  • Redesign is nice but removed features May 10, 2021

    By D_Roam
The new redesign looks great and brings a few improvements, but it removed two of the features that I looked at the most often. First, on the front page used to be a graph that showed the total over time of all your Edward Jones accounts. Now this is gone and nowhere to be found. And second, while there’s still an individual graph for each account that you can go in and look it, it only shows the total balance for the account over time; it used to show the total balance AND how much you’ve added/withdrawn over time, so you could actually see how much your investments have returned/lost over time. Now this insight is gone. I hope both of these features will be returned soon.
  • Not liking upgrade Apr 30, 2021

    By iamshoo
This app seems geared for users that are planning for retirement. As someone currently living in the retirement years, I don’t have an interest in the goals section but it’s very prominent and there is no way to turn it off. This upgrade has also done away with my favorite feature which was the graph that showed performance history of the total of all my Edward Jones investments. I can still see the performance of individual accounts, but I can’t find the summary graph anywhere. It’s just gone.
  • Huge Improvement! Mar 25, 2021

Ive been waiting for awhile to see a more modern looking mobile application from Edward Jones. Needless to say they’ve knocked it out of the park with this new application. It’s so much more simplified, looks much cleaner, and allows me to integrate my external accounts to see my entire portfolio in a single dashboard as it relates to my overall financial goals. I also love the ability to communicate and send docs securely to my advisor.
  • Much needed overhaul! Mar 24, 2021

    By RBowe1634
Very intuitive and streamlined - useful information and ability to track and see goal progress, as well as contact my branch team are just a few of the many improvements. I’m sure with updates along the way, the EDJ mobile app will be a top contender in the space. Great job!
  • Latest version login issues Jul 25, 2021

    By championunderdog
I have the latest version and cannot get past the login screen. I’ve done everything, deleted and redownloaded the app, updates my iOS, changed password on website, rebooted phone. Nothing. Says loading and then just sits on login screen and never opens the actual app. So new version seems buggy.

Being able to add outside assets is awesome! I love to see everything in one place. This is going to make reaching our goals so much easier. Having the ability to electronically sign documents is a huge time saver.

Thanks for making the much needed improvements to your app. It’s now better than Fidelity’s. Quick and simple access to the info I need most with the fewest number of clicks. Bravo!
  • Updated User Experience Mar 23, 2021

The app is now more modern and easier to use. Glad to see that they have upgraded it and made the experience better for clients.
  • Vast Improvement Apr 29, 2021

This is a huge improvement over the past iterations. I like that I can see my goals and that I can easily see performance by account and by investment.
  • I regret updating. May 10, 2021

    By Dain Unicorn
When you update, the app purges your cached details, forcing a fresh login (and a trip through the recover user ID and password system). It’s an unnecessary hassle that most banks do not put you through anymore with two factor authentication being accepted and commonplace. The new user experience is geared towards millennials and the younger ‘need fancy charts and flashy graphics’ set. Feels like the UX team took the worst possible lessons from the Robinhood App and applied them to what used to be an excellent UX. This edition is bloated with undesired features, and nags me bad enough I am seriously considering cashing out and seeking a more respectful investment firm.

  • Took away the top 2 things I used it for May 25, 2021

    By Heybunger
Previously, I could see my total value across all accounts. That’s now gone. I’d also use it to track performance of each account with the nice visual showing difference between my contributions and acct value over time. Now that is gone and replaced with a completely useless “performance” graph that makes it seem like a contribution of my own money to my own acct was a “gain”. 2 stars since now I can finally navigate between accts, which was previously next to impossible.
  • An improvement but far from great Apr 2, 2021

    By Luppoe
An improvement but far from great. Why do we need a pie chart showing how we are invested stocks, mutual funds,..? A more usable chart would show equity, fixed income, cash, international... and how we are doing compared to our investment strategy. We shouldn’t have to ask for this information it should be available all the time. We should be able to see it for each account and any combination we choose. The 1st screen should have the total investment figure at the top instead of having to scroll down to see it. We need a tool to see what mutual funds are available to be held in an account. That tool also needs to provide research information so we can determine if it is right for us. This might not work in the mobile application but would in the website. Edward Jones is way behind in providing the tools their clients need.
  • Too Much Clutter Apr 9, 2021

    By btnapp
What used to be a simple and streamlined app designed for you to check in on your information is now a cluster of superfluous information and unneeded text. Yes, this is more like the desktop version now - with all the information from the desktop crammed into a tiny screen. The beauty of the old app is that it was formatted for your phone and supplemented the desktop version. Now I suggest just deleting the app and logging in through the computer (it’ll be a much cleaner, easier-to-read experience).
  • Bring Back the old First page May 20, 2021

    By Cii Bii
I do not like this new redesign. It screams at me that my goals are not on track when that is based on one meeting and my goals have changed. I am more interested in the chart of all my accounts and growth over time. It has disappeared and now I can’t find the balances of my separate accounts. What good is this if you can’t get the information you need. Bring back the accounts. Thank you.

The new app has some nice new features added to it, but at the expense of what I looked at most often...the graphs of what each account has gained/lost over the life of the account in comparison to amount invested. Also the graph that showed a total of all accounts is completely gone. Please bring these features back.
  • Was a good app not anymore May 7, 2021

Loved this app until a week ago, now every time I log in I get 4 email messages says Touch ID has been turned off. I never set it up & don’t intend to. I’ve called Edward Jones they tell me it’s a known issue but a week later no fix & a mail box full of Touch ID messages, reinstalling app dosent fix it. Programmers just can’t leave a good app alone, listen to you users. I’m back to using safari browser
  • Not a fan Jun 19, 2021

Not a fan of the new app. The previous app was much better with much more usable information and didn’t look like at was trying to appeal to a child. Also, this app has other balances that make the total appear larger on the main total. The option to get percentages & graphs on an account my multiple date ranges instead of 3 set choices. This should be a business app not a kids game app!
  • Research Apr 19, 2021

Being able to find the research that is available on the desktop website is still missing!!!! I can’t see if Edward Jones rates something as a buy or how many stars Morningstar gives on stock. This drives me crazy. Now I can’t even log onto the desktop version because when I try it just opens the app.
