Oct 5, 2020 I purchased the plan online and its not letting me sign in to the app with the same info, is asking me to make a new account and purchase the plan again. Please fix it 🙏 -

What’s Groovy
I like the app so far. The meal plans were on sale when I got it. I only paid $66 for a 12 month plan. It looks very simple too. I cant wait to start it. Never did keto before but I have heard good things.

What’s Subpar
I thought the grocery list was a very handy feature, but it is incomplete and not specific enough to completely understand which type of meats you should be buying (for example-smoked salmon vs raw salmon). The recipe descriptions also do not match the pictures. It will tell you to cube meats, and the pictures will leave them whole, altering your cook time. Recipes also, more often than not, call for 1.5 eggs. Most importantly, I found countless errors in just 1 week, and when I inquired about a refund (listed in app as a 14 day satisfaction guarantee) I was refused, and told to contact Apple directly.
