This is a total SCAM!!!! I booked for 2 and they set me with 2 different airlines. My flights were canceled one way and its been over 3 months and they can not assist me. I called the airline and they can book me on another flight because edreams wouldn't cancel the first one. Now I'm stuck with canceling the other one way ticket and paying additional fees and Edreams says they have nothing to do with this. I have to contact each airlines. Not to mention you can't reach a human.

DON'T DO IT! Bought a room with "free cancellation". Needed to cancel, they took my request. 3 months and several contacts with their "customer service" by chat, email, phone and kept being told this was processing. "You will receive an email in 24-48 hours" Now being told that actually there was no free cancellation policy with the hotel. And they are keeping 100% of the room fee. Of course they were banking on it being past the date which I can dispute the charge with the credit card company.

more lessAll of the negative reviews are spot on! The company is a complete sham. They don’t obey their own policies. They seem to be based abroad, which probably protects them from fraud lawsuits. I booked a flight and then cancelled it two hours later because I found a better deal. They claimed to have a 24 hour cancellation window. I have an email confirming my cancellation time. They refunded just the $50 for a $700 flight. When I called to ask, different people gave different answers. One person was a complete ahole and said that 24 hours doesn’t mean 24 hours, but that it is calendar day, India Standard time! So even though I book a flight US EST, if the time in India when I book is 11:59pm, then I only have 1 min to cancel because when it hits 12:01am, my cancellation window has closed! Another person admitted to me that I made the cancellation in a timely manner, but that their back office delayed contacting the airline and that they didn’t want to eat the cost for their mistake. A third person stated that I needed to contact Swiss air directly because they don’t do those sorts of things! I did call Swiss air and after spending two hours on hold, they told me that the ticket was never booked or charged by eDreams! The crooks are just trying to steal money! I’ve filed a complaint with the US Dept of Transportation. These crooks should not be allowed to operate in the US!

This rating is for this deceptive company rather than the App to warn others from booking with them. This company might as well remove their customer service department as they will not solve any issues. My booking was done half way though they charged the full amount. The phone service won't even take your call if your flight date is not immediate. Their chat service agents seem like bots as you get the same standard messages that someone is looking into the issue and they will get back in 72 hours. They wouldn't even tell you that the issue can't be resolved, so that you can make alternate plans. I lost a lot of time hoping the issue is resolved before booking the rest of my flights at a much higher price. Don't walk but run away from booking with them. They straight out steal your money.

more lessThe lack of customer service I received from this company is extremely sad. It has been 6 months since I require a refund on my trip that was cancel. It is very disappointing to write this review because not only am I missing the money from this trip but we also wasn’t able to go on our vacation and now having the hassle of trying to get someone from this company to assist me is becoming very time consuming. Our vacation started in December just a four day weekend the airline cancel that vacation and we had to wait about 6 hours in the airport just to see if we were able to receive a refund but we were told that this company used a different credit card and the refund was going to be transferred to their credit card not me credit card. Now they’re trying to blame it on the airline saying that it’s taking the airline more than three months to issue a refund. But in the airport I will I was going to get my refund if it hadn’t been for them using a different credit card than the one I provided now I’m left paying interest rates on my credit card and this company doesn’t respond they have only sent me to ((Kris! I'm a chat robot)) One word of advice do not get this app do not purchase airline ticket from this company they do not care for their customers.

FRAUDULENT SCAM No costumer service. DONT USE THIS It's been a year since I cancelled and still haven't received my refund. This is the worst company ever. They're a bunch of thieves. I will share my experience with everybody.

I didn't booking any service at month July 2022, but deduction money from my account USD $60, very seriously problem. Don't trust this app. Very Terrible problem. Stolen money from account bank person.

terrible experience, I booked the ticket and went to check in the ticket was not shown on the system so I had to book another one directly on the agencies site, I lost the whole amount though I cancelled my flight with e dreams, after I reached my destination using another reservation I check the application and they stated that my booking is processing. I am still waiting for the total fees deduction Very bad application. They took 75 $ for subscriptions that must be free for one year!!

Just as bad as everyone says. The cheap prices are a lie and you'll not get what you paid for. In my case I had to pay some stuff twice... Go anywhere else.

Does this app even work? It seems to, but I consistently get a message: "Something happened and we can't continue with this booking. Please repeat your search or try a new one." Regardless of which option I try my search shows the same results and the same error when I try to select any, which makes completing a booking impossible for me.

Poor Customer friendliness. Right from its interface, the app is very unfriendly especially with regards to customer service through messaging or call when faced with a technicality. I have tried a "million" times with no access to have a booking go through with the message "your connection was interrupted in this search, try another search!!". The most boring thing is the useless chatbox with unhelpful messages which keeps taking you back an forth. It is only meant for one who has "booked".

Nearly twice more $ than booking directly
more lessI thought I was booking thru Kayak. When I chose a Frontier round trip, suddenly I was working with eDreams instead, though within the Kayak app. I expected the low price of the flights to be added to with luggage fees, etc. My total cost after paying for luggage, customer service fees- what??!!- was $220. Okay. Then I received confirmation emails from both eDreams and Frontier. Frontier total cost was $136. So it seems to me that I was scammed into paying an additional $84, which was charged to my card immediately. Very disappointing. I guess the point of eDreams is to act as a sort of airline concierge, as they check you in automatically. This was not made clear when I was simply attempting to book an inexpensive flight.

more lessThere is a pop up at the top middle of the screen that says 'Tell us how you are enjoying the app' and the only button to click on says 'I like it'. This is not the place to ask for feedback. Wait until I use the app to ask. As I was adding in the 'Stored Travelers' area, after I put all the info in the fields, the app crashed loosing my info. There is incorrect info being pulled up in the app. IAD is not in Arlington County. This is probably not the apps fault. It is probably pulling info from elsewhere. The developers were quick to contact me about my original review. Unfortunately the link to contact them directly only took me to the main web site. On the plus side: It did correctly retrieve my reservation when I asked it to, so that works. It seems to be maintaining the correct data in my stored travelers area.
