  • I love Dragonscapes 💗 Nov 13, 2020

It’s a really fun game and I really like it. And I would like to make a suggestions I would really like it if there were some more islands on the map with more dragons!!! 😆 but other than that I think it’s a really awesome outstanding magnificent game. Oh 😮 and I would like if there was even more types of adventures you could go on. (Even more than there already is.)

I don't think you should have to pay energy and coins in the laboratory to get things you need. Also it takes WAY too long to be able to build up dragon power. You should be able to sell your excess crops somewhere too. I'm saying like excess wheat, corn and such. Not things you have to work at making like pies and sugar.

  • Fun But Buggy Nov 24, 2020

    By KiraraLyoko
The gameplay itself is very fun and I will likely continue playing this. It definitely has its flaws. As other reviewers have said, there are bugs. I used gems to activate pre-placed bombs on an island but it didn’t go off. Now I’m out my gems and am attempting to get them back from the help line. Also, as most energy-based games go, in the beginning I was swimming in energy. But as I got further into the game, it became harder to come by. There are some opportunities to get more whenever you need it, and if you follow the Main quest line, it might be enough for you to continually play. But with the current Thanksgiving event going on, you can’t seem to get enough. There aren’t many ways in the event to earn energy and even when you earn it, it’s gone far to quickly with little to show for it. On top of that, there is so little energy with such a high demand of items. I may need to chop down 3-4 80 energy trees to get enough wood to build a specific thing for the event. That amount of energy alone would mean entering the game every hour and a half for an entire afternoon and dumping all the acquired energy into those trees. In conclusion, it needs some work but is a fun game worth playing.

It's a fun little game. Good graphics and an interesting storyline. There is a ton of stuff to do. Biggest issue (the only one really) is energy. There's never enough and you're given such a small amount that accomplishing anything will take forever. You can buy energy with money, but it's not anywhere near fair. I understand the devs need to make money, but what they're asking is highway robbery prices. If you want a quick 10 minutes once a day game then this is for you otherwise move on.

The game isn't balanced out to be anything but a "pay us for very little progress" game. Every object you remove with energy costs too much and events that require you to spend that energy are absurd in concept. Right now, they're advertising 800 energy (plus gems and a single dynamite) for $11. To put this in perspective, that would allow you to clear less than 20 trees, or 8 large ore deposits. That's it. Maybe 2 mins worth of gameplay for $11. Decent game, functions well, just unbalanced.

  • Fun base game Dec 19, 2020

    By Khonsu5
The base game is a lot of fun, having your home island, exploring others islands, hatching dragon eggs, creating different foods and items and doing quests. The game falls apart with its events however. Unless you spend money on them, they are near impossible to complete. On top of that, they punish higher levels by making them much harder to do quests by requiring items you “should” have unlocked but probably won’t, unless you’ve spent money, because even devoting a lot of time to the game still means you progress slow since you are limited by energy. This game is not casual friendly in its current state, and does not give a huge incentive to spend money as it feels more required to make the game feel complete, instead of making you feel good about supporting the game.

  • To many technical issues Dec 28, 2020

    By Maki2020hodges
I love the game itself and the concept but I have nothing but technical issues. I have contacted support and they tell me to do troubleshooting things like restarting my phone or the app. They tell me to restart my internet (which I cannot do if I’m using LTE but I try turning that of and on). They have even told me to link the game to an account and delete and redownload the game etc. nothing works and when I tell them that they don’t care they just say it’s fine on their end and say that it is just my phone that is the issue. Well I don’t have any issues with any other game on my phone. I feel like the technical support people are calling me a liar and that they don’t care about the users

Liked the game - then I went to another place- looking for someone- nothing but fog! Was instructed to place bomb to clear- everything froze! Can’t move bomb , character- nothing! Tried to pull up anything on the screen - again useless. I even took out a couple if other games- thinking the extra space might help- ( I’ll give you 3 guesses & the first 2 don’t count! Another way of saying not in your life will it allow me to do anything !) Not sure if it’s a game glitch - but if you could check it out- would LOVE to get back to playing it. If it starts acting right- I’ll change to 5 stars.

  • Fun at first But get another game this one is my worth it. Jan 14, 2021

    By Cad one oh oh
The game starts with a lot of potential. Graphics are good and characters whimsically fun. Plenty of energy to accomplish tasks. But as you get up in levels your energy is very quickly used up in just a few tasks. You can buy items/ gems/energy but at a very expensive price. The game also gives you items that help but they are few and far between. The value for money is extremely terrible. Even the daily rewards hardly make a difference. Every time you purchase an item it’s price rises exponentially. SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!

It a nice game a I liked playing it. But unless you like giving your money away don't bother. When you start out it's easy to get energy to play. But it's still not very long. The higher the level the shorter the play and the harder to get resources to make energy. Plus they also throw animals at you, that you have to "rescue" with your precious energy.

Endless adventures, endless activities, endless fun. This is absolutely the best game I have ever played. Some people complained about the cost for gems and energy, but if you are patient enough, you don't have to spend a buck to enjoy endless hours of gameplay.

It is like a blend of Pokemon, Merge, Tarzan and How to Train Your Dragon. Never played anything quite like it! FUN. Energy useage has not been much of a problem yet. I play once a day causally anyway. If I run out of juice I move on with life and do something else! Beautiful grapichs, I love building/planting and dragons are awesome. If you played Merge Dragons and wanted more adventure this is it right here. Highly recommended!

I love this game! You don't have to spend money. Ads aren't terrible. It's your choice to watch, but watching them does give you more energy or gems. This game gives you a ton of options to get more energy or gems with out spending money but had some pretty good deals if you choose to. I actually play it a couple of times a day. I like that even if you don't have full energy you can still start to cut something down. I've played games where you have to have full amt &that's more frustrating.

I love this game so far but I fear I won't be able to progress any further as I am now on Wind Island and stuck at a quest called demanding child. The only dragon flowers left on the map are stuck behind a gate that I can't open until I collect 2 dragon flowers. This is very frustrating. Do I have to start over? How can I do that? Hopefully someone can help me figure out how to fix this. Otherwise it's a cute easy to play game.

  • Lots of pros, 1 big con Nov 29, 2020

    By Becca*329
I’m really enjoying this game, but only like 3 days into playing have run into the major drawback, energy costs. The game looks great, works well and is interesting, but everything costs energy. It’s annoying to wait ours for energy to restore, then do like 2-4 things then have to wait again. Also, I’ve gotten all the fruit trees and dragon flowers I’m allowed, and I’ve got more dragon stamina then I can use. This is even with the island I’m exploring and an event island to use up some of it. Still, the game is enjoyable despite the frustration.

I absolutely love this game but i am stuck waiting for an island to open that has truffle trees. I sold truffles in the market to level up quicker amoungst other items without realising i will need them later to build buildings. I have learned now to use my inventory with much thought if i may need the items in the future, but i am still stuck for truffle trees! Maybe it would be helpful to install an online trade/buy shop into the game program so players can trade, sell and buy items needed?

Got this as was listed as offline/no internet. NOT SO! Won't even load without. Tethered to my cell data,it mostly works. I cannot access sugar mill, but everything else appears to work. Takes way to long to get energy built up to remove a tree in one go, or 2 rocks, etc. Way too many icons on screen begging for money. Still, a cute game. I'll probably keep playing another week or two... if energy builds faster, or things don't cost so much energy to harvest, I may play longer.

  • Buggy as all get out Jan 18, 2021

    By MinaBel
The demand for energy is all important in the game, but good luck ever getting any. The rewards literally work less than half the time. If you watch videos for energy or spins, they almost never actually give you the boosts you just wasted your time watching videos for but they still get that ad money. It has the potential to be a bit of fun and it’s cute, but I don’t see myself keeping the game much longer given how glitchy it is. There are plenty of other games like this on the App Store so there isn’t any reason to keep playing one so glitchy and impossible to progress in.

  • Very fun game, though it freezes a lot Jan 15, 2021

    By bon678
The game concept is wonderful. I do think that they should give more energy on a daily basis in order to complete actions. I also think that the upgrade of dragons should use less flowers since you don’t get a whole lot and they get expensive to buy. Otherwise, I’ve been playing this game for awhile now, it’s really addicting! Although if I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app for it to work, it’s kinda pointless to play. So I hope they fix that.

This game was a lot of fun at first. But as you get higher up in the levels, they don't actually upgrade your energy past 70. Most things take at least 50 sometimes 60 energy to wipe out. So you end up only having 2 minutes of gameplay and it takes a lot of resources to make anything. I went from enjoying this game to being really irritated with it.

  • Why am I seeing porn ads?! Jan 3, 2021

    By FlGS00
I honestly love this game, but watching ads to get more energy is necessary for making it playable. I don’t mind this when I see ads for similar games, but I’ve been looking for a way to block the inappropriately gory zombie game ads. Worse, today I was shown an ad for a pornographic game. As a woman, I’m offended that Apple even allows an app that exploits women in its store. It certainly shouldn’t be shown through a game advertised for children as young as four!

  • Progression is impossible Dec 20, 2020

    By Me24689642
This game is not balanced as far as making it possible to progress in the game without spending a fortune. Everything you do costs a ton of energy and drains energy. So you have to jump on and play for 2 seconds and then get off for an hour or two while you wait for energy to refill. Not being able to progress or make a difference without spending tons of money makes the game not fun but it had potential.
