If you don't own a TV or are always on the go, watching your favorite show can be tricky. Get everything onto your tablet with Disney . It takes only 5 minutes to set up anyway.

I wasn’t a huge fan of Disney gobbling up so many great intellectual properties. That said, this service is EXTREMELY well priced when you look at all you have access to. Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Pixar, Marvel MCU, National Geographic, and so much more. Oh yeah, and practically Disney’s entire catalogue, spanning almost 100 years now. Plus they’re adding new stuff all the time (Fox...), and the original content like The Mandalorian and the upcoming WandaVision and The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, means you’ll never run out of great things to watch! I’m serious about that too...the depth of content is strong with this one. When you consider it’s priced similarly to or less than almost any other premium streaming service, the mouse is unbeatable. You may or may not like the fact they’ve been collecting other studios like Thanos collecting pretty stones, but hey, if they hadn’t, you’d never have had an opportunity to subscribe to one service and get literally many of the biggest blockbusters and most beloved movies and television shows - animated and live action - ever made. Stop reading this and just subscribe already. I have an LG OLED TV, an AppleTV box, and an iPad Pro 12.9”, and watching on either device has never been a problem. I can’t speak for others, but this is pretty much the most glitch-free streaming experience I’ve ever had - it’s at least on par with Netflix, technically. Like I said, just get it, try it out, and see for yourself. Cheers.

I am really good at pointing out flaws of apps but I must admit this is pretty good. The app like anybody knows doesn’t have every Disney movie, tv show, and short but it adds a handful of different things every month. The app is organized and for any type of Disney genre you like is easy to get usually being apart of one out of its many collections. For its flaws I would say that there isn’t that many of them and they are not major flaws but there still are some flaws in the app. Okay this first thing isn’t that bad but if you ever have any Disney Chanel, Disney XD, Disney Jr. episode’s they usually come in later. What I mean is that the latest episodes take some time to get on the app but it’s not like it takes years to get on the app so I guess I would cut it some slack, so like I said not that much of a problem. I would recommend to watch it on Disney now if you want to watch the latest tv show episodes. I would complain about the money to watch the latest non Disney + original movies but it costs then I would say to them just watch it on some other app. Anyway that’s all the bad I could say, it is always adding more stuff it makes good original tv shows and movies and I know that it already says this in the description but it really does have everything from 20th century fox, blue sky, National Geographic, Star Wars, and marvel. Overall it just a amazing app!
  • My Honest Opinion 👀 (please read) Aug 12, 2020

Disney+ is a pretty good app especially for hardcore Disney fans. But there are way too many issues for an app that you have to BUY. To begin, the volume quality is the worst for me. My hearing isn’t the best so I tend to turn the volume for things all the way up. I did this on my NEW computer, and NEW iPad and the volume was very low. The iPad volume was a bit better but still not as loud as I wanted and/or anticipated. Furthermore, it keeps recommending the same few amount of shows, movies etc. I want to be able to find new things to watch easier. Don’t get me wrong, I’m a hardcore Hamilton fan and I am pleased to see it on the main page, but everything else keeps getting recommended on and on and on. Continuing from Hamilton, this is not a necessary addition but I would like to see more musicals. It already has Hamilton and Newsies, and I enjoyed them the most out of anything on the app. But like I said this is an option and I know it’s meant for Disney things, that’s just what I want. There are a couple of more issues but I’m going to leave it on this final opinion, which is the 10 second fast forward button. Most of the time when I fast forward with the 10 second button the screen is just frozen. It happens on all of my devices and it’s quite annoying. Using the scroll bar with mostly my finger is not fun. That’s really all I have to say so I hope you, the reader take these notes into consideration. Take care!
  • Good content but the app is very buggy May 7, 2020

    By Jacob Toysley
The have a lot of great stuff in the app but the app itself has a lot of bugs. When the screen pops up that says new episode, I try to press it but it does nothing. While playing a video, you have to be careful where you touch or else it will exit out of the video even if you touched nowhere near the back button. The play button buffers. Not the video, but the button itself. There are times when I want to pause the video/movie and I can’t because I have to wait for the play button to buffers. Sometimes the app just crashes for almost no reason. I’ll be watching something like The Simpsons and the app will just crash. Don’t get me wrong, it is not a bad app, it just needs some major improvements. They do have a lot of stuff on there. I personally have watch led a lot of their classic movies and the Disney+ originals. I recommend The World According to Jeff Goldblum and High School Musical: The Musical - The Series (i am a big High School Musical fan). I think Disney just needs to make some much needed changes to the app and fix all of the current issues. Also, in my opinion, they should add some of the ABC shows like Once Upon a Time or Blackish or Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. They should also make certain shows like The Simpsons the original aspect ratio. With certain older shows and movies, you miss some key details showing it in a 16:9 aspect ratio rather a 4:3 aspect ratio.

The app is ok. But if I watch something on my PC, it is not reflected on the app on my phone. That's annoying. I'd like to see straight away which episodes I have already seen across all my devices. Also if I start an episode on a device I'd like to pick up where I left it if I switch to another device in the middle of an episode. It would also be nice to get an icon when we have already something. There are too many apps now. It's difficult to remember if or where we watch what.

Addendum: They added a continue watching and a recommended for you. Increased to 4 stars, now just waiting for new content to see how it goes. I got this app for the bew star wars stuff coming out which is awesome. And it has things from the vault, old cartoons. It has sub sections: star wars/disney/marvel etc. that being said. Theirs things to work on. Theirs no continue watching, you need to either add it to your current watch to the watchlist or search every time. And it wont always remember where you left off especially for shows itll just replay ep 1 however i havent had this issue with movies, it remembers my place most times. It freezes often requiring you to close and reopen the app(ps4) havent had freeze issues on tablet. Itll also freeze and then go back a minute replaying things as it tries to correct itself. The current library is very limited to older disney movies. As i believe other streaming oroviders have current contracts for certain movies they prolly wont be able to add them to disney+ till other hulu/netflix movies are done with their contracts example is a limited marvel movie selection. They have plans to add more shows/movies so i think itll be like netflix where they add and remove shows and movies. When its less buggy I’ll prolly give it 4-5 stars at that time.
  • Decent app, security not so great Jan 30, 2020

My issues with Disney+ was that my account got hacked, the password was changed and I changed it again after realizing it was hacked. However, THE EMAIL WAS CHANGED TOO! WITHOUT ME EVEN KNOWING! How that was possible, I don't know. After calling customer service and being on the phone the first time, we changed the email and password, only to find out by the first not helpful representative, that they don't give the option to sign everyone out even though you are the administrator of the account, so changing everything was pointless. He basically states that the people who hacked the account will still have access even though I changed all of the login information. I was ready to quit the whole Disney+ until I called customer service again the following day and spoke to Shay, her kindness and helpfulness convinced me to stay with Disney+. She revoked the account immediately and then helped me make a new account. One thing that should be added is better security. For someone to take over my account so easily and change the email and password was a horrible experience. Another thing that should be added is being able to log everyone out as an administrator of the account. The app is decent because of the shows it offers, I do not encounter any buffering and so on; however, the security and privacy isn't that great. .

I LOVE this app and have really enjoyed introducing my kiddos to all of the classics! I feel like I am a kid again and am in 7th heaven when I come home and ALL of the Disney movies are just waiting for me! My kids love it and everyone has a new favorite show. All of our other streaming services have officially been forgotten so thank you Disney for saving my hard earned money and for putting all of the most amazing movies in one place!! Please do not remove older shows due to older views and fear of offending people. I love all Disney movies and appreciate them for what they were and acknowledge that views have drastically changed over the decades. Some items may be offensive, even to me as a African American woman but as so many other have pointed out these are better used as talking points for our children. We cannot alway run from the offensive history that we have, it happened, and it is better to learn from it than pretend like it has always been perfect (which it is far from perfect today). Also, I really hope we can an area that shows what we are “currently watching” and when I open up the movie it could have the bar that shows how much was completed. I know we have a “watchlist” but it doesn’t help having to search each time.

  • Amazing! But a few things Jul 7, 2020

    By YassQueenzzz
I wrote a review a couple months ago and they fixed things! The app was missing a couple tv shows but we’re making progress as far as getting them on Disney plus. Slowly but surely 😊! A couple problems I have is sometimes when I reload the app it won’t keep my place in the episode and I’ll have to reload a couple times to get it back to where I was. Also sometimes for no reason I can’t see the episode clearly. 😫 I really want to enjoy my sitcoms with no problems whatsoever. And there is one major problem that is getting on my nerves. Some of the shows I watch it’s incredibly obvious that the episodes are out of order. For example in Kickin’ it one of my favorite tv shows almost every episode in season two is out of order and a few of the episodes in season 3 and 4 of Kickin’ it are also out of order. I don’t know if this is a problem with just my device or if multiple people are having this problem but it is very aggravating. And it’s not just Kickin’ it I’m having this problem with a lot of other shows. For example it’s also a problem with Shake It Up, Austin and Ally, Bizaardvark, and Lab Rats. If it’s possible I really hope you can fix this about the app. Other than that totally love it!!! ❤️
  • What I love most about Disney +! Sep 3, 2020

    By NagolCraft 2
“I Love how Disney + has all of the Star Wars movies, TV shows. I also love how Disney + has almost every Marvel movie, and I hope they are all on there someday! I also really like that Disney+ has all of the Disney TV shows, from the 90s, and all the way too 2020!! However, and I’m sure that you know this, but I hope that Disney + get the movies, The Incredible Hulk, Spiderman Homecoming, and I’m pretty sure that Disney+ will add Spiderman Far From Home, Dog With a Blog, and anything Else do you have yet to add. Oh, and how could I forget that the first thing I thought of when I heard of Disney+ was, I really hope that there are no adds, or commercials like, the app Disney Now, and I am glad that there aren’t any. I’m also looking forward to more movies, and shows, that Disney+ will create in the future. I think you’re doing a great job with all of your Disney+ originals, and I can’t wait for more. I also like how Disney+ is only $6,99 per week! Even thorough I got it for free, for an entire year, through Verizon. I’m also shocked that a streaming service like Disney+ would ever be created, but I’m so glad it was, and I couldn’t ask for anything better, then, Disney +! And this show’s every reason that I rated Disney +, five stars!”

I notice Dishey doesnt bother responding to reviews, that should have rung warning bells. Blank screen and audio only. For a company this big, I'd expect a state of the art app. Seems they just want the subscription fees and don't care about their customers at all. Disney's reputation is at stake. Don't waste your money on this service, it's appalling.

This is the second time I've tried to unsubscribe and I've had no luck, it's so difficult to do it. I've had to just remove my card, and I recieved weekly emails asking me to update my payment details. I have tried to unsubscribe for the last 2 weeks and sent emails to Disneyplus to help, but no luck at all. I hope this message gets this resolved.

The app worked well for me for about a month. Now I can do everything but watch movies/series, because they get stuck on the loading screen. I tried everything, from removing cache, changing to mobile network instead of WiFi and even reïnstalling the app. Nothing works and the app is now useless. Waste of money this way.

For over a year if I ever exit watching a video the app becomes unusable for days as it refuses to load another video. I've reset, reinstalled, and cleared the cashe. Unfailingly if I do watch any video and then don't let it auto progress to the next video, it won't load anything else. Fully preventing me from using the app. But of course, I still get charged for a POS app that doesn't work regardless and charges you up front. If you encounter ANY problems at all, cancel your subscription.

Terrible controls. It forgot my spot and takes forever to fast forward. Most frustrating app ever. Constantly telling me no internet, but Netflix, Crave, Prime, CBS and YouTube all work. Overpriced and under contented. Best advice, get any other streaming site. Disney has no clue how to run one. So frustrating. *Update after 3 months free with Prime. Verdict- Horrible. Example. Choose continue watching, and then try finding out how many episodes left. Good luck. Worst programmers in streaming

My experience with this app is terrible. The app will not open on my android , i've updated the app and my phone yet, it continously struggles to connect to the "Disney+ service" which, I am paying for. This has been going on for months. Where is the attentive customer service? This is very disappointing.

Service down for the last 3 days. Not my device. Other family members living elsewhere have the same issue. Updated the app. Still no joy. Not working on 2nd device either. Impossible to get feedback from Disney. No error code, simply "cannot connect to server" "try again later". Not my Internet, that's 100%. Frustrating. It's definitely not my app, devices or Internet.

Disney+ is amazing. The selection is great, the availability is unparalleled... And yet the Android app is absolute garbage. Most of the time it won't open at all. When it does open it only loads a fraction of the selection, and is impossible to download anything. Furthermore, I tried to uninstall the app thinking maybe I could reinstall it and fix the issues. It won't allow me to uninstall. This app has possessed my phone. I'm so bitter

Great selection of flicks... Great quality video and audio.... If only the bloody thing would load... I get the circle of death forever and when the Disney homepage finally loads.....I have to sit and wait for the tiles to load thier images. Downloading video to watch offline is very delayed. I pushed play on one of these offline downloads and I took 8 minutes for the video to start. Experience based on Samsung galaxy s5e tab. Please improve your app Disney.

When it works it's okay but for a few months now the compatibility with my Chromecast is terrible and the app crashes and makes the Chromecast restart itself about 90% of the time. This doesn't happen with any other streaming service I use with the Chromecast. I was recently also having issues playing downloaded episodes (it simply wouldn't play them).

If you don't own a TV or are always on the go, watching your favorite show can be tricky. Get everything onto your tablet with Disney . It takes only 5 minutes to set up anyway.

  • Absolutely love it!!! Nov 15, 2019

This app is SOOOOOO gnarly I love it so much and Disney is getting so big that they’ve bought marvel Star Wars fox (I think) but I hope they'll add bunk’d to it because bunk’d is my FAVORITE all time show ever and it has been for the past half of my life (literally half of my life IM NOT KIDDING!!!!) and I want them to add the new episodes to like the one with Peyton coming back, and the ones with Trevor, because like seeing how much the cast has grown is so awesome I mean like Malory when she started bunk’d she just looked like a little baby and now she like a teenager and like the same with Alejandro and Will. I love Disney+ so much and it has shown me shows And movies I’ve never seen before and ever since WandaVision came out any time there is a new episode I watch it three time till I know every word to it! I love Disney SOOOOOOOOOOOO much and I’ve watched bunk’d so much that when I’m watching it I’ll say what the actor is saying because I memorize their lines! I hope one day I’ll be able to act in a show for Disney because it is my DREAM!!!!!!!!! And I hope Disney will take over the world one day and show Disney haters how good their shows and movies are!!!!!!!😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

App remembers where you left off in a series and autoplay is offered, however, autoplay does not work. A countdown to watch the next episode in a series does not appear and will just leave you watching the end credits. I have autoplay turned on and have tried everything possible to get it to work, even calling the support line and spending 2.5 hours going through a slew of trouble shooting options, and still doesn't work. Tech support unable to give an answer as to why it doesn't work.
  • Forget Netflix Nov 17, 2019

Just kidding.. but really Disney+ may be a competitor to Netflix but since I started my free trial & now Verizon promotion subscription - my family & I have been watching Disney+ non-stop. Of course being that this is a new app there are some small bugs but nothing that isn’t going to deter a Disney fan from loving this app anyway! Some of the movies listed aren’t available until certain dates like January 1, 2020 or sometime in April but it’s not all of the movies and I think for the most part most the hit movies are available to watch. It would be nice to have an open platform with all the movies available but you know what? For only $6.99 a month you can’t beat that. Thank you Disney for being a millennial-friendly subscription - all your movies especially Pixar have grown with my generation in mind. We appreciate you! If you have a Verizon unlimited plan definitely enroll in the Disney+ promotion it is so worth it not only for those of you who have children but sometimes us adults need some Disney magic in our lives as well - pretty sure Walt Disney himself said something of that sort at one point. Don’t come for me if he didn’t but I’m pretty sure he did :)

Disney plus is the most amazing thing ever. It’s so awesome and has all your favorite Disney shows in one place. I love how you can travel anywhere and still be able to watch. Disney plus owns marvel now too so now I can watch the also awesome marvel movies for free! Not all the marvel movies are on their though. Like Spider-Man and other things I don’t remember. Disney plus is just my favorite app on this planet and I love it so much! I’m young so I don’t exactly know the pricing information but I’m sure it’s reasonable. Also the new Loki series is so good! Also I love the Mickey Mouse shorts they are hilarious and I keep re-watching all of them. Disney plus has the greatest shows ever and it has movies and shows for all ages. There are a ton of sections to choose from like “Comedy” and “Loki collection” and “princesses collection” and this new thing they added called Zenimation and it’s where you relax with Disney characters and it put me right to sleep. Although I don’t really watch princess movies besides Rupenzel and Moana, I think zenimation is so cool and relaxing. Disney plus holds all these amazing shows and movies and all you have to do is go through a couple steps to watch!

  • Good content, lots of problems! Dec 9, 2019

    By TallyProf
I use Disney plus all the time to watch all of my favorite Disney shows and movies. There are a lot of problems that will HAVE to be figured out! But the one that upsets me the most, actually two or more: one; if I switch devices it will often forget where I was in an episode and restart it from the beginning forcing me to skip to where I left off. Also unlike a lot of other streaming platforms, there is no PROGRESS BAR per episode, to show how far you have watched through an episode. If you open the show it will not automatically place you in the season you are watching, you have to go and choose season and scroll to the correct one. On the mobile app there is no way to view episodes if you click on the resume watching box, unlike a lot of other platforms! My mobile device will also often not automatically play the next episode, when I was a kid I dreamed of the day it would automatically play the next episode and guess what everyone else has figured it out! I like the blue circle around the play button about 5 seconds, but it is often not there! So frustrating! I like the idea and content but the curtain should have been held as we say in show business, before release!
  • Good, but there’s always room for improvement Mar 11, 2021

I love Disney+ and use it a lot. I can watch it on the go now with the app on my phone! It’s a great app and I love a lot of the shows and movies. Every movie night, I use Disney+ to watch a movie. Overall, it’s awesome. However, when I used to have Netflix, I could give a show or movie a thumbs up or thumbs down. If I gave it a thumbs down, it wouldn’t suggest that show or movie and it wouldn’t suggest anything like that. Now, if I gave it a thumbs up, it’d continue to suggest shows and movies similar to the the one I liked. I wish Disney+ could have these buttons. In my opinion, that’d make the app better. I get tired of tv shows I don’t like, appreciate, or approve popping up for me. For example, the offensive and terrible show, The Simpsons, always pops up in “suggested for you”. I wish it didn’t though because I really don’t like the show. There’s some other movies that pop up too that I don’t really care for and I wish I could find movies that I’d like easier. I wish shows and movies that I might actually like could pop up in my suggestions. I feel that with a button or chance to rate a show or movie it could really help improve the app. Other than that, I think the app is great.

I know Mulan was probably a expensive movie to put together but I already have Premier Access so why do I have to pay for the exact same thing just to watch one movie? I know you guys still have to make money during the pandemic but I’m not gonna pay 30$ just to watch one movie and your probably gonna do this again and make everyone who had payed 30$ for Mulan pay an extra 30$ to watch another movie. I was so excited to watch Mulan because I had Premier Access and I didn’t understand that I had to pay for it twice because the wording of it was weird all I understood was “Avaliable with Premier Access” I asked my mom if we had Premier Access and she said yes. I waited until MIDNIGHT to see if I could watch it and when I saw I couldn’t I nearly broke down in tears. No joke. I searched when it would be available and it turns out I have to wait an extra 3 months before getting to watch it. December 4 is a long way off and with school starting it’s gonna take even longer. The more bored you are at school the longer the year is gonna take. Which means by the time It’s December 4 I’m probably gonna forget this movie exists and I’m gonna go on to Disney+ and be saying to myself “I’ll watch it later”.

Great app and Content, but there is an issue with subtitles. You set it up, then they just dissappear then appear. Or, they aren't there all together despite you have the setting marked on. We use the English subtitles. Please check if there is a glitch. This happens both on the Mobile App and TV.

The Disney+ content is amazing but the interface is mediocre. Content disappears from my "Continue Watching* after a few days. It gets annoying to continually have to find the show again and navigate to where I left off. There have also been a couple of shows that don't automatically queue up to the next episode when the prior one finishes. Also, it would be nice if the back and forward buttons could be customized to something other than 10 seconds.
  • Great app but... Nov 24, 2019

    By Hey-Gir
Here is the thing, I love Disney, my family loves Disney. Everyone young and old loves Disney. I think it’s an amazing app, with some even better features, and yes it has a bunch of glitches (which I’m not stressing about because in time those would be fixed), there are some things missing, (again could be fixed in the future, maybe something’s just need to be developed better, whatever the case may be). Those things don’t bother me. This is what I don’t like...,, ...The majority of the people who’ll be using this app are people who aren’t tech savvy or children. They aren’t always using the most up to date device or software, some children that are using Disney plus (which o can attest to) are children using gen 3 iPads. Or iPhone 4s. Things that are Easy in the hands of children. But unfortunately the app doesn’t support those devices, as they are too old for use. It would be fantastic if it was, I think they would have a lot more viewership but at this rate it’s very hard to use such a wonderful app on such an old device. I mean Netflix does work on things that old. Disney please consider this. Not everyone can or will upgrade a child’s device just so they can watch Disney movies.
  • My Honest Opinion 👀 (please read) Aug 12, 2020

    By avabella

  • Decent app, security not so great Jan 30, 2020

    By Michellee_007
The app is decent because of the shows it offers, I do not encounter any buffering and so on; however, the security and privacy isn't that great. .
  • Nice content but needed update... Feb 16, 2020

    By Irwinhoodler
this review is more geared towards the developers...I love and appreciate all of the disney content on this app but the app seems to only push specific series and not any that are tailored for my experience. It would be much better to see suggested series or movies instead of the same few disney originals that Disney wants to push so often. It makes it kind of hard to see or consider watching all of the content that is on this app unless I specifically search for a title to watch on my own. Along with this, I have had the same problem with this app since the day that I’ve downloaded it and i’m hoping this bug gets fixed soon...Every time I press the reverse/forwards 10 second button the movie will reverse/forwards to where it needs to be, but the loading animation would stay on the screen. The problem with this is that it prevents me from pausing or reversing/forwarding any other time after this one time because the loading animation would still be on the screen if I attempt to do so. The buttons do not reappear. It doesn’t obstruct the view of the streaming media and it’s only there when I tap to attempt to pause but it prevents me from taking any other action after i’ve done it once before. I hope mentioning these things has been helpful and I look forward to this bug being fixed soon.

Review Update: App actually works now. Congrats! But there is one major drawback: now there's a download limit. This doesn't make sense; I still have around 50 GB of storage and the description for Disney+ says that we have unlimited downloads. But we don't. So A), remove the limit or B), remove the unlimited downloads part. (BTW I would prefer if you did the first option)
  • ADD MORE CONTENT !!!!!!!!!!!!! Feb 20, 2020

There is a lot of great old shows and movies and some new stuff but I would really appreciate it if you would add more new stuff like Gabby Duran And the Unsitibles, Bunk’d, and The Owl house. I think these are shows that the targeted audience of Disney plus like to watch. DisneyNOW has all these shows but sometimes there isn’t the full season of shows that are slightly older and it never works very well. I love that you have National Geographic shows on it because I cant really watch those any where else except for the National Geographic channel and a few on Netflix. I really enjoy watching the shows that you do have and I would really appreciate if you would add more Disney Channel shows. Please tell me why you do what you advertise and don’t let me watch all the Disney shows. I got Disney plus because DisneyNOW didn’t have very much content of shows that I didn’t watch very much but Disney plus doesn’t have most of the shows I do watch and now I have nowhere to watch Disney shows because it is almost impossible to get DisneyNOW to work and it is even harder to find Disney shows on the internet. I am begged you to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add more Disney Channle content. It would be really appreciated by me and a lot of other people my age. Also please make the internet on DisneyNOW work, it is driving me CRAZY!!!!!!!

Content is great, but the app features are below average. - You can't continue to watch over the top of other apps - It's not compatible with the pause & play button on head phones - The on screen play/pause is too small/close together - Recently watched/continue watching shows appears so far down the home screen I have only been using the app for about 2 weeks, seems to run without issues but needs work.

The content is brilliant. The formats available are excellent. What let's Disney+ down massively is the app itself. Just like others, I have come up against the "unable to connect" issue and the only way to fix this is to delete the app and reinstall it. The reason for my review and it's contents is due to my disappointment that no one at Disney+ seems to be bothered to fix this common issue. If Disney+ were free or unique I would understand. However, we pay for this service & expect more!
  • All the favorites, one small problem Nov 26, 2020

    By Disappointed with iTunes
EDIT: Lowered my rating to 3. My previous issue was fixed but now the color in everything looks washed out. Whether I’m watching Hamilton, a marvel movie, or a show, it all looks as if the colors have been washed out. All of my other streaming apps work and look just fine when I’m casting it to my chromecast but Disney+ doesn’t. Any help here, Disney? Just like everyone else here, I was very excited to use Disney+ and watch all the old favorites along with the new original shows. I’m very happy with the service thus far but I’ve been having an issue with the auto play feature since the release of the app. I use my iPhone X to cast Disney+ movies/shows to my Google ChromeCast. When watching a show, the app will stop streaming after the second episode. It’ll go back to the placeholder screen that says “Ready to cast” but it won’t let me select the next episode. I have to disconnect my phone from the ChromeCast, close the app, then re-open it and reconnect to the ChromeCast. After that I can play the next episode but the same thing happens again after the second episode. Not sure what the issue is, this doesn’t happen when I use other streaming apps like Netflix or HBO GO. A fix to this would be appreciated. Other than that, Disney+ has been great.
