It makes a HUGE difference to have these tips and recommendations when you're out and about. On the days that I didn't have a complete itinerary in Rome, I was delighted to find coffee shops and restaurants near my location or next destination that were already vetted with excellent taste. In a pinch the transportation and FAQ sections were helpful and reassuring. It was also super interesting to read about the different neighborhoods from a local perspective. Might be nice for some sections to link out to associated blog posts or relevant sites/apps like MyTaxi or Trenitalia. (Within reason though...I could see how that could get annoying.) Overall I look forward to returning to Rome and finding more gems with this app!

The app seems very useful and is well illustrated. There are many categories for someone visiting. I especially like the facility to show routes to locations. A few things to improve on: 1. It takes up a lot of space: 190 MB. This is extremely high for an Android app. 2. The lowest part of the display does not show up on my Moto Z Play, and is cut off. Besides not seeing any info down there, any "Read More" button at the bottom of the screen is inaccessible. I do expect to use it in Rome, and I'm glad to have it. But if my phone gets tight on space, its large size means it will probably be the first app to get uninstalled.
  • Most important tool for our vacation Dec 2, 2019

I downloaded this app for our trip to Rome and I was invaluable. We also had the mini lonely planet Rome guide, which was a bit more helpful in planning the trip, but this app we used way more often. The suggestions were excellent. I started to trust the judgement of the app more than lonely planet, and ended up using the lonely planet when we were in an area where there were no suggestions and we needed food. Great picks, the offline map was a life saver, the descriptions were great, and the only downside is that I can’t download one for every city I go to. Great buy for sure.

Great app for only launching a few weeks ago. I'm looking forward to more updates and more additions to each section. Really enjoying the most recent update with small paragraphs on neighborhoods. I'm moving to Rome in a month or so and will look forward to using this app.

I went to Rome for a few days before and after a tour and used this app religiously. Her advice was perfect for my taste in food, restaurants, you name it! The website has much, much more commentary which I loved. (I'd love to see a map of the recommendations in future versions.)

This is a stylish, basic app that provides thoughtful reviews of Rome's restaurants, museums, etc. Easy to use with a lovely aesthetic. I can't wait to use it on my upcoming trip to Rome.

Amazing guide! All the places are excellent Thank you
  • Great design, limited listings Oct 8, 2017

This is a great designed app and easy to use. My issue is there are very limited number of dining and coffee listings. For example, there is only one restaurant listing in Trastevere and no places for coffee listed! For the $3.99 price I was expecting more options and more detail.

The app has a good start, but because the developers blog has so many little spots, I thought they’d all be on here! Looking forward to being able to search for more cafe’s and spots to sit for a break in busy Rome!

Don’t waste your money. I am in Rome right now and struggling to find a way to effectively use this app. I find myself needing to use multiple apps to try and make this one useful. Way to much effort!!!! If it was free, maybe as a supplement to other apps but there are better free alternatives to choose from. Don’t buy it you’ll be frustrated.

The app does a great job of including popular locals-only recommendations of where to get a cocktail or an amazing meal, while also including all of the must see sights in Rome (like the unmissable monuments). The photos and descriptions are spot on.
