    I never really used the website much but saw they had an app so I downloaded it. It was surprisingly useful and intuitive! This makes it really easy to track and analyze your power usage, see bills, check for power outages, etc... highly recommend getting this app!

    This app is very slick— head and shoulders above apps that I have used with other utility companies. My favorite feature is the usage summary. It has all the meaningful cuts of usage statistics that you could ever ask for.

    Every single time I try to use the app it tells me I have to update it, I've updated it over 5 times. If I wanted a long process every time I needed to check something, I'd just sign in using the internet... which I will be going back to because the app is inconvenient at this point.

    The app is ok & i can pay my bill no problem. The functionality of it is sucks. EVERYTIME I open the app another window appears telling you this app has expired & you need to DL it again. welllll you click it, it routes you to your play store & there it shows app w/ choice of unistall or open, AS ITS ALREADY BEEN DOWNLOADED smh. I have uninstalled & reinstalled after already opening it other times to the..exacttt sameee app 😐.please fix your bugs or get better IT help. Thx ✌

    I’ve tried several times and I can’t pay my bill. The app locks up, finally times out, and gives me a proxy error message. This is ridiculous! I was fine paying it online through a browser. Which by the way, isn’t working now either. I signed in there, it showed the recapcha verification, then it locks up and shows a proxy error message too. These issues need to be fixed and soon!! So disappointing from a major utility company that claims to be so technologically advanced, what a crock!

    In the past I would've given this app 4 or 5 stars for ease of use. Now your app sucks. Why are you bringing me to an identity verification screen with a phone number on it to call AFTER I verified my identity by successfully signing in with CORRECT login!? Happening on the browser/desktop version, too! Can't even view my account. App uninstalled. Now every time I want to make a payment I have to friggin call it in. Your update has ruined the app. Bye.

    It refuses to open saying I have the old app, which I don't I updated it a long time ago. So now I have to open the play store then re-enter to access my account. It's a small thing. But a really big quality of use thing.

    Bill Pay & Account Capability Good; Lacks Energy Consumption Features. I'd like to see at least 12 months worth of energy consumption history. The data already exists -- just needs to be implemented. If meters are read more often than monthly, that data should be made available via this app as well.

    What is the point in even allowing us an option to sign in with our fingerprint if every time you try to, it is not accepted? Also, your app does not do everything that it states it will.

    Updated app as required, still get told everytime that I try to sign in that my current version has expired. I have Uninstalled and installed the new app with same results. Incredibly annoying

    Im not able to log in. Keeps saying wrong password, i literally changed my password a million times. Thought i was going crazy for a second lol I dont mind using the browser to pay my bill... as long as i can do it online im good. I would prefer the app but i know how technology is.

    Keeps saying I need to update app when it is already updated. App used to be fine until the update. Now it sucks. Can't even use my finger print to log in. It makes me enter the password now.

    Complete dumpsterfire dealing with this company online. Can never log in and every attempt to reset either a user or password leads to a maintenence message or unnavailable at this time message. Just pay in person/ mail or over the phone.
