigned in over 2 years (bug fixes do not count). The app crashes periodically, doesn’t allow for digitally signing documents, or easily communicating with your broker. Their mobile website is almost as bad, really they beat usage for EJ online is a desktop web browser. I often consider leaving Edward Jones because of their lack of user friendly technology.

    Works better than my bank app did plus I can contact my advisor straight from the app. Deposit checks and works great with all iPhone and Apple devices. I checked against my statement and it is both real time and accurate. I need the bank info to download to Quicken and QuickBooks.

    I downloaded the app at the recommendation of my advisor. I was able to us it to easily deposit a check. It allows me to message my advisor and check my accounts and is much more convenient for me than logging in through my computer.

    I have an iPhone XR and just upgraded to iOS 12.1.4. I was a bit apprehensive about about downloading this app based on the recent reviews, but it is working great for me. Perhaps some of the reviewers need to update their operating systems or the issues have been fixed.

    In general I like the application, it provides a lot of information at my fingertips. I use the iPhone application to monitor several accounts. When viewing account details, it would be nice if I could switch accounts by tapping on the title bar instead of reloading the accounts summary.

    This app does not allow you to view market research which I find extremely disappointing. It’s 2020, and phones are far more powerful and capable than ever before. With that said, it should be possible to do anything on the app that you could do on the website. (Adobe has an app for working with pfds.) I shouldn’t have to login separately to the website to view research.

    It has been about 2 weeks with the Black Screen. I called Tech Services..they said they are working on it. Edward Jones and there staff are great, I have been a client for over 10 years. But I sure wish they would fix there App. 2nd review: It has now been over a month, still the same. Black Screen. Maybe time to think about moving my account! March 10,2019. Do they have an IT Dept. or is is subbed out? Come on guys “fix it” 3rd review: Over 2 months. Still Black Screen. I spoke to Customer Support,I spoke to tech support, a Ticket was opened at there IT section So they say. No change, nothing,just a run around. I spoke to my financial advisor. He was unable to help. (Great with my money but tech problems,don’t go near E J) It is just a funny story, that a company as BIG as Edward Jones can’t get this problem fixed. I am looking a Fidelity & prudential. I wish there was a rating lower than “0”.

    This is the only place I could find to provide feedback on the recently redesigned website. I do not have time to call and be put on hold, and there’s no online contact form. When the website redesign rolled out a few weeks ago, I lost all access to the details of my annuities. The website provides a message “An error occurred when retrieving your account data. We are working on a resolution...”. Please work harder on a resolution, as I’m about to close this account!
