Difficult to use
Jan 21, 2020 The user interface is old and difficult to use. I’ve reset my password multiple times and it keeps saying i have the wrong password. Making it impossible for me to be able to use it for class. Please please please invest the money to make this accessible otherwise everyone will be turned off by the portal you use to secure this content and keep eating until obesity kills the planet.more -
Sep 1, 2019 This app needs to be changed ASAP! The highlight function it's horrible! Please make it more like the highlight in programs like Adobe. I am not kidding when you highlight you are just drawing a yellow line. On top, of that it gets deleted if by mistake you close the tab. It is very time consuming when you are trying to read a book for school. The scrolling up and down, zooming in and out and flipping pages functions are very confusing. Please, make the functions of this app more friendly and similar to Adobe/pdf. I wish I would have know before buying my ebook. I regret it so much. I am the type of person who prefer paper books over electronic copies. If you are reading a book for a class and need to take notes and highlight, please buy the paper version! Edit: I have read and highlighted the same page three times. Every time I press save, it deletes all my highlights!!!!more -
Bought books that now don’t work
Feb 16, 2020 I attempted to log into the books I bought and it now says there is a download error and will not allow me to access the 3 books I BOUGHT already! -
Apr 1, 2019 This is the worst app on the market! I only gave it a rating bc I was obliged to. It's bad enough that we can't access valuable academy content EXCEPT by using their app, but then it doesn't even work!! It's a total waste of money. I can't log in on any device except my phone, and the app is not designed to adapt to reading on a tiny phone screen. Awful!!more -

What’s Subpar
App will not let me log in, even when using the same log in information as the website. Very dissapointing, I don't think the ebooks can be accessed any other way. I just wasted around $80 on an ebook for a course I'm in that I may not be able to use.

I purchased my book through my membership and now it will not let me log in through the app. Disappointed. -

Login issues on new mobile phone
I have used this app with my previous phone, but with my new phone I can’t login since I did not memorize my username. There is no “forgot username” function, and the “forgot password” function is useless in cases like this. There is no contact for support, and troubleshooting page proved unhelpful.
