    I wasn’t a huge fan of Disney gobbling up so many great intellectual properties. That said, this service is EXTREMELY well priced when you look at all you have access to. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Pixar, Marvel MCU, National Geographic, and so much more. Oh yeah, and practically Disney’s entire catalogue, spanning almost 100 years now. Plus they’re adding new stuff all the time (Fox...), and the original content like The Mandalorian and the upcoming WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, means you’ll never run out of great things to watch! I’m serious about that too...the depth of content is strong with this one. When you consider it’s priced similarly to or less than almost any other premium streaming service, the mouse is unbeatable. You may or may not like the fact they’ve been collecting other studios like Thanos collecting pretty stones, but hey, if they hadn’t, you’d never have had an opportunity to subscribe to one service and get literally many of the biggest blockbusters and most beloved movies and television shows - animated and live action - ever made. Stop reading this and just subscribe already. I have an LG OLED TV, an AppleTV box, and an iPad Pro 12.9”, and watching on either device has never been a problem. I can’t speak for others, but this is pretty much the most glitch-free streaming experience I’ve ever had - it’s at least on par with Netflix, technically. Like I said, just get it, try it out, and see for yourself. Cheers.

    Disney+ is a pretty good app especially for hardcore Disney fans. But there are way too many issues for an app that you have to BUY. To begin, the volume quality is the worst for me. My hearing isn’t the best so I tend to turn the volume for things all the way up. I did this on my NEW computer, and NEW iPad and the volume was very low. The iPad volume was a bit better but still not as loud as I wanted and/or anticipated. Furthermore, it keeps recommending the same few amount of shows, movies etc. I want to be able to find new things to watch easier. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a hardcore Hamilton fan and I am pleased to see it on the main page, but everything else keeps getting recommended on and on and on. Continuing from Hamilton, this is not a necessary addition but I would like to see more musicals. It already has Hamilton and Newsies, and I enjoyed them the most out of anything on the app. But like I said this is an option and I know it’s meant for Disney things, that’s just what I want. There are a couple of more issues but I’m going to leave it on this final opinion, which is the 10 second fast forward button. Most of the time when I fast forward with the 10 second button the screen is just frozen. It happens on all of my devices and it’s quite annoying. Using the scroll bar with mostly my finger is not fun. That’s really all I have to say so I hope you, the reader take these notes into consideration. Take care!

    The have a lot of great stuff in the app but the app itself has a lot of bugs. When the screen pops up that says new episode, I try to press it but it does nothing. While playing a video, you have to be careful where you touch or else it will exit out of the video even if you touched nowhere near the back button. The play button buffers. Not the video, but the button itself. There are times when I want to pause the video/movie and I can’t because I have to wait for the play button to buffers. Sometimes the app just crashes for almost no reason. I’ll be watching something like The Simpsons and the app will just crash. Don’t get me wrong, it is not a bad app, it just needs some major improvements. They do have a lot of stuff on there. I personally have watch led a lot of their classic movies and the Disney+ originals. I recommend The World According to Jeff Goldblum and High School Musical: The Musical - The Series (i am a big High School Musical fan). I think Disney just needs to make some much needed changes to the app and fix all of the current issues. Also, in my opinion, they should add some of the ABC shows like Once Upon a Time or Blackish or Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. They should also make certain shows like The Simpsons the original aspect ratio. With certain older shows and movies, you miss some key details showing it in a 16:9 aspect ratio rather a 4:3 aspect ratio.

    Addendum: They added a continue watching and a recommended for you. Increased to 4 stars, now just waiting for new content to see how it goes. I got this app for the bew star wars stuff coming out which is awesome. And it has things from the vault, old cartoons. It has sub sections: star wars/disney/marvel etc. that being said. Theirs things to work on. Theirs no continue watching, you need to either add it to your current watch to the watchlist or search every time. And it wont always remember where you left off especially for shows itll just replay ep 1 however i havent had this issue with movies, it remembers my place most times. It freezes often requiring you to close and reopen the app(ps4) havent had freeze issues on tablet. Itll also freeze and then go back a minute replaying things as it tries to correct itself. The current library is very limited to older disney movies. As i believe other streaming oroviders have current contracts for certain movies they prolly wont be able to add them to disney+ till other hulu/netflix movies are done with their contracts example is a limited marvel movie selection. They have plans to add more shows/movies so i think itll be like netflix where they add and remove shows and movies. When its less buggy I’ll prolly give it 4-5 stars at that time.

    I LOVE this app and have really enjoyed introducing my kiddos to all of the classics! I feel like I am a kid again and am in 7th heaven when I come home and ALL of the Disney movies are just waiting for me! My kids love it and everyone has a new favorite show. All of our other streaming services have officially been forgotten so thank you Disney for saving my hard earned money and for putting all of the most amazing movies in one place!! Please do not remove older shows due to older views and fear of offending people. I love all Disney movies and appreciate them for what they were and acknowledge that views have drastically changed over the decades. Some items may be offensive, even to me as a African American woman but as so many other have pointed out these are better used as talking points for our children. We cannot alway run from the offensive history that we have, it happened, and it is better to learn from it than pretend like it has always been perfect (which it is far from perfect today). Also, I really hope we can an area that shows what we are “currently watching” and when I open up the movie it could have the bar that shows how much was completed. I know we have a “watchlist” but it doesn’t help having to search each time.

    I had given the app 5 stars because it has lots of fun movies and shows and I've been happy with it. Now it's down to 0/1 stars because it quit working. I keep getting a dark green screen with the first 1-2 sec of dialogue, and then I get an error message. If I can't use my subscription I'd like any money I've spent for the rest of the month returned, my subscription cancelled, and an explanation as to why it suddenly doesn't work. I believe this happened since the last update you did.

    I regret signing up for a 1 year membership. I hate Disney+. Every day, i have to fight with my apple tv to change the language back to English. It keeps changing it to Dutch or Italian. Sometimes I can get the language menu to work to fix it but sometimes the menu doesnt pull down and I'm left with a screaming child. I cant wait to cancel. DO THE ONE MONTH TRIAL. DONT SIGN UP FOR A YEAR OF FRUSTRATION FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. DISNEY+ SUCKS.

    Love the material the app brings but the the app itself needs some serious updates. For starters, it doesn't let you continue downloading shows when you close out of the app, it just pauses them until you have to open it again so that it will finish the download. Secondly, the app has a glitch in when you do download videos to watch offline later, when you open the app later away from connection, it says that you've been logged out and you can't watch anything that you spent time downloading.

    Does Not Work. Even after eating the cache and storage on my device, even after deleting the app and downloading again off of the Play Store the app won't even load. It's been weeks since I've been able to actually use it, and I've been hopeful that there would be an update after seeing as many negative reviews as I have, yet still there's nothing. Please fix your application.

    Fix your software Disney. Buy more servers Disney, Get more bandwidth Disney. I deserve a partial refund for how little I can actually use this app. Rarely can I even get to a title selection menu. Most of the time it's just waiting. Good luck trying to play anything current. This is unacceptable from a company with the financial capacity to put something proper in place with YEARS of watching others get going and learn from their mistakes. This is absolute garbage.

    “I Love how Disney + has all of the Star Wars movies, TV shows. I also love how Disney + has almost every Marvel movie, and I hope they are all on there someday! I also really like that Disney+ has all of the Disney TV shows, from the 90s, and all the way too 2020!! However, and I’m sure that you know this, but I hope that Disney + get the movies, The Incredible Hulk, Spiderman Homecoming, and I’m pretty sure that Disney+ will add Spiderman Far From Home, Dog With a Blog, and anything Else do you have yet to add. Oh, and how could I forget that the first thing I thought of when I heard of Disney+ was, I really hope that there are no adds, or commercials like, the app Disney Now, and I am glad that there aren’t any. I’m also looking forward to more movies, and shows, that Disney+ will create in the future. I think you’re doing a great job with all of your Disney+ originals, and I can’t wait for more. I also like how Disney+ is only $6,99 per week! Even thorough I got it for free, for an entire year, through Verizon. I’m also shocked that a streaming service like Disney+ would ever be created, but I’m so glad it was, and I couldn’t ask for anything better, then, Disney +! And this show’s every reason that I rated Disney +, five stars!”

    This app is SOOOOOO gnarly I love it so much and Disney is getting so big that they’ve bought marvel Star Wars fox (I think) but I hope they'll add bunk’d to it because bunk’d is my FAVORITE all time show ever and it has been for the past half of my life (literally half of my life IM NOT KIDDING!!!!) and I want them to add the new episodes to like the one with Peyton coming back, and the ones with Trevor, because like seeing how much the cast has grown is so awesome I mean like Malory when she started bunk’d she just looked like a little baby and now she like a teenager and like the same with Alejandro and Will. I love Disney+ so much and it has shown me shows And movies I’ve never seen before and ever since WandaVision came out any time there is a new episode I watch it three time till I know every word to it! I love Disney SOOOOOOOOOOOO much and I’ve watched bunk’d so much that when I’m watching it I’ll say what the actor is saying because I memorize their lines! I hope one day I’ll be able to act in a show for Disney because it is my DREAM!!!!!!!!!     Just kidding.. but really Disney+ may be a competitor to Netflix but since I started my free trial & now Verizon promotion subscription - my family & I have been watching Disney+ non-stop. Of course being that this is a new app there are some small bugs but nothing that isn’t going to deter a Disney fan from loving this app anyway! Some of the movies listed aren’t available until certain dates like January 1, 2020 or sometime in April but it’s not all of the movies and I think for the most part most the hit movies are available to watch. It would be nice to have an open platform with all the movies available but you know what? For only $6.99 a month you can’t beat that. Thank you Disney for being a millennial-friendly subscription - all your movies especially Pixar have grown with my generation in mind. We appreciate you! If you have a Verizon unlimited plan definitely enroll in the Disney+ promotion it is so worth it not only for those of you who have children but sometimes us adults need some Disney magic in our lives as well - pretty sure Walt Disney himself said something of that sort at one point. Don’t come for me if he didn’t but I’m pretty sure he did :)

    I wrote a review a couple months ago and they fixed things! The app was missing a couple tv shows but we’re making progress as far as getting them on Disney plus. Slowly but surely 😊! A couple problems I have is sometimes when I reload the app it won’t keep my place in the episode and I’ll have to reload a couple times to get it back to where I was. Also sometimes for no reason I can’t see the episode clearly. 😫 I really want to enjoy my sitcoms with no problems whatsoever. And there is one major problem that is getting on my nerves. Some of the shows I watch it’s incredibly obvious that the episodes are out of order. For example in Kickin’ it one of my favorite tv shows almost every episode in season two is out of order and a few of the episodes in season 3 and 4 of Kickin’ it are also out of order. I don’t know if this is a problem with just my device or if multiple people are having this problem but it is very aggravating. And it’s not just Kickin’ it I’m having this problem with a lot of other shows. For example it’s also a problem with Shake It Up, Austin and Ally, Bizaardvark, and Lab Rats. If it’s possible I really hope you can fix this about the app. Other than that totally love it!!! ❤️

    The streaming service is great, lots of choices for content, nostalgic and new, for any age. One thing that I don't like is, at present, you can not edit your viewing activities. This is annoying, not because I want to hide with I watch but because this service is bad for leaving finished shows or movies in your "continue watching" list. Or promoting you to continue mid show, episodes back from where you are. Given time it does seem to catch up and reset but it is at times annoying.

    I use Disney plus all the time to watch all of my favorite Disney shows and movies. There are a lot of problems that will HAVE to be figured out! But the one that upsets me the most, actually two or more: one; if I switch devices it will often forget where I was in an episode and restart it from the beginning forcing me to skip to where I left off. Also unlike a lot of other streaming platforms, there is no PROGRESS BAR per episode, to show how far you have watched through an episode. If you open the show it will not automatically place you in the season you are watching, you have to go and choose season and scroll to the correct one. On the mobile app there is no way to view episodes if you click on the resume watching box, unlike a lot of other platforms! My mobile device will also often not automatically play the next episode, when I was a kid I dreamed of the day it would automatically play the next episode and guess what everyone else has figured it out! I like the blue circle around the play button about 5 seconds, but it is often not there! So frustrating! I like the idea and content but the curtain should have been held as we say in show business, before release!

    I'd have rated the app 5 stars but there is one issue that always happens. Basically you can download shows to watch whilst not connected to internet which I thought would be amazing for my tablet, so I can watch shows and films on long journeys without eating my phone data. But every time I go to use the app offline it asks me to connect to the internet and log back in 😡 this is a total ball ache but weirdly it never asks me to log back in when I am connected to internet?

    My issues with Disney+ was that my account got hacked, the password was changed and I changed it again after realizing it was hacked. However, THE EMAIL WAS CHANGED TOO! WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING! How that was possible, I don't know. After calling customer service and being on the phone the first time, we changed the email and password, only to find out by the first not helpful representative, that they don't give the option to sign everyone out even though you are the administrator of the account, so changing everything was pointless. He basically states that the people who hacked the account will still have access even though I changed all of the login information. I was ready to quit the whole Disney+ until I called customer service again the following day and spoke to Shay, her kindness and helpfulness convinced me to stay with Disney+. She revoked the account immediately and then helped me make a new account. One thing that should be added is better security. For someone to take over my account so easily and change the email and password was a horrible experience. Another thing that should be added is being able to log everyone out as an administrator of the account. The app is decent because of the shows it offers, I do not encounter any buffering and so on; however, the security and privacy isn't that great. .

    this review is more geared towards the developers...I love and appreciate all of the disney content on this app but the app seems to only push specific series and not any that are tailored for my experience. It would be much better to see suggested series or movies instead of the same few disney originals that Disney wants to push so often. It makes it kind of hard to see or consider watching all of the content that is on this app unless I specifically search for a title to watch on my own. Along with this, I have had the same problem with this app since the day that I’ve downloaded it and i’m hoping this bug gets fixed soon...Every time I press the reverse/forwards 10 second button the movie will reverse/forwards to where it needs to be, but the loading animation would stay on the screen. The problem with this is that it prevents me from pausing or reversing/forwarding any other time after this one time because the loading animation would still be on the screen if I attempt to do so. The buttons do not reappear. It doesn’t obstruct the view of the streaming media and it’s only there when I tap to attempt to pause but it prevents me from taking any other action after i’ve done it once before. I hope mentioning these things has been helpful and I look forward to this bug being fixed soon.

    I love how much content there is and the new marvel shows. However the app is pretty glitchy. Compared to other streaming apps it needs to catch up. It buffers alot, can't watch the video outside of the app like Netflix and my Bluetooth headphones can't control the video. I also downloaded a few episodes and when I went to watch them offline I got error codes. So good content, bad app.

    Can't watch offline content 😡 Downloaded a bunch of stuff to watch offline. Got on the plane and went to watch what I had downloaded, only to be asked to log in. So if you don't have a connection to the internet you can't watch content offline. Absolutely defeats the purpose of Offline mode. When I spoke to a Disney representative via the chat service on the app they told me it has to do with copyright. Just absolutely silly I think.

    This app was working wonderfully...until the last update. Now, it slogs down, takes forever to even load the welcome page. As for movies/shows? They take so long to load on my phone now, that the screen goes to sleep unless I keep prodding it. I have a Galaxy S10+ with all of its updates along with 4G 5 bars for signal. Help me out, please? I used to really enjoy this app, now, I'm seriously pondering canceling my sub.

    Offline download is useless because you're just going to be stuck at the loading screen. Downloaded some movies / shows, ready for my 5 hours flight. Went to the airport, got onto the plane, turned on airplane mode, opened Disney+ app, and i was just stuck on the loading screen forever. Don't advertise offline viewing if you can't even implement it correctly.

    The interface is poor. There is no 'next episode' button in the player. Let me repeat that...NO WAY to slip to the next episode. What the hell?! Even a £20 DVD player has a skip button! When you get to the credits it doesn't detect that you've finished the program. Instead, the 'continue where you left off' "shortcut" on the home screen takes you to the same episode you've already watched, where of course, you can't skip to the one you actually want to watch. Frustrating & painful experience

    I had given the app 5 stars because it has lots of fun movies and shows and I've been happy with it. Now it's down to 0/1 stars because it quit working. I keep getting a dark green screen with the first 1-2 sec of dialogue, and then I get an error message. If I can't use my subscription I'd like any money I've spent for the rest of the month returned, my subscription cancelled, and an explanation as to why it suddenly doesn't work. I believe this happened since the last update you did.

    I regret signing up for a 1 year membership. I hate Disney+. Every day, i have to fight with my apple tv to change the language back to English. It keeps changing it to Dutch or Italian. Sometimes I can get the language menu to work to fix it but sometimes the menu doesnt pull down and I'm left with a screaming child. I cant wait to cancel. DO THE ONE MONTH TRIAL. DONT SIGN UP FOR A YEAR OF FRUSTRATION FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. DISNEY+ SUCKS.

    Does Not Work. Even after eating the cache and storage on my device, even after deleting the app and downloading again off of the Play Store the app won't even load. It's been weeks since I've been able to actually use it, and I've been hopeful that there would be an update after seeing as many negative reviews as I have, yet still there's nothing. Please fix your application.

    Fix your software Disney. Buy more servers Disney, Get more bandwidth Disney. I deserve a partial refund for how little I can actually use this app. Rarely can I even get to a title selection menu. Most of the time it's just waiting. Good luck trying to play anything current. This is unacceptable from a company with the financial capacity to put something proper in place with YEARS of watching others get going and learn from their mistakes. This is absolute garbage.

    I've had disney plus for over a year now & for the past month it's completely stopped working on my phone, on everything else it works fine. It let's me search through but when I go to play something it either just doesn't work and loads until it says error, just plays sound that freezes with a black screen,or plays the show but freezes and stutters every 2 seconds. I've done everything but no success, would be good if you could have on any tv but no. Should at least know how to make a good app
